I've traveled with this company in the past and they're pretty reliable. The people at this branch are knowledgeable about the many destinations they provide. I liked the guides that accompanied us on our last trip to New York, so much so we are going again in several months. A no hassle trip.

Wow wow wow! Absolutely recommend! An amazing experience. I went a couple years ago although the tour has improved in so many ways. Erin the tour guide and Daniel the bus driver added to our experience. Their joy in their career made the bus ride and tour above and beyond. We will definitely be returning as long as Daniel and Erin are on the bus with us, they deserve a promotion! We will recommend to all friends and family.

Had an amazing time with my teenage children! Went on a NYC trip and was hesitant at first about a bus trip but glad I went! Robert, the NYC guide was great!! Gilles, our driver, was wonderful!! Erin, the tour guide, was amazing and went above and beyond for everyone!!! She helped us feel confident navigating NYC on our own and was very helpful answering questions. Highly recommend the NYC tour and will likely be back. My only recommendation is to have online options to book and pay for the trips. Thanks for an amazing girls trip!!

Very well organized tour to New York. Friendly staff. Listened to what their customers wanted. Great customer service. The bus driver and their tour guide were awesome. Tour activities and information are precise. They stick to their time frame. All in All, our group had a wonderful experience and time in New York!!

Update. although there was the initial booking and difficulty in contacting issues , I have updated to reflect the actual tour. Pick up was smooth, driver and tour guide both excellent. Both hotels, meals were all of a high standard . If I have one complaint it was the last day, up early for a 2 hour tour and 2 hours in St.Jacob made for an incredibly long day , I wasn't home until almost 9 . I can only Initial review. Sent a deposit but the balance was not taken in July. Called unfortunately a member of staff had passed away , so there was a back log. Balance of payment was taken early August. Trip is now 2 weeks away and despite numerous attempts to contact business to ask about pick up and drop off times no one is answering. It is too late to cancel so I fear i have lost my money .

We just came back May 19-22 / 2023 from a 4-day New York City tour with Ottawa Valley Tours. We were extremely pleased with the professional services we received and we were impressed with the quality of accommodations that we had at the Marriott (Glenpointe). On bus #2, our tour Director Kim was awesome, very professional, and was very funny with her great sense of humour. Denis our driver (from 417 Bus Line) was also a big reason why the entire tour was so pleasant and unforgettable. He also went beyond his standard duties to make us feel part of a great group. We will again definitely travel with Ottawa Valley Tours in the near future.

Had an amazing time. Went to New York City. We have never taken a bus trip before. It was a great time for both bus and New York city , bus driver Gilles was great and guide Erin the tour bus guide was even more amazing and the guide in New York City. Robert was funny. and of course, very knowledgeable. We recommend this highly would like to do another tour maybe Nashville in the future🏙️

A beautiful park in the heart of the East side of the city. With a Summer only swimming pool, Hockey rink, tennis court, baseball & etc, kid play structures and green space for anyone to spent half a day on. Very convenient located and reachable with cable cars, subways, buses.

We went on the NYC trip from October 7-10. I went with my sister and my 2 daughters. We were all so impressed with Erin our tour guide and Daniel the bus driver. Awesome service, so good in fact we are planning on going again next year. It will be my fourth trip with Ottawa Valley Tours.

We travelled to New York on December 2nd 2022 and we enjoyed it immensely. Our bus driver(Denis), pick up driver in Arnprior, tour guide (Erin) and fellow passengers were all amazing. Just returned from the New York tour ,it was awesome ,enjoyed it so much and Erin was so full of information wow how does she remember everything so interesting will never go back unless she is my tour guide ,and Jude wow what a driver and so pleasant and dedicated ,even after a family death he continued to take us all home safe theses two are a great team and wishing them both well can never say enough about the enjoyment from Limo pick up time,till limo home drop off,looking forward to my next tour .
