Reception staff are awful and rude. I showed up for my appointment only to be told eventually after 10 minutes of them searching that they had canceled it. I asked why I wasn't notified the male receptionist, the rude one, told me things happen. I have to speak to the office manager she had the same response. When they charge customers a huge fee for missing an appointment I asked why they felt it was okay not to notify patients when their appointment was canceled. There was no apology there was no sense that they cared. The arrogant male receptionist told me that if I wanted to continue to argue about it they would refuse to see me as a patient and I should leave the building. People go here because they want medical Care and they have no choice not because it's a decent place to go. Update: Hilarious response from Vital implying that I'm lying about my experience. update: after sharing my experience, someone else at the clinic called (in a completely aggressive manner) to tell me that I'm no longer a patient because they saw my review and I'm "putting all the blame on them". No skin off my back, I was going to go somewhere else anyway... I've had two great experiences here, and now one terrible one. I always go in for my appointments in the morning. At my last appointment, the doctor asked if I wanted to come in or not, I said I don't mind coming in but the doctor suggested we can do it by phone. I said okay and put the date and time in my calendar with the note it was by telephone. Day of appt - I was waiting for the call, and the phone rang while I was in the bathroom. I called the clinic back after and said that I had just missed the doctor, could the doctor call me back, reception folks say they will go check if the doctor is still around. Fifteen minutes I wait on hold. Then, I call the clinic on my second phone. They pick up, I tell them what happened, and they tell me I have missed my appointment and I was supposed to be at the clinic. I'm very upset by this, because the doctor suggested it be over the phone - I always like going in! The reception folks were very rude, I asked them why they had just left me on hold, and they said I hung up. So, I put my other phone on speaker so they could hear the noises of me still being on hold. Now I am to pay $100 for 'missing' an appointment (runtime of said appointment is 5 minutes). Normally I would understand, but the way this went down and the unpleasant demeanor of the reception staff has made me feel like the clinic does not care at all.

Update! Not even 10 minutes after I posted this review that same receptionist called me and he said based on my review they would not be booking an appointment for me at their clinic. Unbelievable! So the lesson is when he’s rude you just need to like it or lump it. I just called this office to inquire about a referral that was sent there on Jul 3rd. I was very pleasant and respectful and all I wanted to understand was how long it might take to receive a call with an appointment date (knowing full well that the appointment would be months away). The receptionist was unbelievably rude and it’s a 3-6 month wait just for the CALLBACK to book the appointment! Unreal

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME !!! Doctor Bahubeshi didn't understand my issue and didn't care to investigate further. I waited 6 months and drove 45 minutes for him to walk in the room, and tell me that my issue is not severe and that my arm is not in pain, and he will not treat it. Don't waste your time if you get referred to him be ready for disappointment. I even told him that my problem was not severe every day, some days are a lot worse, he didn't care to even listen and just walked out of the room while I was in mid sentence. The entire appointment took less than 15 seconds. And for some reason the receptionist there is extremely rude, and that was on my way into the appointment, this place is unreal! I was even 10 minutes early. I should have known from how the receptionist was talking to patients that this place is horrible. I read a lot of reviews talking about a rude male receptionist, mine was a female, she was extremely rude for no apparent reason.

Unprofessional!! After waiting months and not getting a phone call to book my appointment. I decide to call them to see why I haven’t heard anything. Turns out they don’t take patients for hair loss, and instead of contacting me to let me know they just ignore the referrals your doctors send them. Learn how to do your job…

Extremely rude staff, non-professional. Called to reschedule my sons appointment, and the person on the phone had the nerve to call me Sassy and hang up on me, after I told her repeatedly that her staff said I had 24 hrs to cancel and or reschedule the appointment.(as they were wanting to charge me a fee) I proceeded to call back to speak to the manager only to find out, that it was HER who I was speaking to just before that said my attitude was Sass. After explaining, my mother had just passed away, and there was something seriously wrong with my vehicle, and I couldn't make it tomorrow. Will be having the doctor refer my son somewhere more professional. They were very rude. They wouldn't let you finish speaking before interrupting you multiple times. I've never seen such grown adults act so immature, especially over a sensitive matter.

Kathy (at least that's what she said her name was) is very rude, arrogant, and has a serious attitude issue. Doesn't even acknowledge a word a customer says and blames the customer and claims there is nobody above her in her job to speak with. Unfortunately the first point of contact for me was with this disrespectful person. Blamed me and told me to take accountability and claimed they never make mistakes and then after several minutes of verbal attack from her as to how she is a know it all and everyone around her is wrong I told her to stop attacking me and there could have been miscommunication and nobody is a robot to get everything perfect. She stood up and told me to leave or she'll call security. If this is how you choose your reception you should rethink your hiring procedure. I would fire her immediately. Stay away from Kathy.

Had an appointment with Dr. Dawson and was very happy with my experience at this clinic. My referral was processed quickly, check in was super easy and smooth, Dr. Dawson was a very nice doctor and was open and honest about her proposed treatment plan and other options. Not sure why people are bashing this clinic. Maybe there's one employee who makes the one star reviews legitimate but in my experience I have nothing bad to say about this clinic.

Dr. Andrea Dawson was very professional and informative. She explained in detail the issues at hand and removed the skin tags with such precision and care that I felt no pain at all. Dr. Dawson is truly a wonderful person with a great personality. I highly recommend her if you need to see a dermatologist. My appointment time was for 11:15 am and i was seen by Dr. Dawson at about 11:30 am. Very pleased with Vidal Medical Centre and the staff.

Great experience with booking! I was nervous going here as the reviews aren’t very high, but looks can be deceiving. There was this young lady named Joanna at the reception desk who was so bubbly and friendly. She made me feel very welcome. As long as you show up on time to your appointments, the process is smooth and easy!

I had a great experience. Receptionists and medical assistants were friendly. The wait time was minimal and the reception area was clean and tidy and not overcrowded. The examination room was clean, and tidy and I didn't have a wait long for Dr. Gill who was pleasant, kind, and helpful.

Dr Bahubeski was very short with me. I have a 1 3/4 hour drive and was tied up in traffic and late by 15 minutes. I kept asking him to look at something for an opinion only. He kept saying no and didn't care that I was tied up in traffic. He kept saying that I was late and my appointment was over. That I would have to come back. I have lung cancer and just wanted an opinion on the rash I was having for past 3 weeks. What a waste of time. I know they have other patients but only wanted 1 minute of his time. But he kept saying no and that he was finished.

Pleasant staff, only waited 15 minutes past my appointment time. Very busy place. Saw Dr. Reetesh Bose. Very friendly and professional. Fast but efficient. I was there for a spot on my face but he did any area of concern to me. Only waited 3 months for an appointment which is good these days.

Very friendly front desk staff. Office waiting room was extremely busy with standing room only, but called into my appointment on time. Dr. Dawson was punctual, knowledgable and patient with all my questions. She was also very personable. I would highly recommend.

Overall, a good experience and I would recommend them. Referral took some time, but with the situation being what it is, I'm not surprised at the delay. However, once we got the appointment, follow ups have been quick and painless. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Ghazawi is a wonderfully patient and professional doctor, and did an excellent job explaining everything to my son. The only concern I have is that not one appointment has been close to on time, even in the morning. So, be prepared to wait at least 15-30 minutes. I'm not criticizing because I know my son was being difficult and it dragged out his first appointment. They're trying to see lots of patients, and I am confident they're doing their best. I would just like to see improved appointment analytics that leads to better scheduling so we aren't waiting as long.

I received excellent service for my appointment at the Vital Medical Center. The check in was smooth and the receptionist was very good, and had all my information ready. I met with Dr. McEvoy and found her to be excellent, she apologized for the delay in meeting with me, even though it was only a few minutes ... and her manner was very relaxing. Nothing but good things to say about my visit.

From the receptionist to the young man that brought me into the room to the two doctors that saw me my first time there. I found them pleasant, courteous, very personable. Easy to talk to. Great advice! I am so happy and I will pass the word. Thank you! Jocelyne

Very efficient process. Doctors are pleasant to deal with. The young lady at reception named Joanna make the experience overall a breeze and it’s refreshing going into somewhere and being properly greeted and made to feel welcome. Highly recommend !

I have been a patient of Dr. Kirshen’s for about 5 years now. She has always been super knowledgeable and easy to work with. I feel like she actually listens to me and offers a variety of solutions for me to make a decision that best suits my comfort level. I needed her advice recently on a random rash I developed on my face but her appointments were all full. After seeing a photo, she sent in a prescription to my pharmacy within 1 business day. It’s a rare thing to get from today’s doctors who are already stretched thin and my family doc and walkins just don’t have the expertise. She is truly a wonderful doctor and I’m very grateful to have her! Thank you Dr. Kirshen!

I have to say but I've had nothing but a very positive experience at this clinic I am so glad I got referred here. The ladies at the reception I met first by phone then in office, Evangeline and Joanna we're both so warm and friendly. I may also add they we're also most helpful. As for Dr.Bahubeshi, I feel so lucky to have met such a fabulous Dr...A very knowledgeable man, a friendly personality that put me at ease,who takes the time to explain and simplify things. This morning was my follow up appointment and was just as comfortable as the first one. Thank you to all at Vital Medical Centre..I would definately recommend them and normally post very little.😊👍

Wait time was reasonable. My doctor was very knowledgeable and made me feel that I was in good hands. She was compassionate and gentle in carrying out the required procedure. The front staff was also friendly and helpful. I would recommend this clinic to friends and family.

Got an apt with Dr. Ghazawi pretty quickly. When I got to the clinic I was roomed and seen quick even before my timed appointment. He’s very kind and professional! I had a biopsy done and he was very nice while doing it and explained everything to me. Got the results back in less then 2 weeks. Would recommend him to anyone! Cares for people that’s for sure! EDIT** Got referred to Dr Ghazawi for my acne because I truly believe he’s one of the best dermatologist I’ve met! Got an apt after a month(which isn’t a bad wait time compared to other places). Went to my apt and he’s always on time. He has an amazing plan for my acne and I hope it works so I can finally have clear skin! Daniel( his receptionist I believe) is wonderful to speak to and is always so nice and friendly! I would recommend Dr Ghazawi to anyone needing a dermatologist.

If I could put 0 star's I would- the receptionist/clinica manager are consistently hostile and disrespectful. After being a patient for over 5 years I have no complaints about the Dr's however the receptionist makes the entire experience wholly unpleasant and dehumanizing. If you have an option do yourself a favor and don't subject yourself to this treatment.

First time at Vital. Was referred to Dr Alana McEvoy. All was very quick and efficient. Greeted at the desk promptly and with my health card found me easily and asked me to sit and wait to be called. Seeing a specialist I expected a long wait but was in to see her in about 10min. Appointment was only 10 minutes or so and she diagnosed me and was very knowledgeable and helpful.. She explained things clearly and looked after not just the main issue but also another skin issue. Sent me on my way with prescription ordered. Over exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this clinic and Dr McEvoy without hesitation .

Excellent service. My wait time was very short. Dr. McEvoy was a wonderful doctor and took time to look at another issue I had. Turns out my family doctor miss-diagnosed it but Dr. McEvoy got it right!

Great first experience with Dr.Langley today. She took the time to explain everything to me, and listen to my concerns. She was very polite and made me feel comfortable. Even though the clinic is very busy, I did not feel rushed.

Everyone was friendly and efficient. The wait time was realistic, especially once you were escorted inside. I really liked Dr McEvoy. She explained every detail of the treatment and the outcome. And she remembered me!

The receptionists were very courteous when I checked in. My appointment with Dr.Alana McEvoy was right on time. She was very quick in her diagnosis but addressed all my concerns. She didn't hesitate to book me in for a 6 month follow-up appointment. No complaints here. Thanks, Allan Lebedick

We were treated with friendly efficient service. My mom’s appointment was on time with no waiting. Dr was very nice and diagnoses and treatment was quick. He provided answers to our questions and even checked her skin for other possible pre cancer lesions, but only when we asked him to do so. We are disappointed about if my mom has a flare up with her skin lupus, which is not why we saw the dermatologist this visit mind you, that we would have to have another referral. Just the way the system operates, not the Dr’s fault. However, we’re happy about being able to contact him directly if there are any issues with the treatment she received that day.

The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and the experience was extremely enjoyable. I had never been to a dermatology clinic, but the atmosphere was definitely a big help in calming me down. Overall great service, it was just a really wonderful experience.

Just had my first appointment with Dr. Bahubeshi. He was brief and “to the point”, but polite and addressed my issues and answered my questions. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Based on my experience today, I have no problem recommending this clinic.😊

I had a negative experience here over a year ago. My doctor is sending me a referral to be seen here again. I'll definitely be looking for somewhere else to go. Perhaps management should address the systemic issues happening here. Sadly I'd rather suffer and wait longer to be seen them come back to this clinic
