sharing
my
experience,
someone
else
at
the
clinic
called
(in
a
completely
aggressive
manner)
to
tell
me
that
I'm
no
longer
a
patient
because
they
saw
my
review
and
I'm
"putting
all
the
blame
on
them".
No
skin
off
my
back,
I
was
going
to
go
somewhere
else
anyway...
I've
had
two
great
experiences
here,
and
now
one
terrible
one.
I
always
go
in
for
my
appointments
in
the
morning.
At
my
last
appointment,
the
doctor
asked
if
I
wanted
to
come
in
or
not,
I
said
I
don't
mind
coming
in
but
the
doctor
suggested
we
can
do
it
by
phone.
I
said
okay
and
put
the
date
and
time
in
my
calendar
with
the
note
it
was
by
telephone.
Day
of
appt
-
I
was
waiting
for
the
call,
and
the
phone
rang
while
I
was
in
the
bathroom.
I
called
the
clinic
back
after
and
said
that
I
had
just
missed
the
doctor,
could
the
doctor
call
me
back,
reception
folks
say
they
will
go
check
if
the
doctor
is
still
around.
Fifteen
minutes
I
wait
on
hold.
Then,
I
call
the
clinic
on
my
second
phone.
They
pick
up,
I
tell
them
what
happened,
and
they
tell
me
I
have
missed
my
appointment
and
I
was
supposed
to
be
at
the
clinic.
I'm
very
upset
by
this,
because
the
doctor
suggested
it
be
over
the
phone
-
I
always
like
going
in!
The
reception
folks
were
very
rude,
I
asked
them
why
they
had
just
left
me
on
hold,
and
they
said
I
hung
up.
So,
I
put
my
other
phone
on
speaker
so
they
could
hear
the
noises
of
me
still
being
on
hold.
Now
I
am
to
pay
$100
for
'missing'
an
appointment
(runtime
of
said
appointment
is
5
minutes).
Normally
I
would
understand,
but
the
way
this
went
down
and
the
unpleasant
demeanor
of
the
reception
staff
has
made
me
feel
like
the
clinic
does
not
care
at
all.
