👍 I have received excellent medical from Dr Robyn Mossman. Dr Mossman takes the time to explain medical conditions and treatment options. I am grateful to have had her as my Dr. It is unfortunate that she will no longer be apart of the PQ team. People often mention clinic,

Took our newborn for a hearing test. Very good COVID screening and restrictions considering you're bringing in an infant. I find that's been lacking at our our medical appointments so I appreciated that. Very friendly, sweet staff as well.

I have been going to this clinic for over 10 year sand slowly the service has gotten horrible. My family has had cancelled appointments constantly for weeks now. There are no doctors for clients. Medical concerns are going untreated because this clinic has been firing every physician they have. I would stay very far away from this clinic, go somewhere else for a family doctor.

Lactation consultant, Cindy, was incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring. Very welcoming and supportive. Also took my infant for a hearing test here. Thankful for these resources in our community.

I have been going here for years. I got a family doctor closer to me, and was not happy with them at all, and came back to PQ! Lindsay and Chris are great, and always make me feel better whenever I see them! They're super helpful, and their care for their clients is awesome. I hadn't seen Lindsay in 2 years, and as soon as she saw me, she remembered everything from my medical history!!! This clinic is great

Once again, not treated very seriously, when I had a suicide attempt electrocuting myself on the lrt, and it didn’t work, went to hospital and I was supposed to hear from the physiatrist in the hospital, I didn’t hear from him. Got dismissed from the hospital and went home, got a call from a worker, who didn’t make me feel any better, made me feel worse. I tried to call on call only to get dismissed both times. The Actt team doesn’t treat people with mental health poorly, if the so called client had a suicide attempt. Mental health is treated poorly, across the city, and I’m not surprised it’s bad here. Beds are at full capacity, you go to hospital you get a partial med adjustment and you go home. Pq Actt needs to smarten up.

I had a very bad experience with the infant hearing program. Your baby needs to be SOUND ASLEEP and CALM for this test. So there is a room beside receptionist to calm your baby down and there was an old lady in a wheel chair that was talking to the receptionist but talking extreamly loud that every time i got my baby asleep and calmed down she would wake her up and i know the receptionist was just being nice.. but she needs to do her job and assure that people arent screaming beside the room that needs to be quiet to get babies to calm down. She was litteraly intertaning the old lady who was screaming about absolutly nothing important like a video of her cat or how her day was going. This is super unprofessional and careless on the receptionist part.. we were there for an hour trying to calm our baby down and had no luck thanks to that situation we decided we wont be back!

The pine crest queens way Actt team, is a disorganized mess, don’t respect boundaries, disrespectful in your own house, if they visit. Don’t give apologies, treat if your mad, and cursing as not good for the workplace, when people swear all the time at work. Treat you like your 5 years old.

Medical clinic staff are verging on normal. High praise in completely batcrap-insane Ottawa. Community Centre though is another story. The answering machine runs on forever. Finally reach the rude receptionist who seems angry that the world is not as progressive as she would like.

This clinic sucks in every way possible. Good luck calling them and booking an appointment, you may aswell book off your whole day to maybe get a chance to talk to them. They say they will call you back and don’t. You won’t be able to get a appointment anytime soon.

So, I’ve been with PQCH for 19 years, I’m 23 and mother brought me when she immigrated here from Africa, the service back then was immaculate, up until 2012-13, not sure what changed. Maybe it was the staff, maybe it was the training regime but they suddenly stopped caring about their patients, we have rude receptionists who won’t answer the phones, their voicemail machine asks us to call back when we should be put on hold. They also don’t know a lick of French. The nurses there are constantly being replaced, they don’t keep up with patients, when you need a refill of your prescription, they can take weeks (it took me a month) to get your medication back. The same medicine they put me on the first place. This place has become an absolute embarrassment to this city and we want change. The infant clinic downstairs doesn’t have a direct line to the clinic above them and tell us that they can’t do anything about the phones not being answered? What kind of service are you looking to provide for your patients? Because it’s not helping.. This review was long overdue because I know the people are trying, but to me they aren’t trying hard enough or else I wouldn’t be here giving you guys a book about their services.

Hi all . I have to say about the lady on main floor for information desk is very rude to hijobi Muslim. Always when I go in ,and ask any information, the answer is rude. Just yesterday I ask for the key to use washroom., she throws it to me. Vith anger, but the key fel on other side. Then she has to pickup. Then she put it on the counters with big bang. She is so arrogant and racist.
