Disgusting, dirty and unsanitary. Floor looked as if it had not been vacuumed in a year, and there was nasty dust/dirt/all over the bed. Covers did not look clean at all. Had burn marks/holes all over mattress and blankets and room wreaked of stale cigarette smoke,, but this was a " no smoking" room. Very "project-like & ghetto" I don't know how they are still in business.

Bench warmers restaurant is a must go to place! Good food and good prices!

Had a really good time there. Was really more into who than what so that Should tell it all. No one bothered us and we enjoyed ourselves. That's all a person can ask for really.

Wonderful staff and very prompt responses to our questions and needs. Nice rooms and very clean .Never ran out of hot water. Great food and the resteraunts staff was very kind and prompt with our orders every time

This place is extremely dated but the people are really nice and there's a good little restaurant right next door unsuspectingly safe neighborhood

I stayed there a month. I had a smoking room couldn’t find one any where else. They cleaned room and left towels every day the tv and fridge where new The owners where really nice. I would stay there again. I never ran out of hot water in shower and the only problem i had with air was I had to get upand turn it off in the middle of the night because i was cold

Dirty, stained up, smelly bedding in all 3 rooms i have ever been in. With burn holes in them. Not somewhere to take a family. Hot water doesn't last long at all and refills VERRRY Slowly. Management team is pretty respectful and understanding overall but the place is just run down and gross.

this extremely affordable & reasonably clean place is located on the east edge of a town with a very unfortunate substance abuse problem. although police sometimes have to respond to the hotel frequently because of the type of people their 'cheapest place in town prices' sometimes (but not always) attack all in all it isn't bad for the buck. rarley do the people that the cops are there for do anything other than quietly & calmly go with the officers, no shootouts, no rapes, no murders, no insane bs really at all. just not really a family get-away type establishment, it's more of a working traveling man that isn't a yuppie wuss type of place. the sports bar & grill that is on site with the hotel is fun, clean, frosty cold beer & delicious hot food & if you are a hotel guest you get a 10% discount on food at the bar also. i promise u tho, the food is frickin amazing. just understand it's not the damn Ritz, it's a clean, dry, super affordable place to eat, sleep & maybe have a drink or 2. kids are allowed in the bar and grill, not sure if there is a cut off time for minors tho. the staff is super helpful & the rooms are worth The cash if u are a frugal customer like myself.

I liked it . It was old but great value saved 300 and had clean room and good beds. Didn't like being lied to about price quoted me 250 over pH got there it was 280 once they found out I was well payed at power plant I'm sure locals pay less
