I
ordered
a
parka
at
this
location
and
they
had
it
shipped
to
my
house.
I
was
told
I
would
have
14
days
to
return
it
as
of
the
time
of
purchase.
This
includes
the
shipping
time,
which
took
10
days.
So
I
had
4
days
left
to
return
it
when
I
received
it,
which
is
ridiculous.
I
ordered
another
size
and
went
back
to
the
store
on
the
13th
day
to
return
the
original
parka,
unworn.
The
staff
said
the
return
timeframe
had
passed
and
that
they
would
give
me
a
STORE
CREDIT,
on
a
430$
parka
(which
I
had
already
reordered,
only
in
another
size).
They
said
the
online
policy
says
you
have
10
DAYS
to
return
an
item
as
of
the
time
of
purchase.
This
is
absolutely
ridiculous,
plus
I
was
told
I
had
14
days
to
make
a
return,
which
is
already
quite
unreasonable.
I
insisted
on
a
refund,
which
they
eventually
agreed
to.
The
staff
was
rude
and
not
understanding
at
all.
They
didn't
speak
to
me
or
even
look
at
me
until
the
transaction
was
over,
only
to
remind
me
that
they
had
made
an
exception,
and
that
I
should
know
that
in
future,
I
will
have
10
DAYS
to
return
an
online
order
to
receive
a
full
refund.
The
clothes
are
nice
but
the
customer
service
lacks
quite
a
bit.
