I love this store, so many beautiful things and the owner herself is often there and she's so friendly and helpful. Great spot to pick up the supplies to make your own shampoos, deodorant, etc and lots of gorgeous hand-made gifts as well. She also makes her own soaps available for sale, as well as bath products, scrubs etc If you're into crystals and stones, there is a huge variety of them here, too, as well as unique pieces of jewellery. She makes a big effort to support local (or Canadian, anyway) artists and businesses, which I really love. It's an amazing shop, be sure to check it out if you're in the 'hood!

I shop here for crystals, essential oils, some herbs and other little things. The people are usually friendly and are always helpful. They have a good variety of even obsolete things that I have a hard time finding elsewhere. Their essential oils seem to be of good quality and I haven't had any issues with them yet.

This crystal store is amazing. Great prices! Not trying to rip you off like some stores. The people here are genuine, amazing human beings. I was having a really bad day and the store assistant lead me towards a crystal I never thought of getting but the universe knew I needed

When I worked nearby, I used to walk into the store just to breathe in the amazing aromatherapy smells! This is my go-to gift shop and Heather, the owner, is amazing. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help you, and there is a wide array of products - from in-store handmade soaps, candles and lotions as well as crystals, jewellery, garden decor... to yoga and meditation gear. The store also hosts workshops on many different aspects of wellness. Just being in this store is good for you! Support your local business and check them out!

I have been happily shopping at Planet Botanix for 20 years. Always had excellent service from very friendly very knowledgeable staff. If they don't have it they will try to source it - usually with success. Wonderful handcrafted products - freshly made - often by request (remember some lead time is necessary for made to order 'products). My favourite store in Ottawa.

I absolutely love this place. For me they are the best crystal shop in ottawa. Their selection is amazing and their staff well nothing short of the best. Planet Botanix is such a great and interesting store. There's always something new, great gift ideas especially for the holidays. Great, friendly service and have always been extremely happy with my purchases. The staff was very helpful when shopping for Essential Oils. I thought I wanted cedarwood but after smelling a few options ended with cedar leaf oil. I am much happier with my choice

I will never forget when I bought a candle it cost me $140.00 ! I payed fir it out if embarrassing moments ! My suggestion put it iced on candles?! I won’t shop at your store again !

This store is such a gem! So much variety, from wholesome care products to awesome gifts ideas like jewlery, crystals, books, essential oils, diffusers and so much more.

Cute store and friendly staff. I bought a chakra chime for 100$ and saw the same one on Amazon for 40$. I love supporting small local businesses, but I can't justify this price difference.
