I had my laser treatment in my home country more than 4 years ago and went to Dermis on Rideau street for a touch up for what’s left (which is 10 percent)a couple of months ago. The lady was incredibly miser about the whole process as if she is paying the costs from her pocket, she applied laser just one time even though I asked to repeat on certain areas. She declined right away. As a result, I saw absolutely no decrease. In Turkey our laser treatment specialists go all over a couple of times to make sure the roots gets burnt efficiently. Turkey is amazing at everything. I will never do any beauty procedure in Canada again. Go to Turkey you’ll find much more sincerity and generosity. Here they count pennies and don’t care if you leave happy or not

I had an employee named Sadaat. She makes her clients feel very comfortable and welcoming. I did a skin care there and it was amazing. I definitely will be coming back! She gives me a lot of knowledge and allows me to build my confidence. She knows how to build a relationship with her clients and keep a conversation.

Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for laser hair removal treatments. I saw Mariam for laser and it went much better than I expected. She made me feel comfortable, she made me laugh during the process and answered all of my questions. I was planning on paying these treatments one session at a time (thinking it would be too painful to continue), however after experiencing it for the first time I bought the package! This place has been absolutely incredible. It’s my first experience with this type of care. I am getting lazer hair removal treatment done and the pricing is really good, the service is amazing. I missed an appointment due to a medical emergency and they completely waived the fee for me out of kindness. They are also very transparent about pricing which is rare, even when inquiring on the phone. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

I got laser genesis done for my acne and blemishes. To be honest only in the first treatment I have felt that my skin is amazingly glowing. Acne is super controlled. Dark circles have become so much better I hardly need any concealer now. Dermis clinic is really doing a great job!

I had developed acne on my face 2 years ago and had visible scars and some hyperpigmentation from not wearing sunscreen. I had tried every acne products with no luck! Then I decided to try the laser carbon treatment at Dermis Advanced Skin Care. As a black woman, I was afraid that It wouldn’t work but my skin cleared up after few weeks! I’ve done 2 or 3 treatments so far and I would go back again if the acne comes back.

I went to this clinic for a microderma. I was advised by the "expert" that I should get laser genesis to help with sunspots. I had one sunspot on my cheek and tiny needle tip barely visible spots on the side of my eye. I went ahead with the treatment following my first session I noticed that my skin had another very visible dark spot.. went to consult the "expert" who again advised that this is the right treatment so I went for the second treatment and now I am left with dark spots all over my face. Wherever the leaser zapped my skin it left a dark mark the size of the laser zap. Went to speak to the manager who said that now I should by a 140 dollars cream to "hopefully" lighten my spots that they created!!! I am extremely upset. My spots are getting darker and definitely not going away. They have a great location, reasonable prices but by the end of the day what matters is their expertise. I made a huge mistake to go this clinic. They did not offer any solutions but just sent me off with the suggestion to buy one of their products!

Several years ago, I had ultherapy to my neck and chin. I found the heat quite uncomfortable initially but eventually tolerable. I had a total of three sessions spaced two weeks apart. The results were so impressive that I wondered why I had not had this sooner. My neck and jawline appeared almost sculpted and I noticed an improvement after the first treatment. I don’t recall the price but it was not very expensive. Also not expensive considering the results. Plan to go back this fall for another set of treatments.

The BEST staff in all of Ottawa. Been getting a few services from this place for 2 years now and the ladies make you feel just at home. Miriam, Sadaat and the front desk ladies are very welcoming. My lazer hair removal treatments have been rather painless. I love the banter and chats I have with the ladies <3 best place in the city Do be ware of the parking situation. You will need to do research before coming, I advise to park at Indigo right beside. You will need the app and it is roughly 5$ per 25mins. :/

Beautiful front room. Upon walking in there was a distinct lab-like smell which was a relief to me - knowing that their facility prioritizes sterilization and a sterile environment in the procedure rooms. My clinician was professional and knew her stuff! I highly recommend this office! Oh and I went in the evening and the block appeared to have ample parking right outside their door.

I’ve been coming here since December and I love how sweet the receptionist staff are and how helpful they are as well! They always answer all my questions with kindness and is very patient with me.
