I am from BC, visiting family in Ottawa. My brother has raved about this place for quite some time and this was my first experience in the establishment. IF only there was quality customer service like this in BC . The cannolis were made fresh and were an outstanding treat to the tastebuds. We also managed to snag THE most flavourful samosas (meaty goodness) I have ever had. I would like to thank Johnny & his staff for their talents and kindness. I will be sure to visit each time I return to Ottawa.

Great price for all that you get! The sandwich was huge and the bread was very fresh. Excellent ingredients. The cannoli was a good size. The staff were very friendly.

My experiences here were so exceptional I can barely put them into words. Staff always made me smile and food always satisfied me, for a good price. Easily the best meats I ever tasted. If I could I would give 6 starts, even 7.

Oh wow. Amazing food. The pasta and Greek salad were so tasty and so delicious! Subs are huge and full of so many great quality meats, cheese and veggies! The lady who served us was super friendly and answered all of our questions. Great place. Highly recommend! Kyle and Nicole.

Great little deli sandwich shop with amazingly friendly staff. The sandwiches are quick and good and the chocolate chip cookies are amazing. Good vibes and just overall an awesome spot for a quick lunch at a good price.

Ordered delivery off of UberEats from this place because my friend said it was her favorite sandwich place. Couldn't pass up on it especially after looking through the menu. -[EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA] $9.96 🥖 For the price, you can pretty much load your sub up with as many toppings/sauces offered on their menu (double meat/cheese has extra charges) 🥖 I got the following on mine: cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickled eggplant, extra pickles, black olives, green olives, sun dried tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, ranch, balsamic vinegar, spicy mayo 🥖 I have never enjoyed eggplant so much in a food before this, highly recommend this as a vegetarian option! -[CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP] $4.87 🥦 I really enjoyed this soup! 🥦 Really delicious once stirred, and tastes homemade in the best way I'm genuinely so sad that we don't have any Subito Sandwich locations near me but I suppose this sandwich spot will make me return back to Ottawa sooner than later 📝 Portion size of the sub easily could have been two meals

Ordered a vegetarians sandwich in doordash because I heard it was good. Didn’t even get any cheese in my sandwich even though it said I would get extra since I paying the same price as a meat sandwich. Terrible. First time trying them and my very last. Super disappointed. I don’t k ow how it is in person but absolutely don’t order online from them. They don’t care.

Hands down THE BEST customer service in a 1.25 block radius. And probably much further. They remembered my order without lookup, gave a lot of context on the soda called Cockta I tried for the first time (It's good! Like a more gentle Brio) and though they were closing for the week they weren't in a hurry to get me out of there and even offered some of the samosas that hadn't been purchased that day. Thanks for trying to reduce food waste! 🤘 The Eggplant parmesan was fantastic, though a bit messy since I didn't keep it in the foil. They kept it warm for my pickup time. Looking forward to going again to check out some other items. I don't think I ever need to go to Subway again.

I just visited Subito for the first time not knowing a thing about it. It won’t be my last. I had the best d@&$ meatball sub I’ve ever had!!! The veggies were fresh and lovely…. But the meatballs are impossibly delicious! The food won’t break the bank either. Words can’t express how much I loved the place… you’ll be seeing a lot more of me!!! Highly recommend!!!

Great little sub shop, went out of our way on a trip to Montreal to stop here. Well worth the extra two hours driving. Attached are photos of the house made Nanaimo bars, cannoli and a roast beef sandwich (house made roast beef). The other photo is the spicy Italian. We let the staff pick the cheeses toppings and sauces for us. Great service and even better food!!! Huge portion!!!

The reviews speak for themselves, These are the best sandwiches in town & cannolis I had the pesto chicken sandwich It was unbelievable. The chicken was perfect no skin no grizzle every bite was perfect, The bread was so fresh. Then I bit into the Cannolie, I was brought back to the 1800s. Where nothing was manufactured or processed and everything was made by hand, the cookie that held the hand whipped cream not too sweet just right. I will definitely be returning to this establishment.

If I could give bonus points, I would! What a delicious sandwich spot, with even better service. Johnny and Emma were getting my TooGoodToGo order ready and it was such a pleasant experience. I’ve had their sandwiches before - they are hefty and superbly delicious, but let me shine some light on the amazing customer service. Both were all smiles, we had some great conversations, I got some samples to try out and a cookie for my walk back home. 10/10, will absolutely be back!

I order lunch from this restaurant frequently. The sandwiches are absolutely superb. The cannolis are awesome. The only thing I do not recommend is the barley soup - it is not as good as the rest of their fare. It is the only thing on the menu I tried a few times but will not order again. Everything else is really good. Their samosas are really tasty, especially if you prefer a less spicy samosa and a more meaty one. Always fresh, quite addictive. Yummy!

Good food and good service. It was my first time and the nice man took me the through the menu and made excellent recommendations. The girl at the cash gave me an extra dessert since it was my first visit. I grabbed a hot sandwich and a cold one for later. I very much look forward to that second sandwich. Excellent bang for your buck.

Amazing sandwiches, fresh and so flavorful. They treat you like family. The customer service they provide is so incredible and rare. I use to work in the area and have since have got a different job so don't get to go as often. I miss everyone and the sandwiches. Best customer service and sandwiches in Ottawa and all of Canada.

Ordered Turkey/Hot Capocollo. This is our go-to spot cause you the veg is always fresh and they don't hold back on the deli and toppings. Definitely a two meal sandwich!

Got a couple of sandwiches - a spicy chicken (daily special), and a spicy Italian. Both were great! I only wish that they had not got out a previously wrapped chicken sandwich, rather than making it fresh in front of us. It tasted great, but the optics... As well, it would have been great to get a couple of napkins as it was take out. We got to the car, and had to scramble for napkins in the car! Their spicy mayo - made in-house - is great! Delicious, clean, good value and great dessert. In the grand tradition of Italian sandwich places in Ottawa this newcomer makes a solid effort and is worth a visit. The selection is good, the portion sizes are very reasonable and the cost is similarly reasonable. This store gets all the pieces right and has good service to boot.
