OMG their fried chicken sandwich is BETTER than KFC, Popeyes and Hardees!! The meat was soooo good and super fat and juicy!! I was super surprised!! And the store and bathrooms were very clean. And the staff was VERY nice!! We will be back

Food was great and so was the service. The place was clean inside and outside. The parking lot was very well lit, restrooms were clean as well.

Great experience here on my son's birthday! I had the Italian chicken sandwich and it was delicious and hot and fresh! All 8 of us enjoyed our meal. Good, fast service!

Frustrating when you pay for a double and only get a single whooper. Didn't check till I got home and was wrong order. Isn't the first time this has happened. I now know why I stopped getting food from there.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but what I got was in no way spicy. It tasted like BBQ chips with some type of light yellow sauce. The receipt said spicy tho. The fries were OK and the drink was ok but the sandwich, although delicious, wasn't spicy at all. 2ND VISIT This time I dined in. It was beautiful and clean with lots of different seating options. The service was great and quick. Same issue as 4months ago. The spicy chicken was sweet and not spicy at all. Not sure if Burger King knows what spicy is when it comes to chicken. I loved the location though because it's convenient.

There were 3 of us decided to eat burger king about 8:30pm and went inside to sit down and eat. The cashier was friendly, prices could be better but not bad, and as we waited for our food got our drinks. The drinks were fine. The number 4 meal, the spicy chicken meal, and the number 9 was ordered. We sat down to eat and on the number 4 the bacon was more than crispy and the grease was loaded on it, the spicy chicken had way too much spice with sauce all over not just in the sandwich and grease you could see as well, all 3 orders of fries were loaded with salt. You'd be lucky to eat half your fries without a mouth full of salt. The number 9 sandwhich wasnt bad, but gad quite a bit of lettuce on it. By the way Burger King nobody appreciates being stuck on the toilet every 5 minutes for the rest of the night and into the next day from all the grease(2OUT OF 3 PEOPLE)! Hopefully this is taken into consideration so the next family that walks in to sit down and eat doesn't have same issues!

Tried the new hot mustard chicken sandwich meal. Fries were delicious as always but that chicken.. I don’t even know where to begin. The texture was all wrong. It felt like I was biting thru latex balloons. It was all rubbery and chewy 🤢. This is not how I remember Burger King chicken sandwiches to be!! I couldn’t bring myself to swallow the first bite and I’m not a picky eater! The honey mustard flavor was good but not good enough to get me through.

The food was good (a tad salty) and there wasn't a long wait at all. I was excited to take my child to play on the indoor playground area but it was rather disappointing to be honest. It didn't consist of much more than a smaller slide..much different from what I remember as a kid.

The staff was very nice and the cleanliness of the establishment was excellent!! I can't say that's the case for most fast food restaurants. We were just passing through and grabbed a bite to eat. Thank you all for all of your hard work and please keep up the great work!! 👍🏼

One of the best burger kings I’ve ever been to! The restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and the food was as expected! Above average BK for sure.

The cashier was knowledgeable and courteous. Not overly nice nor was she unpleasant. I feel it was authentic and just the right level of kindness. I felt I needed to point that out. Since the way the world is rapidly changing we need more to be real and not fake. This girl was that perfect kind of person to hold as an appropriate example. Do your self a favor and go eat at Burger kind and see for your self what we should all the true to be. Bless u.

Wonderful place, clean building, efficient workers. I went in with about twelve people and it was amazing how quickly we were served with not one mistake!

I never have a problem here. My food is always as ordered, hot and if I ask for condiments, they are always in my bag. I rate Ottumwa's Burger King the best I've ever been to. They're service is refreshingly reliable.

Burgers Were REALLY Good, Drink Was Cold, Which Was Perfect For A Hot Day Like Today, The Fries Container Was PACKED Full Of Fries, Which Doesn't Happen Very Much, All In All A Great Experience!

Of all the eat out places in town Burger King rates higher on order accuracy. Consistent deals in the mobile app. I do understand the two drive thru windows. But get very nervous someone is going to hit the back of my truck as it stick out closer to the first drink window. Not much of a change they can make there. Mostly choose to go inside to avoid that situation.

They have good management and most of the staff have been there a long time. All fast food places mess up orders here and there. It happens get over it. How they resolve the issue is what matters. This is the best Burger King I’ve ever been to. They put in their time and effort to present a wonderful, clean, professional place to eat and a good place to work. They do fast food right and you gotta give them credit where credits is due.

Burger King is my favorite fast food. I worked as an opener but I've also worked as a closer. I know the food, the options and how it's ran so I know it's among the best fast food and prices available in fast food.
