    Being with LYB for some time really helped me increase my strength levels and energy! Kate is very driven in what she does! She and her team are exceptional! I was in best hands with trainer Sam. She is truly awesome and devoted to getting results her client is looking for! Sam works with you and motivates you to get better with every passing workout session! One of the best gyms in town! Highly recommend LYB to all who are looking to get fit this year!

    I've been a member at Love Your Body for over a year now. Even on those days when my motivation is low, just showing up yields surprising accomplishments. Big shoutout to Allison and Sam for their awesome 7am classes. The workouts are always challenging, but what I love most about them is that it's achievable. I leave the gym feeling amazing. All of the trainers' focus on form is one of the key items that sets this gym a part. Thanks for everything Kate + Team!

    Five stars for Steph and MP! I started personal training at the gym a year ago and haven’t looked back. I started my journey post-multiple pregnancies looking to regain strength and confidence. I can’t begin to describe what these two women have done for me physically and emotionally. If you’re not sure where to even begin, whatever your situation, invest some time into one or both of these two incredible trainers. You will not regret it!

    Amazing gym! I attended a family bootcamp (functional fitness) with a friend, both female late 50's. The coach was amazing, individually making sure each participant was working to their own level of fitness and actively suggesting modifications and ensuring correct form. I love the concept of this gym, such a great feel, motivating, self empowering friendly atmosphere! I found the family aspect of it added to the low stress, fun environment!

    Love LYB! The personal trainers are amazing and so are the classes. I started training by zoom at home during the pandemic, with very little skill or endurance. Now my fitness level and strength have increased a lot, and I feel confident enough to tackle any of the boot camps.

    I love how friendly supportive the staff at Love Your Body Fitness are. I like the group classes. Everyone works at there own rate, there is every shape, size and type of body and everyone fits in. Recently I have found great motivation and support from the other members during our workouts. They have been challenging me to work a little outside of my comfort zone and challenge myself. Committing to at least two classes a week is something I find easy to prioritize and is an important part of me learning to Love My Body. :)

    I did a few PT trial sessions with David and Sam. They were both excellent trainers, and had really chill vibes. I couldn't continue beyond the trial sessions, but I would love to be back here in the future, especially for the workshops.

    Almost 6 months in, and I'm so glad I decided to register to LYB! It's really been great coming to this gym, very different from previous gyms I've been to, where there was basically no service. The whole LYB team does a tremendous job to make you feel like home, not judged. Coaches are so awesome! They prepare challenging but fun workouts, and I always feel accomplished after finishing one! I'm so proud to see my improvements in terms of physical and mental health ☺️ thanks LYB!!

    I started to come to LYB in late 2022, and I have become hooked! The energy of the instructors is amazing, and it is a judgement free zone! It is a welcoming space to learn new workout plans and gain endurance/ strength. I regularly attend the Strength & Conditioning and Athletic Conditioning classes. I feel stronger and overall better! I will definitely be a long term client!

    I did the 30-minute online yoga class with Katherine last night at 8pm, and I loved it. I didn't even know I needed it until I started, and realized how good it felt to slow down and take time to stretch and breathe. It was the perfect way to calm my body and mind at the end of a long, busy day. I would highly recommend it!

    A good burn and inviting atmosphere- I felt comfortable, motivated and supported throughout my experience. As a new mom, feeling confident and comfortable in my experience is really important in helping me get back into exercise- staff did a great job ensuring my needs were met. The scheduling is also an added bonus- super flexible!

    Love your body offers fun and effective classes and personal training, I highly recommend it! I started out with no experience, the staff was super helpful and built up my confidence and strength at just the right speed to push me but without overdoing it. The personal training was tailored to my body and needs, including to accommodate old injuries. When I was tired or wanted to give up, the staff kept me motivated! Most importantly, my daughter loves coming to watch and hang out and the team is really supportive of mom’s trying to balance home and working out.Thanks LYB! Looking forward to so many more burpees:) Abla

    Kate is incredible! As a person, she's incredibly strong, independent and resilient, and it shows up in everything she does. Kate's classes are dynamic, always different and lots of fun, but what is best is that she has created a fully inclusive community for mums to get together, sweat together, and play together! In times such as these, this is what we most need and something Kate does with grace, ease and humour.

    LYB was recommended to me by one of my favourite Yoga Teachers when I was looking to try strength training for the first time. I've been attending weekly for almost a year. LYB is just the right thing for me. The classes are small, the instructors are fun, approachable and encouraging and the fellow patrons are friendly. Kate and her team have really created something special. I always leave feeling challenged but never pushed too far. I highly recommend this gym.

    I love this gym because it really fits my busy lifestyle, it is incredibly personalized to my own goals and it’s filled with great people that keep you motivated. The results and impacts have been huge and I love the weekly crush your goal sessions to keep me accountable and on track to hit targets!

    Love this gym! I’ve trained here and everyone is so supportive and welcoming. As a pelvic floor physiotherapist, Kate has also invited me to do trainings with her team so I know her trainers have exceptional knowledge of pelvic health and how it applies to exercise and movement.

    I have had the best experience at this gym! After years of wanting to start working out but the fear of being bulky stop me, I finally did. I have been now consistently lifting weights for a year and can't believe the difference it makes AND I am not bulky. If you are scared to start, just know everyone had to start at some point and there is a truly supportive team here ready to help you feel your best, you won't regret it

    This gym is an absolute gem with fantastic staff and a great, supportive community. Tons of classes to choose from to fit with your schedule and the daily workouts are awesome. There are always options to modify as well as to push your limits. Check this gym out!

    Super chill gym with a lot of variety in terms of equipment and offerings. I love a good smorgasbord of class times and they deliver in this department. Some early morning times, some late night ones. I did a class this AM and it was small so we got some good feedback from the trainers. Into it and a great location in the heart of Westboro!

    Love the gym and all the people in it! I have been going for almost a year and I didn’t realize how much I would need this outlet and support. Training with Steph has me laughing all through my workout. She is a ray of sunshine even on my hardest of days. Being able to bring my kids in means I can keep to my workouts even when school is out and they have a blast and bond with everyone too.

    Our daughter, Kate, started at LYB this past fall and we're already seeing the difference in her strength and stamina. As a young woman with Down syndrome, we weren't sure whether a gym would be a good fit for Kate. Turns out, it's a great fit! Kate's goal this winter is to put in her best time yet in the upcoming Gatineau Loppet Xcountry ski race. Thanks to LYB she is "tackling those hills" as Kate says. Thanks to Kate L., Emily, Steph and Josee for creating a warm and welcoming space and helping Kate to meet her goals.

    My trainer Steph is amazing! She has carefully guided my progress with safety and personal goals in mind. I have seen my form and strength improve in a steady and thoughtful manner. Steph is also a good listener and adjusts the workouts to my needs and my body's responsiveness. Love Your Body is lucky to have her!

    I worked with Bailey as my personal trainer over 5 sessions recently and she was just great. I had a shoulder and neck injury for which I had received physio over the past months and Bailey reviewed all the info from the therapist and put into place some very targeted exercises to help improve my strength and mobility. I am so much better now, with Bailey's help, have numerous exercises I can do on own now and would recommend Bailey to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, experience PT.

    I got the chance to workout with Stephanie during one on one PT session. She has been great to cater to my neurological issues and my energy ups and down ensuring I was still moving and learning at my own pace. Her deep knowledge and passion for health made her a great coach who went out of her way to make my kids and I time at the gym something we looked forward to.

😐 Nice big location lots of parking. Prices are high and it is always busy. The place gets super crowded and you need to wait for a machine. A bit more cleaning would be great. The place gets cleaned once only and cleaning machines is not enforced.
