Rude lady. So I love the place and wanted an item I've been eyeing for a while. I asked the short-haired lady if there was any more stock in the back as the one on display has obviously seen a bit more hands. I was responded with "It's all the same" with a tone. Disappointed at the customer service, I was getting ready to leave. I usually have a lot of patience and don't post bad reviews but this one felt horrible (especially as a POC). Thankfully as I was about to leave, another staff (Avery) must have overheard and offered to check their inventory. She got me a new one that I purchased. Shout to Avery who was very very helpful and anticipated what I needed and took the time and effort to provide excellent service.

I walked in and started Looking at Things; An Employee came close but did not say hi or anything. Then a Young Couple came in and immediately The Employee was greeting Them and asking if They needed Help. Then I heard Their other Co-worker Talk to Them behind The Counter; About Me and what I was Wearing. Yes I agree I looked rough... But, I had just come from Work and was walking in The Rain for some time before entering Their Store. Please remember that Some Customers Like Myself have good hearing and Maybe Wait till We leave to make verbal remarks about Our Appearance. Also that People do shop after They have worked all day. :)

Buy from Amazon or a smaller Canadian business that charges postage? Hmm…It was actually less expensive to order from the Canadian company directly. When the package arrived this morning there was a personalized thank you note. What a nice gesture. Certainly worth paying for the postage. Spoon on Amazon $15.99, spoon from Pot and Pantry $7.99 plus postage. I’ll be buying from here again. Maybe they can open a store in Vancouver BC!?!

Overpriced and extremely low quality. I bought a $50 cutting board that the staff highly recommended. She said it is super durable — well, here is a picture of it after one-time use. It also has an awful smell like industrial rubber. The smell is still there after being washed twice in the dish washer. I’m super disappointed at this store.

I am an out of town customer and wish to Thank the wonderful staff at Pot & Pantry for making a purchase a great experience. I couldn’t see what I wanted online, so I called the store. The staff were lovely and very helpful and added an in -store item to the website so I could purchase it online. It was so easy! The item was shipped with the local delivery service next day. This was an exceptional experience, much appreciated and I will recommend and return as a shopper. All of this during the busy Christmas season Thank you again! 👏🏼👏🏼

A Staff was extremely rude to my friend because her giftcard was having issues. So rude infact my friend left the store crying having not completed her transaction due to the inquisition over where she got the card. It was a gift that was ruined. My husband and I have been regular customers at the store since it's expansion but we will not be going back now.

I've shopped here multiple times, always had a lovely experience, the owner and all the employees are kind and helpful. The price point is a little high for my budget, so I mostly buy gifts there. Everything is great quality, never been disappointed. A while ago I broke a mug that's I bought there, and went in to buy it again. They didn't carry it anymore but an employee said I could email the owner and she would look into getting one for me. I didn't pursue that, but the fact that they offered to do that says a lot!

Purchase 9.99$ dog toys from homesense and resell for 17.99.

Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star as I just realized the product I bought 2 days ago has the expiration date of January 2023, it’s May 2023 so that is 4 months pass the expiration. It had a 50 percent off sticker but I think this is so risky to be selling products that have expired, I am sure it does not meet Public health standards. Poor reflection of such a cute shop.

Amazing customer service. A friend of mine needed a specific jam without lemon juice as she has an allergy. I called to inquire if they had it, and not only did they put it aside for me, but they actually stayed open for "the jam girl" aka me, so I could get it for my friend. This place is fantastic and I will make it my go to shop for gifts

Very impressed with the quality of the items I bought. I was a little hesitant about the price but in hindsight the price is very reasonable given how good the item is. The staff was very friendly and gave helpful tips on how to maintain what I bought and use it safely. Will definitely look to buy presents here

The Pot & Pantry was offering a 1 day class in learning how to make Biscotti I signed up and paid for the class early, there were 9 people who were at the class. Yes, we took Biscotti home at the end of the class.

A cute shop with lots of interesting kitchen ware and curated local products. On the pricey side, and sometimes it can be a little difficult to find things if they're being used in a display (they may move around the shop or be inconsistently placed). Friendly service and well stocked in some more specific or difficult to find items.

Perfect local store with eco-friendly kitchen products, high quality and reasonably priced kitchen accessories. Great place for unique patterns to brighten up your day :)

Tons of great sauces, marinades, mustards, vinegars, spices and seasoning. There are lots of high quality kitchen and cooking gadgets, utensils, coffee/tea brewers, etc. Very friendly service. Prices are comparable to other stores/Amazon. This will be a great store for gifts as well.

This place has great kitchen stuff for really reasonable prices. They don't stock garbage, so you know you're getting something that will last. They also bring in the cutest products and often it's the exact same price as that giant company that doesn't need any more of your money. I have always had great service here. Shop local and feel good.

They have a great selection Kitchen and Pantry goodies! My online order was smooth sailing, from finding what I was looking for (and then some) and having it delivered seamlessly to my door. Highly recommend!

Great shop for kitchen supplies, baking accessories and gifts of all kinds. It’s one of my favourite shops on Elgin and staff are very friendly! I’ve ordered a number of things since covid online and curbside pickup is easy and quick.

Hands down one of the best shops on Elgin! It's my go-to place for kitchen essentials, little knickknacks, kitchen/dining decor and holidays treats for my in-laws. They also sell some truly fantastic local-made products!
