πŸ‘πŸ‘ We have a great time nice activity for the kids as well and the location easy to find and there was lots of parking in a mowed area. There were two rows open for picking and you can buy two sizes of bags to fill (small was 20 bucks, large was 35 - cash only though) the price is little bit expansive... People often mention apples, pick, kids, trees, orchard, nice, year, apple, picking, visit,

There were two rows open for picking and you can buy two sizes of bags to fill (small was 20 bucks, large was 35 - cash only though) the price is little bit expansive compared to last year . Make sure you wear proper shoes - the grass was a bit wet and tall . Still flat enough between the rows to bring a stroller or wagon. They had ladders as well if you wanted to pick apples up high on the tree. It would be nice if there was something else to do or see - our visit was pretty short since we filled our bags quickly. Looks like there used to be animals on the property but the pens were overgrown. Would be fun for the kids if they had bunnies or something. They also had picnic tables if you bring your own snack/lunch. Would recommend.

We went apple picking last weekend with our 2 year old and had the best time! She had so much fun picking apples, eating churros, checking out the tractor, and climbing the tire structure. We've been eating the apples all week, they are delicious! We will be back next year!

I've gone here for years and after today this will be my last visit. I understand that on the website it says that the apples have been picked through but there were literally none on the trees. We were not told that when buying two empty bags to go picking with. Instead, we walked around for the better part of an hour and had to resort to pulling the apples from a crate in the field. When we mentioned this to the staff and asked what we could do with the empty second bag we were told to take what we could find from the nearly empty boxes in the main house/store. I get that the trees have no apples left on them. It's warm, and there's a lot of people. But taking people's money without telling your customers that their experience is going to be vastly different from their expectations is pretty disappointing. Not once did anyone approach the huge line out the door to let them know what to expect. Despite all of the above, the churros were good. Waiting 15 minutes for one seems a bit excessive but after today, I'll take what I can get.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Log Cabin Orchard. With a cute petting zoo, a cantina with awesome homemade goods on top of the beautiful apple trees. We were able to fill up our bag within 20 minutes and had the chance to take wonderful pictures of the kids. I had the chance to chat with one of the owners and I can absolutely say that she loves what she does and makes sure that everyone is happy and satisfied with their visit. The 45 minute drive from my home was totally worth it πŸ‘Œβ™₯️

Fun outing today to the orchard. It was easy to find and there was lots of parking in a mowed area. It would be nice if there was something else to do or see - our visit was pretty short since we filled our bags quickly. Looks like there used to be animals on the property but the pens were overgrown. Would be fun for the kids if they had bunnies or something. There were a bunch of cats wandering around and an old tractor to look at at least. They also had picnic tables if you bring your own snack/lunch. Would recommend.

Very low-key family run orchard. Small but friendly. Good selection of apples to pick, and a cantina that serves sweet treats and drinks. Also a fire pit to relax around and small farm animals for the kids to pet.

Staff were super friendly and encouraged us to explore the rest of the orchard for picture taking. It took less than 20 minutes to fill a half-bushel bag of small to medium sized paula red apples. The canteen had yummy churros at a reasonable price.

Great outing on a beautiful day. Large parking lot, petting zoo with pigs, rabbits, geese and goats. fun for kids. Well laid out orchard with a selection of different apples to pick. Easy low trees to pick apples without a ladder. Friendly helpful staff. Pumpkins in the fall and weekend activities like hay rides etc. We went on a Monday so was quiet but perfect for apple picking. Assorted apple products for sale inside cabin; cider etc.

A nice apple orchard. Kids will love this place very much. Due to May frost, no harvest this year unfortunately, so I don't have chance to pick up apples from trees myself today, but I still enjoy my visit since I love nature and photography. And I bought honey crisp, which is one of the best apples here, another one is McIntosh.

We came on labour day. It was insanely busy (which is great for them). There is a little stand that sells fresh churros, candy apples and some drinks. A few picnic tables exist. They had a bonfire going for people to sit around. A small petting zoo is set up. You can buy feed cones, $2 each or 3/$5. The animals were very well fed and weren't interested in the feed. Right beside the food is where you buy bags to pick apples. It wasn't clearly marked. There are two sizes. A smaller size, which was $23; and 20lbs size for $40. There were a lot of wasps. So many. And parking was a bit crazy. Right now Lobo and Macintosh are in season.

Had an amazing day of apple picking with my friends! I was a little hesitant going because of some of the bad reviews on google, but let me tell you, we absolutely LOVED our visit. Make no mistake, you are going to a farm, it’s dirty, chaotic, and it’s FUN. The outhouse is an experience. And the churros are awesome. The campfire was a nice touch! We also loved the seeing all the little animals. There were tons of apples to pick, and all the folks working there were friendly and wonderful. Pricing was like $24 for little bag and $40something for the big bag. Was happy to pay the amount for all the fun we had. We took a bunch of really cute pictures and we’ll be eating apples for weeks! Will definitely go back again next year 😁

Friendly staff, lots of farm cats, sweet families. If you go in October there are only apples that have fallen from the wind, but they are great apples & still has an orchid feel!

Go early in the season if you want to pick from their trees otherwise they have lovely bins to select from!

Simple activities but very nice place to visit for a few hours in an orchard. Activities are free so you can put your money towards apples, pumpkins, churros or baked goods

Nice place to pick apples! I went during the end of the season, staff were friendly, the food at the little shop was pretty ok and the apples were nice and crunchy. Great place for the kids or a date.

One of the best places to pick apples. The authentic churros are one of the main attractions. I totally recommend it!

I loved visiting this place. It was perfect getaway from the city’s crowd. I brought home some apples and they were sweetest I’ve ever tasted.

Came here every year with friends and always had a good experience. However this year the prices went up quite a bit and when we went to pick the apples there was none on the trees. Spent $24 for the 1/4 bag on apples we picked off the ground. Overall still a good place but check the trees before buying your bag

Log cabin, an apple orchard, offers a small variety of early apples and the benefits of being able to pick and depart quickly. This is not what everyone is looking for in an apple orchard when they are visiting with young children and desire more of an experience. However, one must judge an apple orchard based on the apples and on this, I give them four stars. Fresh and easy to pick. Lots of ladders and varietals. Call before you go to see what’s picking.

One of our favorite places to visit. A warm and inviting family farm with a stand for purchases including hot dogs, churros, and cider. And a petting zoo that is free to roam. The farm cats are absolutely adorable.
