The staff at Global are the best!! Above and beyond in knowledge and assistance. Every time I have asked, they have offered excellent advice from their personal pet experiences (I first adopted a 6 month old cat and then, a year later a new kitten and I needed help). Excellent range of products. They will offer to get items in if they do not have it on the shelf! You may see a friendly pet behind the counter too!! They have weekly pet walks too! I am very happy to support this local business

Staff are friendly and helpful. Merchandising is done very well, and they have everything I need for my cat and dog. My fur babies are happy! Duende is enjoying his new pickle toy already.

*** heres an update. About a month ago (apparently) when buying tollder farms frozen food you no longer accumulate frequent buyer rewards (ie free bag) by just purchasing the same lbs bags. It now gets separated by protein source. So if you're like me and like to purchase different flavors for your fur baby it will now take longer to accumulate a free bag of food. Not to mention the jump in price is a lot. And of course they didnt tell me cause... apparently it's not noteworthy to mention it to regular customers. Really disappointed. This place use to be great the girls use to care. However the last 4 times theyve just dropped the ball entirely. Forgetting theyve left you on hold, for like 15 minutes. Charging you for the free pkg of food after 12 purchases. Not asking for air miles, and just recently charging me for an 8lb box when i specifically asked for a 6lb box to be held aside. Its like they dont bother to listen to their customers. Its really unfortunate. I use to like them, only so many times one can be ignorned and "apologized" to before enough is enough. Someone needs a bit more training in customer service

Michaela was so helpful! When I explained I was in to get our dog a little something special due to the heat (a treat, since we have only been able to walk him at night), she recommended the doggy ice cream. What a fabulous idea!! I also needed pill pockets, and she helped me pick out just the right kind. She knew about the companies, the ingredients, everything. Not only did she know her stuff, but she was lovely to deal with.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They always carry heavy bags of food to my vehicle for me. Thank you! Great selection of healthy food and treats for my fur-babies (feline and canine). Good selection of toys and accessories, too. We bought a splitter leash so we can put two dogs on one lead. We're very happy with it. I feel very good about returning my empty food bags to Global Pet Foods for recycling.

Wonderfully locally owned and operated location. They always have the super specialized type of dog food that I require in stock. The staff are very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I have. Lots of selection of things other than food as well.

Best pet store I’ve visited. Staff is extremely helpful and no question was to much. With 2 new kittens in my life I had many question that where clearly answered by the amazing staff. The pet food selection is amazing as well and will definitely meet all your pets needs.
