Unable to meet my eye care needs. I just ran out of contacts and I was waiting for my work benefits to kick in to purchase new ones. I asked for a couple samplers to tie me over for an important event of my college convocation. They would not help me in my situation as my eye exam just expired? I will never return my business here as their main concern is clearly just to make money with little concern for their customer.

We are extremely disappointed with them! I had a special eye exam appointment & a regular eye exam for my 12 year old step daughter scheduled at the same day & time. When we went in & they said that they switching system and couldn't give me the exam & has to re-schedule. I asked why they didn't call me before to re-schedule and they did not reply. My 12 year old step daughter had her appointment alone with out me as I waited in the waiting room. She came out & starting trying on glasses. When I say this I informed staff that she won't be getting them here. In my option they are fare too expensive there. I was not consulted about her getting glasses from them. A few weeks later we received a call stating that her contact lenses were in. My wife, who received the call informed them that she would have to discuss it with her husband, me, as to the best of her knowledge we did not authorize it. Which we did not. Its our option that Mcleod Optometry Clinic is unorganized, unprofessional and greedy. We will not getting service from them in the future.

Amazing !!! From the moment you walk in they say hi with a big smile ! The doctor is very professional and detailed! They have a huge selection of glasses and very reasonable prices and the technicians doing the measurement are very helpful and if you need adjustments you get in very fast!

Not only did he address my concerns with the utmost professionalism, but his prescription also significantly improved my quality of life. The entire staff at the clinic was exceptional. I had the privilege of doing business here on two recent occasions. The reception staff were very professional and helpful. The Optometrist was exceptionally competent and very thorough. My glasses were ready on time and I was pleased with the value I received. I saw Dr. Hapke today for a follow-up appointment to my recent cataract surgery. She was very informative and prescribed new lenses for me with her usual care and efficiency. The staff at FYIdoctors were also very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them highly to any prospective patient.

Dr. Ben Wild is a fantastic optometrist and also quite personable. He took the time to review my file beforehand, and it showed. He was able to spot an error in my old prescription and provided additional information about symptoms I was experiencing due to previous eye surgery. He's an asset to this clinic. The staff at the front desk and dispensary were equally as helpful and friendly - recommending frames and lenses, and encouraging me to take my time. A great experience overall.

I have tried other opticians but always end up back here. I have a small face, meaning there are less options that fit and suit me. The staff give exceptional service in finding the right glasses for me, and there is never any pressure. Glasses always fit well and I love the selection. I have been to other clinics where the glasses were way too tight on my ears (very painful) and the staff are not pleased when I need adjustments! Not at McLeod.

I have been going to McLeod Optometry for seven years and in that time, I have received excellent service. The clinic is bright, clean and up-to-date. Dr. Noel and his staff are friendly and professional. I have difficulty finding frames to fit, but with the help of his assistants Lucie and Daniela, I purchased two pairs of eyeglasses that I love. I highly recommend McLeod Optometry for their excellent service, and expertise.

I've been with this clinic for 2+years- always have a great experience, hassle free, quick turn around for appts (there was one time where they were backed up & I had to wait a really long time but it happens in any office/clinic/business). They also have a good variety of glasses & options for low income budgets-$160 for one pair, frames, lenses & comes with basic coatings too! Ended up getting 2 pairs for less than $300(taxes in).

Saw Dr. Paula Romero as a new patient. She was very informative and thorough throughout the examination. She was also much less pushy on selling me glasses than my previous optometrist which I appreciated (my prescription would be very small and doesn't impact my day to day).

I had a great experience here. Dr. Noel was very patient and thorough, answering all of my questions and showed genuine care. I've noticed that a lot of clinics seem keen to rush you through to buy their products but this place didn't make me feel like that. Of course I was given the option to buy glasses in their shop but I didn't feel like that was the central focus of my visit. It's nice to find a business like this!

Dr Romero and her assistant Jenny went above and beyond in helping me with my eye exam. They deserve the five stars just for their patience alone and are an asset to the FYidoctors practice.
