It was Delicious And the waiters are friendly and Been here in a while

Food was overcooked and hard crunchy! No quality control at all! Now I know why it's been a long time since I last ordered Pizza hut!

Pizza Hut was the norm, the norm being it is not what it used to be when I was making Pizza Hut pies in 1980. In 1980, we made fresh dough daily. And now, not so much. The service, on the other hand, was excellent.

I received my order not hot enough the chicken bites I had to reheat them just to enjoy them and the pizza was warm if it just got out of the oven the pizza should have been a little warmer than it was

Pizza Hut in Ottumwa, Ia did a great job of being fast and accurate with my order and were very nice as they talked to me until my order was finished.

Food was Horrible the pasta I ordered was Dry the service was Horrible They didn't even take No money off from it or offered to Remake it I'll Never go back there ever Again they lost my business for Good .

Our high school team was playing Ottumwa and we ordered 15 large pizzas to be delivered to the high school ball field. Spoke to Tina and Brianna and they were both great to work with! We had 28 players and 2 coaches to feed and they were so kind to put half of each large pizza in a medium box so we could just easily hand one to each person -- really appreciated Tina and Brianna and the staff going above and beyond like that! Delivery was on time too!

Took over hour to order food and still didn't get waited on....deliveries and carry outside within 15 minutes...other customers awaiting hour for wings...another customer awaiting 30 minutes on breadsticks...no prices on menu

We haven't been to Pizza Hut in years so this was a treat after buying my new car at Vaugn Auto.Our Pizza was delicious and our service was great!We had THE sweetest server named Aliyah.She was very attentive and friendly.

Wouldn't honor special even tho on app and website. Manager was mouthy. Then screwed up the order and wasn't even hot. Said if I wanted it replaced they would not delivery it I had to go get it. Or I had 4 days to come get 1 or they would delete my replacement.

My order was completed very fast and was great.

Overpriced af and understanding. Expect to drop at least $50-$60 on pizza at this joint. Good Lord, it's just pizza. Not worth what they are charging for it.

We enjoyed our dinner. The food was good. Kandice, our server, was friendly, courteous, and attentive.

How can one establishment mess up so bad!? Order chicken alfredo pasta, no chicken?? Order pepperoni with jalapeño, no jalapeño?? Order marinara sauce, no marianna?? Ask for a discount and they couldn’t comprehend why? If 0 stars was an option that’s what they rate but for others to see you’ll pay all this money for them to not even make it right, cost me a one star review. 🙄

The worst place they took so long to give me my order the waiters have a rude attitude and make my baby cry the food was cold never come back👎

This restaurant does a great job. My issue is with the website's clarity on what breadsticks come with sauce and which do not. This strongly needs to addressed on the website. Should be on the website, your order, and on the receipt. Example: On picking pasta it should say pasta dish comes with breadsticks and no sauce. Once selected it should be in your cart stating no sauce too. And again on the receipt too. If the Breadsticks you order comes with sauce say it, list it as an item: sauce included. and on the receipt list it breadsticks and separately one sauce 0.00 on the receipt.

Order was wrong, and the only attempt to make it right was a $5.00 credit on the next order, on a $70.00 order. I won't call Ottumwa, Iowa Pizza Hut again.

Got takeout. It was ready when I got there no waiting. The store looked clean and tidy.

Nice and clean. Food was great. The manager just needs to watch how loud she talks to her employees. Customers don't need to hear her scolding them because she is speaking so loud. Our waitress was very sweet her name was Olivia.

Love the wings! Very meaty and I love the Medium Buffalo sauce.

I love pizza hut, good friendly staff, only problem alot of us is have is waiting 50 to 60 minutes for a pizza. They say because of delivery there 4 tables in dine in really. They need to open the delivery and carryout they used to have i seen alot of people turn around and leave because of wait time. PLEASE consider or ill be going else where also hard to wait when your on supper hour and pizza get there 5 minutes before you have to be back. Thanks

The pizza was over cooked and had hardly any meat or cheese on it. Usually they do better but not this time

The place is ample, clean, well decorated. The menu offers pizza and many other options. Their prices seem to be high, above the average; they charge for the service. I was going to tip, but the option was not offered. Someone came to pick up a set of small pizzas and they didn't offer a bag, weird.

The delivery driver was speedy, sexy, and even paid for my food. We will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered the Detroit pizza and paid online. On the way to pick it up, got a call from one of the workers that said they were out of the Detroit pizzas. He then asked someone in the background what they could offer in place of it and someone yelled “We don’t have anything else to offer!”. This is Pizza Hut, they have an entire menu of pizza but nothing to offer in place of a pepperoni pizza? We instantly cancelled the order. Had they come up with a decent replacement, I wouldn’t be writing this review. What happened to customer service?

The waitress brought us drinks then the appetizers, complained about how she was going to go on a break as soon as we had our food. They brought our food but never replaced our drinks, didn't bring the ranch we asked for and then brought the last item of food and said I will be back in 15 minutes. The other waitresses walked around and looked at us but no one offered to fill our cups or ask if we were doing okay. I had to go up and get a to go box as we were never checked on. Then when we brought it up our waitress laughed and thought it was funny. Very disappointed especially spending $100 on food.

Pulled up to the window to get my order, girl opened the window and said "name". Then informed me they were backed up on orders and mine was going to take an extra 15 minutes, no apologies just a blank stare. Try a smile or a greeting and when I have to go sit and wait for my order maybe apologize for the inconvenience. This hut will go out like the others with this kind of service.

the pizza was good, i dont know if it was because i got a thin crust, but it got cold quick. they have a bar and not to many pizza huts do now days.

We were there for lunch and it was great! Friendly staff and prompt service. Quality of food was outstanding. We had pizza, salads and soft drinks. Look forward to a return visit.🙂

Missing part of my order and waited at the drive through for 10 minutes and I was the second car in line so by the time I received my order it was cold. Not a great experience!

In ottumwa ... They are not responsible with the estimated time, I have an hour and a half waiting for my order...they didn't even apologize and the kids were hungry
