Great place to stay. Staff are very helpful. Beds are great. Always get a good nights rest.

Room was nice.Linen was kinda worn and used.But owner was a kind man.

I recently stayed at the Days Inn in Ottumwa, IA during my grandson’s participation in the Babe Ruth U14 World Series and had an excellent stay at this hotel. Shane (and Kay), made us feel like family and his support of two teams staying in his hotel, helped make some wonderful memories. Could not have asked for a better host. If you are planning to be in or near Ottumwa, this is a great place to stay

Very average. Bed was comfortable. The woman that checked us in was very pleasant. Parking lot is in need of repair. Breakfast was basically toast and cereal. Doesn't compete with most places. Overall, okay but nothing special.

This place is a scam. They charge you for a room you never stayed at and claim you were never there, but they still charge you. I never checked in, and told the lady over the phone to cancel my room. she fail to do so, and went ahead a charged my card.

We head a good stay and it will be a members with my father and hard father son time and I enjoyed every minute

We only used the pool and did not stay over in a room. Was an inexpensive way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Was just what my son and his friends needed to escape all this COVID limitations. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely try a stay over with the service we received

Kept having us switch rooms but good place to stay if you're in need of a place to relax.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! They charged us for EACH child we had in our room in which all were under 3, bedrooms smelt worse than a musty basement. Breakfast was horrible, cereal was stale. Do NOT recommend this dump to anyone.

Property listed as Non smoking, however it was evident that it does not stop people from smoking 🚭. Room ricked of cigarettes. Also observed housekeeping smoking while cleaning rooms ??? Breakfast is a disappointment - coffee was the only good point.

Was woke up by night clerk saying we were smoking in room neither one of us smoke was really rude about it said their system was pretty acurate will not stay there again

They charge for every guest, they had no idea how to give a receipt upon checkout, the rooms smell horrible, the pool is locked and you have to get permission to use it. Vending machine barely has any drinks.

The worst experience of my stay was this hotel . I was overly charged my receipt says 124.68 but I was charged 167.68. I did not leave the room a mess the room was already colored all over the doors and drawers my tv did not work half the time because we had to wait for a reboot because the tvs are so old. They charge for extra swimmers and extra 7 dollars plus tax I don’t see why . The bed spreads were very thin and very used and Our towels had stains on them. If I was going to go through this terrible experience I would’ve stayed across the street where I wasn’t overly charged the only thing was no pool . Over all terrible I do not recommend and I will not be back.

The pool, which was the entire reason we booked this place, was closed. Breakfast? Forget it. Our bill receipt was $134. They charged us $188. We didn't make a mess. We left the trash from the bins and the beds unmade. Our towels We pulled together for pick up. That is it. Worst experience of our lives!
