I'll keep it short and blunt. If you're not going through the drive-thru, you're going to wait 10-30 minutes to receive your food, even if there's no other customers. They are the most notorious place in town for messing up your order. And even if it's correct, it is a mess inside the wrapper. And then you get to the part where such a terrible experience can easily cost almost $50 to feed 3 people. Go to the Taco John's tbh, the employees are happier and care more about the job, plus the value menu has some great options

The person working the window/taking orders had the personality of a dead cat thats been laying on the Highway for the passed five days, nothing was wrapped right and fell apart pulling them out of the bag, a three person order was stuffed in probably the smallest bag available, quesadilla wasn’t cut and was hardly filled, no straws so we went to hy-vee gas station just cause I was not dealing with Taco Bell anymore. We will not be returning to this location again. This was not the first time we’ve been disappointed here.

I ordered a crunchwrap Supreme with guacamole and fire sauce. I was told if I didn't have exact change or a debit card then sorry they couldn't help me. My Total was $7.47 but I could round up for some charity to $8. I had a $10 bill so I was out of luck no dinner on a Friday night before 8pm.

Horrible parking lot. Horrible dine in design. First car accident after first week they opened it up. Please shut it down in ottumwa Iowa

Went here today and a girl named Elizabeth was working and she was very rude cussed us out and even hung up on us twice when we asked her simple questions we have the recording of her doing so don’t order here they give such attitude and are rude and unprofessional and on top of the if you try and have them correct your order they tell you your in the wrong. we ordered 30 dollars worth of food and it was soggy and gross. and on top of that we had to go through the drive through because they kept forgetting items. when we called back later to call them again to tell them they messed up our order again the woman named Elizabeth was cussing us out and being very rude. she kept hanging up instead of resolving the situation and saying we were in the wrong saying there was nothing wrong with the food. she wont let us talk to the manager or anything just keeps hanging up. she needs to be fired for the lack of customer service she has. this was a horrible experience and our food was gross beyond belief. Update still no response to try and make it right

Well kept tables are clean. Restroom had an out of order urinal but they will likely work with it. I like their burritos and would eat there again.

Didn't get what I ordered. Waited to order forever in the drive thru. Food was cold when I got it. I would not recommend stopping here. You will regret it.

Ottumwa's Taco Bell usually has awesome service. They always seem to genuinely care about getting my order correct and they don't make me feel rushed in line. Over all pleasant experiences here.

Don't care for the remodel. Parking is horrible at peak times now. Dining room is tiny. Seem to only be able to order from the kiosk.

New building has much less seating than the previous one, but parking lot entry is much better, Service very friendly. Not busy when we were there, but tables were left dirty.

My veggie mexican pizza was excellent with the black beans. My burritos were grilled without asking. Perfect! I recommend.

Staff was cool every time I picked up a DoorDash order. Otherwise it’s just like every other Taco Bell, so you know what your gastrointestinal system is in for if you choose to eat here. One just has to way whether or not a chalupa and Baja Blast are worth the risk.

Haven't been to a taco bell for some time, breakfast is better than I remember! Not a fan of the online order process, we are eliminating people! Don't think I want robot's making my food

We went for lunch at 2:30, which was very busy. We waited five minutes at the counter to be served since nobody was there. This, after walking by 3 workers at the front door who were talking and vaping. Our food was made wrong but was fresh. Pretty ridiculous.

Went here for dinner with a group of friends. After ordering one after another the food took forever to be served. The food was good and the staff were friendly and helpful, but I don't see why this place should have such a long wait for a fast food place with no one else ordering

Consistently serving extremely and almost non existent low levels of beef on items. Not sure if they are trying to save money or are simply not following procedure.

I was actually surprised. The service was great and the food was hot and for a fast food place was freshly made and not all slopped together.

Foods always good when I go !! Drive thru always wants to put stuff in a value meal and then you don't end up with what you ordered in the first place... not sure what that's about maybe listening skills

Doesn't matter if it's drive-thru or dining inside, service is slow. However, food isn't too bad and portions are pretty good. There is a wide menu selection and even budget friendly items that can go easier on the wallet.

The young lady in the Drive-Thru I thought was exceptional until I got home and part of my order was missing and tacos were made wrong. I had to drive back home and then drive back to the restaurant where I argued with the assistant manager in charge for 20 minutes told her I wanted my food remade because it was cold and she told me that she could only comp what was the wrong product was . I told her I knew that and I didn't want it all freed off I just wanted new food. She told me if I wanted all my food comped once again she would have to call her boss I told her six times or more to go ahead and call her because I wanted to talk to her. She refused to do so and continued and commped off on my food order and after that she wouldn't give me a receipt she only gave me a copy also if she was commping my food then she did not put the total price back on to my credit card. somebody needs to replace this person or give her a new attitude in customer service!! I Will be contacting the manager and the owner on my own tomorrow to try to get all this straightened out!

We have ordered numerous times, staff is friendly but check your order for accuracy before you leave

Every single time I come here they mess up my food, even when i say you did this wrong last time, they do it again. I do not eat here very often because the prices have skyrocketed at taco bell years ago. I took my daughter this evening and paid almost $12 for 3 Tacos and a drink 👿

Don't know how hard it really is to make a simple burrito. I ordered a 5 layer and expected a 5 layer. Instead got what should have been a 5 layer filled with lettuce, tomato and onion. Good job y'all.
