Its is a good show store, seems to have something for kids of all ages. Very nice staff... I would like it if they had a few more of the really smart looking shoes...

AMAZING STORE!!! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff with the patience of Saints! I show to find shoes for my 2 & 4 year old kids, who proceed to destroy the store and want no part of trying on footwear... they help in every way a Mom could ever dream of being assisted! Never felt like they were trying to hurry us out or that we were a bother. Left with four pairs of shoes that were all on sale! Totally recommend!!

My go to location to shod my toddler. Not as cheap as online orders, but finding shoes that actually fit right on a toddler seems important. Carries a pretty wide selection of kids and toddler footware, plus seasonal snowsuits. Can be busy, but when it is there is a ticket system, and you get the full focus of an employee when it is your turn.

Selection has really declined in the last couple years. Most shoes they carry can be purchased in any big box stores and the ones that cant aren't really special in any way. Sales associates don't respect the "take a number" system. We had three families cut in front of us yesterday whose numbers were after ours(45min wait). It's all good, the big box stores are cheaper, they helped as soon as we walked in, and they actually knew something about the shoes they had in stock (which can't be said of the sales associate we met at kiddie kobbler). We used to love the selection and didn't mind paying more for quality shoes you couldn't find elsewhere along with knowledgeable staff. Gone are those days.

Ordered shoes online for curbside pickup. Waited 32 hours and no word' Cashed twice and left messages as no answer. Finally went to store. Two young associates were at the cash seemingly paying more attention to the internet. It was dead in there. When I said who I was and what I needed, one was apologetic and grabbed the box from behind her saying sorry. I got the impression they were supposed to call me but forgot. Unimpressed considering the shoes were more expensive than other places and I'd heard great things about their customer service. My son is immuno-compromised and I cannot take him into a store and try not to go into stores of I can avoid it. Curbside-pickup failure.

Amazing service! When I brought my son for the first time to try on his first pair of shoes, service was great and there was no pressure, he got to walk around the store and explore walking in shoes. Since I've bought all my son's shoes here and will continue as they're helpful, they answer your questions, and in such uncertain circumstances, I've had my order delivered same day in Ottawa. Thank you for the great customer service!

We had the store to ourselves by appointment. Elena was patient and very helpful as we tried several pairs of sandals on my 22 month old daughter. Masks were worn and plexiglass was installed to keep everyone safe. Fantastic experience.

Truly amazing service! I hate buying shoes online, but I was messaging through FB messenger with an employee and they gave a perfect recommendation for my thick and wide footed 3 y/o. They even brought the bag out to my car in front of the store when I did curb pick up. So grateful for the time the employees at this store saved me.
