I've only recently started coming here and I gotta say its insanely delicious. The staff are super friendly and very kind and overall improve my mood greatly :) The sandwiches i highly recommend as well as hot chocolate as its very good for the price Thank you so much, highly recommended Shop. :)

Great prepared meals, sandwiches, imported Italian products, coffee, deserts, frozen pizza dough, etc.! I cannot wait for them to re-open. Just Googled to see if they'd opened again and saw they had 99 reviews. Thought I'd make it 100.

I've died and gone to heaven Misto's pasta salad is the best. I have been eating their pasta salad for a few years and can never get enough. It is also a potluck favorite, you can ask them to make you a family container. Miam

Loving this shop! We’ve been having the sandwiches which are made to order with fresh ingredients. They have a fantastic selection of ready to go meals and many delicious treats too. Fairly priced. Well worth checking out!

Great sandwiches and superb service! Went in tonight not realizing they were closing in 10 minutes and ordered a sandwich. Every was so kind and polite despite me being 'that guy'. Good people!

Good Italian coldcut sandwiches with a choose your own adventure style to it. The only fault i have with it was that the bread left something to be desired. They are very generous with the meats, could use a little more lettuce, and the spicy eggplant is delicious must have to any sandwiches.

My go to place for lunch time cold cut sandwiches. The porchetta is among the best I have ever had!! You guys rock! Thank you very much for your super high quality products!

I went in Misto's on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 for the first time since they reopened. I purchased a coffee and a single serving meat lasagna. I'm Italian, father's side, I know an amazing lasagna when I taste one. This one is that! Loved it! Will definitely buy again.

Sandwiches are the best I've ever had in Ottawa. Generous amount of meat and nice fresh buns and ingredients.

Nice place hidden in the plaza. Staff is very nice and their paninis are very tasty. They stop serving breakfast sandwiches at 10:30 so I tried their daily Panini which was 2 eggs, ham, spicy mayo and other meats... It was delicious. The price is a bit high for a Panini ($8.99+tx). Would definitely come back to try other items on their menu.

Amazing sandwiches, deli, cheese, and honestly everything else. Very fair prices in my opinion. Any rating less than 5 stars is questionable and picky.

Misto Fine Food Shop is a hidden gem. The take-out is very high quality, not too salty and everything is very nutritious. Very highly recommended by this high-end Ottawa foodie!

i love this place i think if there's anything you can get here instead of food basics you should do that.. the prices are super reasonable and when i had one of the sandwiches in the back i felt a moment of connection between me and every other person in history that had also eaten a sandwich. just a classic good sandwich

Super friendly staff, and absolutely to die for sandwiches! And amazing prices! Everything is fresh and delicious. Lots of great selection for pasta and sauces and cheese and pestos too. Definitely recommend!

Can't say enough good things about this place. Staff is great, most of the products are of premium quality but still reasonably priced, and their attention to detail when cutting and packaging salumi is the best I've seen in Ottawa.

Great selection of Italian goods and a well-stocked deli. Only complaint is that my sandwich was a bit light on the meat, but it was delicious.

Sandwiches are tasty but they literally used Nesquick syrup for my mocha latte. That is not " Italian fine food". I forced myself to drink it. It was not good. To top it off, the difference between the regular sized cup and the "large" are pretty much non existant as I saw both cups at the same time. You just want to rip people off. They buy a large latte not knowing the regular for a lower price holds the same volume. The large cup was just taller and the regular was just wider. You think people are that stupid? Please... also, your pasta salad is still bland as all hell.

Misto is a cozy, and fairly comfortable shop. I bought Cannelloni (meat), and the Chicken with white wine sauce. Both were wonderful, and I topped the cannelloni with some fresh basil. The Chicken was surprisingly moist, I had expected it to be nice, but it was actually beyond my expectation. I will go back.

This restaurant is rude towards anyone whom isn’t spending money in their franchise. They will call security if you sit down outside on the sidewalk to play Pokémon go and will call you a vagrant in the rudest of ways. The food taste horrible. Ender’s children under the age of 12 in the restaurant behind the counter does not seem like it should be treated as a daycare and a restaurant I get this place 20 thumbs down

I used Misto to cater an event my company had and the quality of food was top shelf! They also accommodated the order on very short notice. I will be using them again for sure!

I ordered a very good sandwich that was big enough for two meals. A bit of a tight squeeze for anyone using a mobility device...and I couldn't access the fridge with the drinks in it.

Misto is a great little bistro and specialty food store. On a nice day, grab a Misto (an Italian cafe au lait) and take a seat at an outdoor table to watch the world go by.

Misto has the best coffee bean selection and a wide and high quality selection of almost all Italian food products. The selection of cold meats, cheese, pasta, canned tomatoes, sauces, gnocchi and tasty prepared meals. I'm sure I've missed something special that others may like. Try it, you'll like it.

Great little shop. I picked up a sandwich and pasta salad yesterday; both were fantastic. Everyone who was working was friendly and chill as well. Will return for more food 100%.

Misto is a wonderful shop - great sandwiches and take out plus a stellar Valentine's Dinner Menu this year. Mario has stocked high quality grocery items in addition to an excellent deli counter. Huge variety of coffee (including Francesco's - a local Ottawa roasters) and specialized Italian treats. I love this place.
