If you are a senior, this is not the clinic for you. My grandfather has been using Dr. Kappagantula and her replacement while on maternity leave since his doctor retired and he was referred here. The care he received in the past year has been the worst I have ever seen. He is in his 80's and in the last year as lost 30 lbs and has suffered terrible memory loss. He has been completely neglected by the doctors here and in a year of reporting these changes in his health the only thing they have done is blood work and report that nothing is wrong. These doctors do not care about their patients. Update: we went to a private doctor and he has been diagnosed with prostate cancer that metastasized to his bones and he has been given less than a year to live.

Dr. Budge is very clear and specific when speaking with his patients. He is very understanding and will listen to any concerns you have without pushing your feelings aside. He recently accepted me as a new patient and I got in for an appointment days later! :)

This is by far the worst physician I have ever dealt with. Ive been a patient for about 5 years, I used to never go see her as I was healthy and doing well. About a year and 3 months ago I got into a car accident and went to go see her. She then insisted on seeing me every week, no problem. I kept explaining to her how things were hurting me and other things were bothering me. Our visits went from me telling her things so she can help me to her just listening for 10 minutes then saying we will deal with it next visit. She did not help me recover what so ever. Not only that, she was trying to tell me one day that I should start going swimming at the gym. I then told her yes I would love to but I cannot afford it as I havent returned to work yet. She then looked at me and said you cant afford a gym membership but you can afford to get your nails done? First of all, that is none of her business. Second of all, my friends take me out to get my nails done because I’ve been diagnosed with PTSD, Anxiety and Depression and I don’t feel good about myself sitting at home doing nothing waiting to recover for over a year. Third of all, you are my physician, you should be helping me get better not put me down with your stupid sentences. That sentence hurt me so much that I cried and screamed at her, I cried on my way home, cried for a few days then I realized she doesn’t care about me and my well being so I found a new family doctor and he is amazing. OH, not only that, all my treatment has been getting denied for 5 months now because Dr. Geffen and her receptionists have yet to send my file to my insurance for it to be revised. Ive called them several times and today they tell me they sent it, the next day they tell me the cheque they received was under the wrong name, the day after all of a sudden no one knows what I am talking about. I absolutely HATE DR. GEFFEN and I do not recommend her to anyone!!!

People keep giving them 1 star reviews because they don't accept walk-ins anymore... How about checking the website or giving them a call before you go. This information is clearly stated on their website. Seems irresponsible to give them a poor review for you own stupidity. Anyways, Dr. Kappagantula is great!

Yes not a walk-in clinic anymore. I went there today and the receptionist is not even friendly and frowning saying they don’t accept new patients!!

Wish I could give zero stars. Dr budge is the most incredible doctor ever but the receptionists need to never be allowed to work with people again. Horrible.

Its very sad this location is closing. An other addition to family dr shortage. Dr Budge has been an excellent physician over last 18 years. I wish him well. ✌💙

Dr Budge is the best. We've had him as our familly doctor for 15 yrs. Since then we have moved to the east end of town and it takes us 40 min to get there but he is worth it.

Busy clinic in the Super Centre with free parking. Front staff friendly and accommodating. I've been happy with Dr. Geffen, who is smart, very thorough, and always leaves me with the feeling that she cares about my best interests.

I've been there twice & both times I've found each doctor to be very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. The only thing that made me nervous was that they would have magazines like "Prevention" and "Integrative Medicine" in the waiting room, both of which promote unproven forms of medicine like energy healing, acupuncture & homeopathy. These magazines initially made me skeptical of the doctors qualifications until they had shown me that they were very capable and trustworthy.

Dr Kappagantula and her staff have been extremely helpful with me. 5 stars.

Walk-in Doctor (Dr. Peter Lu) was amazing. He took the time to understand my medical history and went above and beyond to act quickly and get me the care I need. I highly recommend this clinic.
