I'm so thankful to be living in Ottawa and being a member of this wonderful organization. They provide help to seniors who are in need of services such as transportation, grocery shopping, activities, exercise programs , social gatherings and many more. Because of them, I am able to remain in my home. This Thanksgiving is the best time to thank the whole team and let them know how grateful I am♥️

A nice senior center with friendly kitchen / cafeteria that also serve as the kitchen to 12 Meals on Wheels routes around Ottawa. With aging population and what you hear about isolated seniors, it is good that there are facilities like this for our loved ones to go to and stay active.

I visit regularly with my mom and enjoy the services offered. This visit was for a pride bbq and the entertainment was very enjoyable - The Queertets!

A welcoming center for all seniors. Multiple activities, full dining room for lunch, social hub for the many cultures in Ottawa, excellent staff. Kitchen cooks for Meals on Wheels. Multiple volunteer opportunities. Caring friendly staff.

I came to take a tour of the facilities to better understand TGC. However, although all participants wore masks, the leader of the tour did not wear a mask. Therefore I left the Centre and did not complete the tour. I take the bus (it takes an hour) and was frustrated that ‘staff’ did not comply with masking mandate.

They are very community oriented.

Truly a rewarding experience,you owe it to yourself to join the fun!

GC is the best place for seniors. All kinds of classes incl. Chair yoga, strength and balance etc. Good meals for a good price.

The Good Companions is a non-profit community support organization that provides opportunities for seniors and adults with physical disabilities in the greater Ottawa area to participate in social, recreational, educational, and volunteer activities, and to benefit from various social and health services.

I had the occasion to use GOOD COMPANIONS WHEN I FIRST CAME OUT OF HOSPITAL. THIS SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, GREAT HELP TO ME AT THE TIME. I AM THINKING OF HAVE A COUPLE OF AREAS LOOKED INTO FOR ME. BRYAN W. FULLER Please do keep up the good work.

Clean and lots of activities.

One of Ottawa's best seniors social club. They have daily activities for all abilities and interested in the active senior today. They also bring in local businesses that can offer certain services in a mobile while so that seniors can have access while attending other programs. Very happy, collaborative, welcoming experience.

Went to Christmas bazaar. Amazing. Best one in Ottawa. Everyone was so friendly Delicious food. Delicious hot chocolate. Impeccable knitting. So good So so good
