Just don't. Dirtiest, smelliest, drug haven ever. Just go somewhere else. Trust me. For real don't do it. It'll take weeks to get the smell off of you. I was expecting a meth lab to blow up in the middle of the night. I survived, but you might not be so lucky.

The room are very run down. Ares bed had White mold under it , so we bought stuff to put on floor. We also had to clean the room that was said to be cleaned already. Then they come tonight and asked if we had a cat and dog, I told her yes even though she knew when we got the room. Then she tells me the owner said to charge me200 dollars for my pets. Our pets are companion pets service dogs. I didn't even have the money to put us here the state did. I will be turning the owner in for the service pets. And on the website it said it was pet friendly.!!!!

Horrible experience, deserves zero stars! I got ripped off prepaying weeks and put in room infested with bed bugs. Manager was a liar and owner was unresponsive even when I tried to contact him at his other restaurant business in town.

I got a room for a few months..decent price but the tv didn't work..cold air though..i had to clean the room throughly and spray for bugs just in case

Everyone was very friendly & helpful. The owners went above and beyond to provide us with a great room. Parking is perfect & it's located very close to everything you might want to see. It was very easy to find the convention center from the hotel. And the prices were fantastic! Thank you Colonial Motor Inn!

I think Danny is a great man about nobody experience here And to me the note new care take the is awesome to the only thing is that when someone don't have their checker and its on its way they need to not harass him about money But I love helping them and I love living here

Manager was nice, rooms were upkept and stocked, prices are very reasonable
