DON'T GO THERE!!! I went there with my best friend and we were expecting a relaxing night. It was the opposite. The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. They did not let us sit on the couch even though we were the only one there. Two men came later and they were allowed to sit on the couch. They told us to turn off our phones because some customers could complain about the noise. They force us to pay upfront which didn't bother us at first but the fact that they push us to purchase even though we didn't want anything was rude. I went to the bathroom (single bathrooms) a woman was inside and she stayed for a long time. I realized there was a second bathroom downstairs and went in. A male staff followed me downstairs and proceeded to knock repetitively on the door while screaming I wasn't allowed in. Apparently they were the men's bathroom. It doesn't excuse the fact that he followed me downstairs and forced me out. The tea was gross and the shisha not so great. HOWEVER, the Staff were extremely unpleasant and disrespectful. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T EVER GO THERE. IF I COULD I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM A STAR.

The worst shisha place in Ottawa, My friends were in this place and they ordered 2 shishas and I came here just to see them for minutes, I was stopped by one of the employees who didn’t allow me to go inside if I don’t order a shisha, honestly this is the worst customer service in the world, if that is the policy of the owner so I think the owner and the employees should go and take courses and study how to talk with customers and how to welcome customers and how to deal with people.

Never ever go to this place… Giving an honest review, came here to have a good saturday night. Servers are least interested to serve you. We were 5 and they wanted us to get 3 hookahs or pay 20$ charge. We wanted 2 hookahs but they forced us to get 3. Rude staff and dead ambience. Never waste your money and time coming here.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST Shisha lounge in Ottawa. Staff are BEYOND rude and the manager is rude and pathetic just like his staff. They just want your money and over charge you for literally everything. Literally go to Any other Shisha lounge in Ottawa. It will be 1000X better than this place.

Been twice now with girlfriends. Employees were quite sweet and atmosphere was very chill, don't understand all the bad reviews! Shouldn't have a problem whatsoever as long as you respect their basic house rules and be polite.

We went to the place to do shisha and we ordered our orders of mango juice and the shisha. The shisha is $28. He brought it with the kind of charcoal. The circle one we did it like it so we asked him to change it to another kind of charcoal square shape. He said you have to pay for the charcoal for the shisha and this is weird because the shisha comes with the charcoal. If I ask him to change the charcoal he needs just to change it without charging me. He charged me $4 and already I asked him for the juice. He didn't bring the juice on time till I asked him three times. Where is my mango juice? The place is not good at all. The service is very very bad. When we see he asked us to pay first before we even saw the orders that we ordered. I don't advise anyone to go to this place or to do anything with them because they're not polite. They don't know how to treat the customers. I even came with a cup of Tim Horton coffee. He said you have to stay out and finish it and then you can go inside. So this is not even good and not nice and I don't like the place

I should have listened to the reviews! :( worst shisha cafe ever! I came from Toronto and was craving shisha and we stopped by here! So ratchet! Sofas are dirty! Place is empty! Service is so bad! Make you pay before you even sit down! Came with 3 ppl and only 2 ppl smoke but they forced us to buy 2 shisha...ok np! Shisha comes and it's the worst shisha ever! Whoever is running this really needs to get out of the early 2000s and upgrade their game! Will not recommend! Would rather stay home and breath air

Least i can give is 1 star or else i would have gave them 0 star. Rude, pathetic behaviour, zero customer service, someone should teach them how to deal with customer.

Worst place I’ve ever been. Would never recommand this place . The workers are rude. Tell me how I got kicked out with cops involved because I didn’t want to sit to the place that they assigned me when I LITTERALLY told them that I was gonna join my friends who were already in . If I could give 0 stars I would !!! RESPECTFULLY

Needs serious updates.(CHAIRS!) good and general renovations would definitely attract more people to the lounge.

This was my first time going to a shisha place and I was very pleased with my experience. The staff were very friendly and were not annoyed at all to answer any questions we had. Environment was nice and the couches comfortable. I'll be coming back.

Really nice and chilled experience. Good quality of shisha and had an amazing experience. The place is really clean and great to chill.

All I have to say is I’ve been to many Shisha lounges, and this one just set the bar to high I love the vibe here the people running the place always show me love and it has me coming back again and again. I drive 1.5 hours just for the vibes here, I’m from Toronto so I’ve been so many Shisha spots there and ran one myself to and this place has won my heart. Much love to Moe and his team keep killing it guys
