I had a needed repair to one of my watches. I had been given the information to contact Fast time watch &jewellery repair. I’m very happy that I did. The technician took my watch after explaining the problem. He found two other pins and also a spring pin. That were in need of replacing. I knew about the spring pin. Which I had not mentioned. This showed me he was professional and knew his work. I was very happy with the repair and that he took care of my watch like his own. You now have a costumer for life. Thanks for the great work.

Extremely fast and efficient repairs of two watches, including one that has some unusual design. Staff just seemed interested in the novelty but had it running in no time at a very reasonable price.

been going here for decades today i wait for a simple watch battery replacement the young gentlemen with a afro working there never in 15 20 minutes standing there even acknowledged me or anything ..... the man who owns it is a great guy too bad the ppl who work for him arent never going back disrespectful at best waste of time should be there store name lol

Went in this morning for a chain repair and had a great customer service experience. She was very helpful and patient and kind! Would totally recommend this place.

Fast service as name suggests, but unfortunately they sell (and overcharge) for very low quality watch parts (pins, straps, batteries) that constantly need to be replaced. They denied warranty for 2 different pins that both broke during daily use within months of replacement.
