Receptionists need to be polite with the patients, this rude behaviour is unacceptable. Specially, with the old people who have no body to take care of! example: let the patient have a seat Instead of just letting him/her wait front of the window while you remain silent!! How is he or she gonna know that she has to wait for her turn to come if you do not say it?? That’s ridiculous..

Receptionist are rude. The doctor always makes a mistake in something, forgetting a medicine, didn't sign a spot. Always rushing and says no time even though I made an appointment. Does more harm than helping.

Clinic is open as of 8am. However the phones remain 'off' for most of the day. Anytime while calling it states the clinic is closed.

Not a great clinic, you are treated as a number and the level of care is clearly sub-par. Went there for some intense neck, shoulder and back pain. Doctor seemed not care and brushed off my concerns, claiming it was nothing while not even taking the time to examine me. Had to go to another to another clinic to finally be told that it is pretty big nerve damage and I would need physio/other related treatements!! If I would of listen to this clinic, I'd still be in pain !!

I called to get an appointment with Dr. Siva on very short notice and I was able to get one right away. Receptionist was also very polite and understanding as I'm new to the clinic. Was offered an in-person or phone call appointment but opted for the phone since it's a little distance from where I leave. Dr. Siva called in time and I was able to get the check up I needed.

Don't understand the bad reviews here. I've gone twice and was treated by Dr. Khan who is extremely helpful and takes the time to explain and assist you. Too bad she's hardly there.

Dr. Sarah Khan and the front desk are extremely helpful and sweet. I am 11 weeks pregnant and the current doctor I have looking after me hadn't sent me for an ultrasound and when I inquired myself about doing a self-referral appointment for one, he refused to give me a requisition- still not quite sure why. Dr. Sarah Khan and the receptionist with the glasses, (I wish I got her name) went above and beyond to make sure I had the requisitions I would need for a dating and IPS ultrasound. It was my first time there and I was beyond pleased with the care I received. Thank you so much again!

The receptionist here is super rude and has been the past two times I’ve come in asking questions about walk in. The times listed on their phone hours are wrong compared to what is being said when I arrive. Do not recommend this location.

Friendly and professional staff. I arrived at 8.30 for a walk-in and was seen around 10am. Clear communication and solved my issue. Will come here again if I need a walk-in appointment.

Seems like the receptionists are paid to sit there and gossip. The doctor's are never available to see you.

Although I had to really wait several hours to be attended to... I had a great experience with Dr. S. Khan, she was very nice and welcoming especially knowing that I recently migrated to Canada. I didn't get what I needed but she made sure to assess me and provided me with an address where I could get the help I need. The receptionists aren't bad either!

Literally the worse experience I ever had, the receptionist was very rude towards me and I’ve been a long time patient with this clinic but honestly I couldn’t stand the way she was talking to me. I truly believe this lady was racist. I highly discouraged all black people to not go there. There is a very professional way to inform patients about something, and saying "I don't speak French" disrespectfully is unacceptable. It was only said once, not three times. I felt attacked. But the way they didn’t even acknowledge nor hear my side is unbelievable.

Told 1.5 hours when I walked in 5 min after open, currently at 4 hours. In this 4 hours, a lady has come in and complained about after having to wait 8 hours and she is now returning because her testing facility told her the doctor didn't finish his reporting to them. A couple came in and assaulted the staff and started throwing things in the wait room. We had to evacuate. And several people have given up waiting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS EDIT: they called my name and some dude RAN IN pretending to be me cause he didn't wanna wait any longer . THEY HAD TO SIT US BOTH EDIT 2: HE GOT SERVED FIRST

Doctors are excellent. I will continue to go back.

My doctor moved to this clinic. It’s much better than where she was before. I also used to go to this clinic years ago and it has improved since then. Highly recommend.

Excellent staff, great location with labs/x-rays and pharmacy in the same plaza. Lots of free parking and bus station is right next to the clinic. I found it so convenient.

One of the best walk in clinics I have been to. In and out with in 20 minutes, professional staff, compassionate doctors, reasonable price for non OHIP patients. Both the receptionist and the doctor took time to explain the process. Could ask for more from a locate community walk in.

Great walk-in clinic. Managed to see a Dr in less than 2 hours. On that day, walk-ins were limited to the first 15 patients only. I would recommend showing up before it opens to get a spot.

I went here with the expectations that I could or could not get a spot for the day as a walk in patient. Fortunately I got a spot and although I had to wait for 3 hours I was happy because all I needed was a prescription.

Checked hours for this location on their website, open until 4:30pm, make sure to arrive a half hour before closing for walk-ins. Arrived at 3:37pm and saw the various handwritten signs posted on their door (photo attached). Called while standing outside to book an appointment and the automated attendant informed me that phones are only answered until 3:30pm. Thanks for wasting my time. Maybe update your website as the signs on your door clearly indicate that you won’t be a “walk in” clinic for the foreseeable future. If I had known all this I would have called to book something instead of attempting to “walk in”.

This clinic has a very rude receptionists. They talk only to gossip people. They stay behind the counter like they are in their kitchens. They are always on their phones. And the doctors will rush you until you forgot half of what you came for. A young respectful receptionists would have been something.

I've been to this clinic many times. I stopped by recently to see my results as I haven't received a call yet but then noticed they are closed till November. I must say Dr.Khan and others have always made the wait worth it. She's very thorough and understanding. The wait times can be long but you can also leave and come back if you wish. For those wondering why some might go in before you. Part of it is because some patients are called in so they can see results of their tests and such. Please be understanding as there are a limited number of doctors and staff who are trying their best.

I was hesitant about coming here because I had read some pretty negative reviews but I have been here 3 times in the past 2 weeks and have had a positive experience all times. Yes there can be a long wait time, but you can leave and come back which is great. They called me as soon as they had results from both specialists I had to go and see. Dr. Sarah Khan was very thorough and kind and I had a positive experience with her, too. Would definitely come back!
