I’m not usually one to leave reviews but recently I went to Cleo’s and was helped by Chantale and I don’t think I have ever had such a great customer service experience. She went above and beyond in every aspect and even stayed over an hour past her shift to help my sister find a new wardrobe for work. She was so knowledgeable on sizes and styles and picked up on what worked and what didn’t for my sister. She charged my phone when it died and called security when I realized I had left my wallet somewhere else in the mall. I would definitely recommend visiting Chantale at this location!

A little expensive overall. Sales are affordable. The staff was helpful. Have not tried the change room for accessibility.

The ladies who work on the weekend are the nicest and most accommodating. They were SO patient and wonderful with my 87 year old mom who was looking for a dress for a wedding. I wish all stores had these types of employees. Thank you!

I went into Cleo just to browse. I found a pair of jeans that I quite liked. What I want to acknowledge is the help I received from the sales associate (the receipt said Carole-Anne). She was so pleasant and helpful. She deserves a pat on the back!

Cleo has phenomenal sales before Christmas, bought myself a black pleather jacket for 50% off. Staff were extremely helpful, my enjoyable experience will have visiting again soon

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank both ladies that were on staff on Saturday Feb 10, 2024 for their customer focused approached. My elderly mother felt sick all of a sudden and they were so attentive and understanding of the situation. I cannot thank them enough for not making my mom feel worst as she was very embarrassed.
