I had a great experience coming here. Camila is extensively knowledgeable in regards to deep tissue massage and she was very attentive during the whole process. This massage helped me recover from the heavy neck pain I have been experiencing from working long hours at the office. I would definitely recommend Elgin Massage Therapy Clinic to anyone. Had a massage with Michael the other day and he was absolutely lovely! Really good treatment, right amount of communication, and made me feel very comfortable on our first meeting. Even sent me home with some helpful stretches to address my awful posture. Very pleased with my experience!

I have seen several massage therapists at Elgin Massage Therapy over the years and they've all been great. The dry needling offered by Tyler Milewski has been particularly helpful for alleviating my neck and back issues.

Visiting from Calgary and booked a couple massage. We did get our massages individually 😂 Lulit was my therapist and she WAS GREAT! She knew where I was tight and worked them out for me! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Tyler Milewski Is amazing, I suffered with lower back pain and after my 1st visit it was gone. Tyler Milewski has magic hands I was suffering for a couple of years going to physiotherapy, chiropractors etc with no luck, but then Tyler Milewski came along and made the pain go away. I would highly recommend him to anyone as he will not let you down.

Great Experience! I was suffering from tremendous IT band tightness and pain. RMT Camila provided me with a highly effective massage which made me feel significant improvement right away! All the staff is cordial and professional, always seeking to provide their clients with an excellent and great quality service.

Camilla is by far the best RMT I have ever used. I started going to her for prenatal massages and then continued post natal. Hardly I have seen someone so passionate about what they do. She genuinely loves her work and it comes through with the best techniques, calm atmosphere and her pleasant personality. She is also super nice and careful about COVID protocols. I felt so safe going to her during peak covid because I knew she took it seriously snd ensured protection for me and her other clients. I could write two other paragraphs here but honestly just don’t think twice about booking her. She is truly the best!

Please train your receptionist! She has no clue what brand of skincare their facials use, and aesthetician never replies to emails. I was late today to my appointment and the only thing receptionist cared was making sure she takes the whole money..

I've been seeing Angie for many months now and she's an excellent RMT. She's personable, professional and quite intuitive during treatment... she helped me overcome a couple of injuries while also providing a relaxing experience. Would recommend :)

I had a wonderful time at Elgin Spa. My massage therapist (I cannot remember her name) was excellent and the rooms are all upstairs (away from any and all noise from traffic and people). I loved how quiet, clean and peaceful it was. Such a great setup. Prices were pretty good too! 125$ for a whole hour. I will definitely be back.

I was in town for about a day and thought about getting a massage. This was not a massage. It was magic! Thank you so much Chad. You relieved me of so much pain in my neck and shoulder. Very skilled and focused on the areas that I needed help with. I will have to come back to Ottawa for at least another massage 😂

Tyler was absolutely amazing. I saw him twice this week with a very painful locked up neck and shoulder. He spent ages working on the problem and then did some dry needling, which two days later now and I no longer have pain. It was the best treatment I have ever had. I cannot recommend him enough. If you are suffering and have pain he is the therapist to go to.

Booked my prenatal massage here. Trained staff who knows where ur body aches & needs more attention before you even say a word. Didn’t have the table apt for prenatal service yet made me very comfi with the pillows.

The clinic as a whole is fantastic!, Freya’s team is very supportive, caring and accommodating of my needs. I had been Freya’s patient for over 8 years. She kept me going through the pandemic and many other stressful period. Currently, Lei Chen has changed my life. I was suffering with multiple perimenopause symptoms like hot flashes, breast cysts, weight gain, digestion issues to name a few. Her treatment has allow me to control food cravings, no longer have the hot flashes. I am sleeping at night and I feel like a totally new person. She is helping me deal with perimenopause without hormone therapy. Highly recommend both Lei and Freya’s treatment.

Fantastic experience! In town for a short period of time and needed a massage after studying for a gruelling exam (which I passed). Came across the Elgin Massage clinic via Google search and received a 60-min massage yesterday from the very skilled and attentive RMT Lillian Lam Tine Foo. It was exactly what I needed. I felt the tension melting away from my upper back and shoulders. Highly recommend.

Customer service is good, everyone I have had contact with is pleasant. There was a mistake in the scheduling with my last appointment, but it was handled well. My first appointment was good, no complaints with the massage - it was done well and I would go back to her. My second appointment was with someone different (with Sveta), and it was amazing. I had specific concerns and she targeted those very well. Would recommend - listened to what I needed and did exactly that.

I have been coming to Elgin Massage Therapy fairly regularly since 2019. Recently, Tyler has been very helpful with dry needling and relieving some unpleasant sciatica pain. He is great, informative, and really takes the time to understand the source of pain. I always feel great a day or two after my appointment. Highly recommend.
