Came here since 2018 as their loyal customer. I had to cancel my appointment due to medical emergency and now they are charging me $80 even though I called them in advance. Edit** Reply: Since 2018 I have been coming to you not once was I told about the cancellation fee. The appointment was given to me which I didn’t really request but I still agreed to it. I called you 24 hours in advanced and explained my situation even though I was in difficult times but you insisted that I pay the cancellation fee. Several other locations near my house offers the same service as you but I stick with you guys. You couldn’t make a compromise once..

Nu Age is a clinic dedicated to preventative care. It is a teeth cleaning/ whitening clinic. My experience was fantastic! The communication was prompt and to the point. Alina did a spectacular job with the cleaning. She was patient and thorough. I then had teeth whitening. I love the results. Very much NOT Ross ( Friends). The only reason for not giving 5/5 was the parking situation. I was prepared to do some driving around as the clinic is right downtown, but I was not prepared for all lots to be full! Since my appointment was going to be 2 hours, parking on the street was out of the question ( 1 h max). I finally drove to City Hall and parked there. That's about a 20-minute walk. I would highly recommend an Uber or public transportation!

Beautiful location and interiors design! Everything is comfortable the staff is intelligent and they explain to you what they are doing during the appointment for your awareness! The teeth whitening portion was also enjoyable because they let you sit back and relax. 10/10 would recommend.

I did teeth cleaning with Nu Age Dental Clinic on 12/15/2022. I was very impressed with both Mike and Anita professional, and friendly service. During my visit I also learned valuable tips on how to maintain my sensitive teeth. I also love the clean and cozy settings in the office. Overall, I am very pleased that I tried out Nu Age Dental Hygiene clinic and will definitely return.

The customer service here is always friendly and so welcoming. My whitening always feels and looks noticeable and they make the process relaxing. I’m even more impressed with check ins to see how you’re feeling and if the sensitivity had effect ( for me I never had sensitivity afterwards). I’ve recommended and will continue doing so.

This clinic is like no other. Starting from the how you are greeted, the design/cleanliness, their practices and the professionalism. Every step of the way they make sure you are comfortable, informed/aware of what’s going on. I’m always happy with the results , I look forward to and enjoy my appointments. Hands down the best cleaning clinic in Ottawa run by a class act Mike Boutros. Have been coming here for years and have been treated very well by all staff. The fact that you get a whitening every time you get a cleaning is just that extra level that sets his business model apart from most others that you have to spend hundreds of dollars to get whitenings. Location is good and has tvs everywhere to make the time fly by when getting your teeth cleaned and whitened. Have recommended all my friends and family to go here as I have nothing but good things to say about the clinic and about Mike. Definitely will be a lifetime client. Thanks Nu Age Dental!

Absolutely A++. No one likes to the dentist but they actually make it so I don't DREAD going there. The staff are very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The Owner Mike is very personable an gives me great advice on my teeth that I haven't heard before from other clinics. The free whitening while watching Netflix is a great touch. To put it into perspective, I come from across town for my visits. Kudos! Highly recommended! I just wish I knew about them sooner.

After a few years of not taking care of my teeth , I went to Nu Age to do a cleaning. The team took time to check everything, explain that I had a gingivitis, the consequences , how to take care of it etc etc. Same for the whitening, I had a lot of questions and they took the time to answer all of them. I really recommend to go their clinic ( and I com all the way from Orleans to see them)

Ive had dentists and hygenists all over Ontario and Nu Age is by far my favourite. All the staff are very helpful and polite and you really can't beat the free whitening I don't think I'll ever go somewhere else to get my teeth cleaned.

Today I had my first appointment with Nuage dental and was very impressed! The clinic is clean and staff are friendly. The hygienist himself was super nice, informative and accommodating. The whitening was super effective and only after one treatment! Teeth are clean and I walked away with a great advice!!!

My entire experience at Nu Age Dental was such a treat which isn't something I'd usually say about my usual cleanings. Jimena at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Anita did a terrific job with my cleaning. They use state of art equipment so no harsh scraping and my teeth are so clean! After the cleaning they set me up for a whitening in a comfy recliner and my own tablet with Netflix. All in all I was there for 2h, my teeth feel and look the best they have in a long time.

Mike’s Nu Age Dental Clinic is the best place in Ottawa to go for a cleaning. His new location looks better than a spa and has a full room of whitening booths. Please note only dental hygienists work here, no dentists so only cleanings. But there is direct billing so no need to pay upfront if you have insurance and Mike offers free teeth whitening with every cleaning. On top of all this, Mike uses a power tool to scrub your teeth so it takes less time than picking and scraping with the metal tool that other hygienists use. The admin staff also text me and email me appointment reminders which is nice.

I’ve been attending this clinic for over 5 years. I’m privileged to have dental benefits, but it’s the only place I know of in the city and area that gives you free whitening with each cleaning. The staff are great. If you’re interested in having your teeth whitened I strongly suggest switching to Nu Age!
