I dont think this place exists

My kids love the clothes here! Real funky, unique stuff in fact ALL their favorites are from here. Service is generally good (one employee I try to avoid if possible). Should be an easy 5 stars but they don't do returns - period. Only credit or exchange which is pretty weak IMO. Great store, antiquated return policy.

This rating does not reflect the clothing, the clothing is great, well made and extremely well priced especially when you get things on sale. This reflects the manager, she is RUDE and should not be in the service industry. She doesn’t want to do any work and complains about the store clients. I would never want my child to grow up and treat others the way she does.

I visited this place at Tanger Outlets in Kanata and although I found exactly everything I needed, I was not allowed to try on the clothes. I had to leave everything and come back empty handed. Even in times of Covid, the store's policy is not friendly. - I found what I needed at that store at Tanger Factory Outlet in Kanata but couldn't try it on. So I left without any purchase. Weird store policy!

Love this store for teen! Staff is nice, and always good special, and big variety as well.

I called the store to see if they had the product I was looking for unfortunately they didn’t have it but she kindly told me where I could find it and the wait time for the hold wasn’t too long which is why I’m giving five stars
