Went in with a coupon for my order. It went well. someone else was standing at the counter waiting to be waited on and everyone just looked at him and went back to what they were doing. I stepped up and said he needs to order as well. The girl at the counter gave me attitude after saying something to her about him needing to order. She gave me cold stale fries and gave him fresh fries. What a poor company! Expensive, and poor quality food. No wonder not many people go there.

Everything is great here. The food and service is great. Im only giving it a 1 star due to prices. Before covid you could get a box with 2 sliders, fries, a cookie and a drink for 5 bucks. Now you get 1 slider a fry that doesn't seem all that big and a small drink for over 7 bucks. I know covid affected prices but holy cow.

Food excellent, service was good. Building and grounds are clean and well lit. Shopping and gas station nearby. Plenty of parking including handicap accessible.

Day shift ALWAYS has fresh hot food, made correctly and served quickly! I give them a 5 🌟 rating! Night shift can never get an order right! Their food served is ALWAYS poor quality, customers skills suck. I think for the prices​ we pay would & should get a heck of alot better quality of food and service! I would rate the at the poorest quality that you could give them! There is a HUGE difference between the shifts, I don't quite understand why that is!!

The food was not fresh and cold. No wonder we were the only car at noon. The person at the window was nice and friendly.

Food is always good. Service could be (much) better. Not that friendly. We stood in the store for 10 minutes one night waiting to be waited on. No one ever did. Three people working on a couple of drive through orders, but no one even acknowledged that we were waiting. We left and went elsewhere.

5 piece chicken tender strips... three chicken nuggets and some burnt ends and pieces. Do better Hardee's. Also we ordered 2 medium fries and one small, we recieved 2 smalls and one medium.

Breakfast is great Biscuits are amazing !

Esebia was very nice the entire drive thru process from the speaker to the window, to even handing the order to us after we pulled forward! They were about to close so I’m excited to see she had an upbeat attitude with my friend, my daughter and I the entire time. Seems like she was the only one working! Give her a raise and a promotion because she deserves it! When I forgot to add something she was able to do it at the window as well. I just moved here not too long ago so that was my first experience of Iowans customer service and I am very pleased. She had a smile on her face the entire time so that was very nice to see even if they were about to close and she likely had been working for a while at that point already. Food was good! First time having Hardee’s! She even recommended me the app which I did not know they have so I thank her for that! I will be back :) Go Esebia! Keep working hard.

Sharing 1 star because there's no option for negative! HORRIBLE service! Very unpleasant. Line cook wearing gloves, touching his hat, hair, jeans, shirt...and food. Requested him to change his gloves, did so but I heard about it while I was waiting the THIRTY minutes for our food. Will not be back, do NOT recommend THIS store.

About a ten minute wait didn't get my fries and my tenders were 100 % raw I have pictures to prove it

The help is slow and there were 2 who followed person in charged around like she was lost, use to be a good place to come, and tables needed wiped off vents needed to be clean, Ottumwa Iowa

Had the $1.00 sandwiches during happy hour ham and cheese or cheese burgers. CHEAP DEAL.

Employees were wonderful but they were out of chicken!?! Literally I would try to order a chicken sandwich and they didn't have it. Then tried to order chicken nuggets for my child and they didn't have it. How does that happen?

Good burger. Love the fries. Pretty quick drive up.
