He was direct, knowledgeable, and was willing to spend a long time with me to begin to educate me on the ins and outs of rings. Paul is the man! Second time using him for the fact my glasses have broken in different spots. My glasses snapped in the middle while I was driving and Paul took me in a pinch and helped me in my situation since I couldn’t drive without them. Even though he was fully booked, he was able to help me out with my glasses emergency which is a testament to his kindness and character. Would recommend him for glasses repair to anyone!

Paul created my engagement ring in 2011 and our wedding bands in 2012. My engagement ring is absolutely beautiful and my husband and I both love our wedding bands. I was nervous to work with a jeweller because I rarely wear jewellery and I was concerned that Paul would be critical of my choices or snobby. Paul was neither. He was extremely professional, very friendly, and he provided us with honest answers to our numerous questions. During and after our wedding ceremony, many people asked us who designed our jewellery for us, so his work made a big impression on our guests. Paul created a very sentimental piece for me in 2019. While I was in aggressive cancer treatment, Paul sat down with me and he carefully helped me create a beautiful and very personal pendant. Paul's work is absolutely amazing! I was recommended by a friend to go to PBR Designs because I wanted to have an engagement ring custom made.
