The cineplex at South Keys is a good place to watch a movie. The prices are cheaper than Silver City for both the movie and food. I had the chillidog and it tasted good. If you like my reviews, videos or photos just movie on up and say lights camera action with your thumbs up.

Not the best theatre. Has pretty bad sound and the 3d movies are never calibrated correctly. But because of this there is always space here to watch new releases here that are usually sold out in other theatres. If you don't mind the low quality it's worth going to. Empty theatre sometimes too. Went there again recently and they fixed the sound and picture quality of the 2d film. I may visit again to see if they fixed their 3d

Older theatre, ample parking (especially as all the store beside it are empty now) One birthday party room. Could definitely use an upgrade / expansion - especially with o-train station right there, and future LRT Confederation line plans. It had a weird selection of movies when I went. Only one kids/family movie.. and then some B-roll type stuff. Two or three major movies that I would probably see in a nicer theatre.

The selection of videos are low here. I think movie theaters are the next blockbuster video, seems to be failing. Security has little care here so tons of people bringing their own snacks without being checked. Tonight i could of walked in free of charge, no one was at the ticket check and we waited because we are honest but when the employee came she giggled and said if you see no one just go. I've literally went to a movie here and it was just my gf and I, we had to get security to start the movie for us because they didnt bother starting it maybe because no one was going. It was interesting have an entire theater to yourself. I kinda like how loose it is. Movies are down to 10.95$ now in 2022 so I think theres desperation to bring in crowds. I blame hollywoods woke movie pumping lately but thats just my opinion

Very nice staff, quick service. Cinema was well kept and clean. Great price on Tuesday for a nice movie. I found the theatre itself for a bit cold at times, so I would recommend bringing a hoodie! Overall it was a nice experience!

Great place to watch hindi movies. Although sometimes speakers are too loud compare to the area of the theatre room. Didn't like the speakers quality.

Watched a movie in auditorium number 12. The sound was awful. Your home tv will sound better. Screeching noise. There is no bass at all. Screen is very very small and blurry imaging. If you do want to go to this theatre do check if the auditorium has rows at least till 'N'.

Staff are great, food tasty and great atmosphere… unfortunately the seating in theater #12 is quite outdated, must invest and get better seats…

Had surprisingly cheep ticket sales and the main lobby is small enough to accommodate a lot of people without wasting space that they could use for screens Seats were comfy and the experience overall was quite enjoyable

The colours were off on the screen. First everything was purple, then it was like they turned off the purple entirely (significantly less red and blue tones) and everything looked yellow and washed out for the entire movie. We informed the staff twice that the colours were off but they said the movie was supposed to look that way (it wasn't - we'd watched numerous trailers for it). Overall, a disappointing experience, especially when you haven't seen movies in a long time thanks to lockdown! Edit: I don't seem to be able to respond to the question asked, so I am adding this edit. It was Jungle Cruise. We couldn't even tell that her blouse was blue (it looked off-white), or that he had a red ascot (it looked faded pink).

Speakers were blown in our theatre and there was a feedback noise the entire time our movie was on. A second speaker was blown behind us and it shook during deep bass. Overall not a very enjoyable experience.

I Went to See the Barbie Movie Last Night and It Was the Busiest I’ve Ever Seen this Movie Theater! The Staff Did an Exceptional Job Handling the Large Crowds and Doing So with a Smile! A Special Mention to the Young Lady Working the Outtakes Counter Who Was Working Alone and Incredibly Hard to Get Everything Together, She Was Moving Quickly and Did a Great Job while Keeping a Smile and Telling Everyone to Enjoy their Film, this is Exceptional Customer Service at its Finest!

Easy to get to, decent movie theater. The only theater I know that plays anime movies and other niche movies in Ottawa. Lots of fond memories here.

In comparison to other theatres in the city not great. We had a pack of kids back and forth in and out of the theatre when we finally complained and missed a chunk of the movie doing so they said they were waiting on more complaints before they kicked them out. I get policy and what not but I feel like it was a waste of money because of this. Also in terms of facilities the arcade was not great and the chairs in the theatre were old and uncomfortable. Prices are the same at the other movie theatres might as well go to a different one.

I was visiting from out of town and let me tell you this is by far the most disgusting Cineplex Theatre I have been to. From blood in the sink in the washroom to all the food on the floors from the front door to the theatres and the sticky chairs. Popcorn is to be expected obviously on the floor, but this was easily a weeks worth🤮

NEVER AGAIN! Lets start by the people checking your tickets, not a smile, not a thank you, just mute and at the end saying "number 2". The halls the room super dirty!!! Food everywhere... Disgusting.! The room extremely cold! And the sound... Man.. I am all for sound when watching an action movie but this was way too much! Never again!!!

Good luck, to begin the screen quality was terrible & I'm pretty sure the sound system was two beats pills in each frontal corner of the auditorium. You've got rabid teens acting on every impulse they have-- you're in for your fair share of spastic outburst lines when the teens feel daring. This theatre needs a dehumidifier, It feels like you're in basement (Theatre 11).

The corridors smell mold, old. The carpets look like they are from 100 years ago. Some seats in the theater did not work. The movie quality was very good both visually and auditory. So the experience of watching the movie was good, but to achieve that, we had to pass by a very depressive, out of the 70s corridor. The technology of buying tickets from the comfort of my home, and not using paper, just showing my cell purchase was a plus.

Just watched Mission Impossible. Had the worst audio experience of my life. The entire right side of the theatre (theatre 5) had no audio. So we got blasted by the left side and dead silence from the right. Also there seemed to be no subwoofer at all. Avoid this place! Also the screen clarity was poor. A 5/10 at best.

Has been not great, and I haven't even stepped into the theatre yet. Went to book tickets online and mobile struggles to sign me in; have to go to desktop to make it work. Online booking fees? Why am I paying you to make your job easier? PayPal payment option fails with an unknown error, so now my credit card information is with a company that can't figure out account creation procedures that work...

I went here to watch black panther:wakanda forever and the whole movie theatre was oily and covered in trash and popcorn, I had to brush popcorn off my seat. I’m not sure if will go again I’m still trying to get the popcorn oil out of my clothes. :(

Me, my little sister and her friend went to see the New Black Panther wakanda forever in 3D and it was so much fun, would definitely recommend this location because it wasn't too crowded and had great service.

What a great place to watch a movie. Went to watch Shang-Chi and the theater was massive. They are also following covid-19 regulations by leaving a space between everyone.

Poor sound system quality. They didn't even clean the theatre in between showings. Definitely worth travelling to a different theatre for a better experience.

Very busy but nice to see people out and about. They really need to replace their regular size popcorn bags, it could be dangerous adding butter to the popcorn in a plastic bag as it could get really hot

We had coupons that had just expired, so I went to inquire if we could still use them. Not only they accepted them, but they did so without a moment of hesitation. Seats were comfortable, one of the kids was not heavy enough to keep the seat open so it kept closing on them. Offering some booster seats for featherweight kids would be highly appreciated.

It's a theater, I don't know what people expect. It does as it does, fair priced for fair seats. Go on Tuesdays for a deal

Not a bad movie theater. Its limited, but nevertheless, it shows all the good and latest films. ITs not a bad movie theater, since its close by to the South Keys area. Just don't expect too much.

As always, I love this theatre. It’s much smaller/quieter than the Lansdowne cineplex, with a huge variety of shows - even anime, old movies, and more. The seats we got (for Candyman) were VERY comfy, even if they didn’t recline. I honestly really like it here just for how “calm” it is. I’ve never seen the bathrooms with a huge line-up even post-movie, which is also a bonus. There’s a pretty big restaurant here too, which is expensive (but they always are) and has a nice selection of foods, if you don’t want just popcorn. Before you check-out, there’s also some cute stands filled with plushies and other movie-related toys! There’s also the usual arcade area, though, I didn’t check to see if it was still running with the pandemic. All in all, my favourite out of the cineplex theatres in Ottawa.

Finally I could return to a movie theater. I was missing it. The movie theater has a good structure with many options of entertainment and several rooms. All the time I've been there the staff were friendly and helpful. Snacks are a bit costly but every movie theater they are. I recommend it.
