We attended the first afternoon social dance on last Tuesday (May 30, 2023) there. The room is HUGE with many fans on the ceiling to keep good air flow. The hardwood floor is well maintained. The sound system is excellent, making us enjoy the music and our dance.

We went to this community centre for a monthly social/ballroom dance party organized by Andre (who teaches ballroom/Latin dance and Argentine Tango classes at Greensboro CC, just search “FrancineAndreDance” at Facebook). I have to say that Greensboro CC has one of the best dance rooms in Ottawa. The beautiful hardwood floor is well maintained. The size of the room is huge too. In Ottawa, I say only Churchill Senior Centre and Glebe Community Centre have dance hall that can compare with Greensboro CC’s dance room. However, I think Greensboro has a better dance hardwood floor. The hardwood floor is well engineered and raised that it does not hurt our knees when dancing. This is very important to seniors! I wish that that Stittsville/Kanata seniors can have similar facilities.

A very nice facility! There is a library, Rec center, pool and park so there's always something to do. The staff there are are very nice and helpful. The centre is very well kept and tidy. It's a great place to host events!

This is a great community centre, indoors and out. There are nice washrooms, library, réception, snack machines, and I believe wifi too. Big playground also with à water area and à big field. Also has swing and lots of benches and parking.

Great community centre with all that you need! Never been to this gym myself but my family loves it. It's also got nice places to sit and the connection to the library is great. A shame there isn't a pool or place for court sports, would make it so much better! The nice little second hand book shop is super nice though, 10/10 recommend - always some nice finds.

Nice centre, centrally located in neighbourhood. They could brighten this place up by adding more lights. My experience was good always, there is library in the same building.

Took a dance class here. Good facilities. Friendly staff. Great instructor. Great for the whole family.

We go here for kids activities run by the city. The staff is fabulous

The library is really pleasant with a lot of activities going on in it and at the entire centre.

Wonderful employees, very essential space for the community!! During the derecho in May 2022, they let us stay and charge our items, offered warm beverage, bathrooms, showers. Absolutely wonderful facility and people involved.

This community center is perfect for people of all ages. Big, spacious, luminous library that holds all kinds of books. Play structure and wading pool outside. Lovely place to hang around

Class B city facility with fitness classes. Attached to Greensboro library. Washrooms are clean, well maintained.

Not cordoned off like the april lockdown but not maintained either. Seen some kids skating on frozen area. Usually stop here to have my Tim Hortons coffee.

Lean and people are friendly. Library is good too. Great service.

Great for toddlers and little kids. The library is big and staff are helpful. Outside is a large park and soccer field. In the summer there is a small sprinkler area and a wading pool with lifeguards! There is a decent amount of shade for hot days and clean washrooms inside.

One stop for many services. Staff are very helpful. The library takes you all over the world as you sour on the wings of your imagination!

Library was excellent, and staff very helpful. I was disappointed that there's no real pool, only a small outdoor wading pool. And the gym looks very small and cramped.

I like using the library more. It has great selection of books and a nice place to study. I wish the gym was a bit bigger, it would motivate me to go more. I find the community Centre a better fit for children and young teens. It has great activities for them and I see a lot of teens studying in groups in the library. It is really great to see that!

I feel so fortunate to live near the Greenboro Community Centre and to be able to attend the fitness classes offered 7 days a week. The fitness instructors are great, really helpful and always ready to listen and give advice whenever I ask for guidance. Whether I stop at the library or check in at the reception to attend a fitness class, it's service with a smile. Thank you to all the staff, fitness instructors, volunteers and to everyone working at Greenboro Community Centre for making this the great place that it is.
