So... This might be one of my good reviews I'm not sure yet. I went in thinking I'd be in and out with ONE sandwich being I just needed a cold cut 6 inch with the bread dug out and just meat and cheese not toasted or heated. People in front of me had 5 or 6 sandwiches each, so of course my kids were getting antsy. I had 3 kids, 4 3 and 2. My son has an undiagnosed disorder at the moment so he was running around, causing havoc and the workers understood fully. The one even said "there's an app you can order online so it goes quicker." Yes, I know, but I'm also trying to get my kids able to be in environments where I shouldn't have to run and eat in the car. That is not fair to me, or my kids. But overall? I love subway. I will continue to eat at subway, they have the freshest food and service is usually really quick.

Good service food extra meat cheese but for 3 a piece was bull crop need to tell the customer how much before they put it in sandwich expense as heck I felt

We eat here 2 or 3 times a month and have never been disappointed. It's always sparkling clean with a very friendly crew that will fix your sandwich just the way you want it. Highly recommend!!

Like always a great experience and friendly service. When we went in there was only one person working. She was a great server to us.

I moved to a neighboring town recently and didn't realize that, of all things, I would miss my old neighborhood Subway! Great staff and they even remembered me after I hadn't been there for a while. Shout-out to the boys working this evening, especially. Keep up the good work. You never know when a friendly conversation could brighten someone's day like it did mine!

Food was fine, the girl at the cash register had trouble with her job, and needed more training time. She got a phone call (business related) which interrupted her so she completed the sale before I could tell her I wanted a drink... Kinda minor, and I coulda made her do it over, but I just wanted to leave. I am hoping that with a little bit more training that the next visit will be better. I'm sure it probably will be, but that visit wasn't the greatest overall. I'm a come back and amend this review the next time if they do better.

There was a young man working who made fast great sandwiches. Customer service was spot on. Was in there 02/03/2021 about 1130 am....he was awesome....

Great food and one of the fastest experience I've ever had in subway.

I asked for a drizzle of sweet onion sauce and the young lady squirted it all over the sandwich and the wrapping paper which makes for the messy sandwich and when I asked the second time nicely the young lady angrily proceeded to do it again on my second sandwich like I inconvenienced her by asking her to please not squirt it on the paper because it makes a messy sandwich.

Act like the vegetables come out of their checks but not the sauces.

The sub was great, but the oatmeal raisin cookies are AWESOME 👌 👏 👍🏿 😍 💖 😋 The roast beef sandwich is my favorite.

We went there on Saturday the 14th of December 2018 and I quite frankly have not seen anything like it. The whole prep area was dirty all the fresh veggies were all mixed together very sloppy the place again was very dirty. They did not have any flat bread at all. I go to a Subway in Muscatine daily during the week and they know how to run a food establishment. I would not go to the ottumwa site again. I don't normally give bad reviews but I have been here 2 or 3 times the last few months thinking it would be different well it has not ever improved.
