Amanda at Randall's saved my bacon with a replacement blind. I walked into the store with the anticipation that I would be purchasing a new blind to once again complete my older set of blind. However, Amanda quickly recognized and understood that I'd be covered for the cost of a new blind and guided me through the entire process. This ended up being a warranty replacement blind. She did the heavy lifting and without much delay or effort on my end the blind was delivered and installed very easily. The store itself is conveniently located, nestled on a corner on Bank St with ample parking in case that is a worry. Clean store interior with lots of staff visible and seemingly always eager to help a customer as they walk inside. I will definitely be a repeat customer going forward after this experience. My favorite Randall's paint store is located at 555 Bank st near the 417 Queensway bridge. I really appreciate their knowledgeable staff. They have helped me plan colour patterns in my home, suggested solutions to painting projects and the paint they carry is way better quality and lasts longer than the cheap Behr stuff found at Home Depot. I recently purchased blinds for my basement and am very disappointed with the customer service. Not only my messages were ignored when I tried to obtain more information regarding the price of the blinds but also I run into very condescending attitude when I questioned the final bill. I was basically told that I was wrong, which wasn't the case, since the mistake was clearly on their side (an apology would be nice). I was finally reimbursed for the amount I was contesting. Also, no one got back to me about the price of Miracle Fit I planned to install on my windows even though the measurements were taken not once but twice with a promise of a follow up the following day. I will definitely look for a more professional (competent) and more courteous service next time I intend to buy blinds.

I went in looking for a magnetic latch with nothing but a broken example and the staff in blinds found the exact model in moments.

First time window blinds buyer here - I bought the blinds from Randall's. Overall experience wasn't as enjoyable that I would have hoped for. The visit for the quote and installation went well - no complains there. However, all questions we had regarding the purchase and delivery of the blinds (again first time buying blinds) we're met with a condescending almost non-response by the store staff. I really had the sense that there was zero interest in retaining me as a customer after the purchase - hence why this was the first and last time i'm buying blind from there.

We met Marc and his team at a roadshow event, showed our interest in blinds for our home and within a few days, got an in-home consultation and many options to choose from, in which the interior designer helped us decide, free of charge. Just got everything installed a few weeks later and we are extremely happy with the speedy service and installation. They answered all our questions and our house is finally our home.

Randall's staff always provides the best service! I was extremely impressed with their stain colour match capability. I provided them a piece of stained baseboard from our house since it was a custom colour purchased somewhere else. The colour came out perfectly!!! No one can tell the difference between the two!!!! Bravo!!!!

They used to have a furniture showroom where you could see and try furniture before ordering but not anymore. They list custom furniture as a line of their decor business on their website and we were handed a book to look through but furniture was obviously not a priority part of their business as nobody knowledgeable came to help answer questions or show available materials, colours, etc. Left a bit bewildered and disappointed.
