Don't try, bad rip-off! Yes, I read the reviews but didn't believe there is such a bad place, but there is :) it must made my extensive list of the worst places I reviewed. Poor food, expensive, overcharging left and right, the added taxes where they are normally included... Refuse card until u threaten not to pay, then it suddenly works... It's simply a pathetic excuse for a restaurant... That pizza is 8 Euro... It's actually smaller than it looks and tastes even worse. Don't think local dishes are better!!!

I was luckly fasting on Ramadan but even sitting inside was hard since they didn't welcome the idea that I didn't order anything. Everybody else was served a priceless menu. In order to stop these traps, you should avoid ordering and demanding the driver to stop somewhere else. Even if it means eating in a bakery or taking something from a local shop.

IF YOUR TOUR BRINGS YOU HERE, IT IS NOT TOO LATE TO CHANGE!! It’s a shame because with the price that people pay to eat here (above 100 d) good food could and should be made. Why leave people who have travelled all the way to Morocco with a bad taste in the mouth? Of course we don’t expect great food such as the one you will eat in a Moroccan home, but this was bad… after complaining (veiled and in Arabic) we received a discount and paid half the original price. The kitchen is filthy and only God knows what happens in there to make such low quality food. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES NEARBY PLEASE CHECK OUT or you will be trapped!!!

They give you a menu with a fixed price of 130dh. It includes a starter, main dish and some dessert. The price is ok but the quality of food is not ok. It's quite poor quality food in my opinion. The price doesn't justify the quality of food.

The tour guide is going to drop you here. Avoid it! Go to somewhere else to eat, as the food is not good quality for the price and they charge you a 10% "tax" at the end that it's not in the menu anywhere. We were stupid enough to not check the reviews before.

Tourist trap! Most horrible food experience ever! Our vegetarian tagine had a hair on it, the pizza was frozen from supermarket, and basically the meat tagines were so salty that no one ate the veg that cane with it. Super expensive- pizza marguerita MAD 80 (for example). They also had no spaghetti, no meat - except chicken- no beer, I can’t imagine how they are open really. Plus, the waiter should consider changing carriers, he really doesn’t know how to wait, bless him. And there’s a 5% service charge. If you want to have a laugh with bad waiters, no food and overpriced leftovers from lunch, this is the place to go!

Here you should order local food like Tajine. The meat was good and fresh. People are complaining about Pizza or Pasta. Drinks were expensive in my opinion. I agree that the portion of food is small comparing the price. I liked swets, they were tasty and fresh. For three drinks and two menu foods we paid 320 DH. When we reached it was not crowded and we were happy with the service.

Definitely saw late the reviews of others, after I ordered my food 😂 Our guide brought us to this place just like most of the other reviewers. The one star is because of the service which I have to be honest and say was quite pleasant. Other than servise, best to be avoided, just like other 100 reviews suggested . Scam for tourists 100%

Terrible experience. DO NOT go here! Tourist trap. Overpriced food and extremely small portion prices which won’t even fill a baby. They offer “fruit dessert” but it’s 2 strawberries and an old banana piece. For the beef tagine there was almost no meat in the pot and almost no meat on the bone. I went to a different restaurant after and payed for a portion size about 7 times bigger for half the price. Not much variety in the menu (no lamb/goat meat) only chicken and beef. Taxi drivers will recommend this place because they get a referral fee/commission from bringing you here. Don’t listen to them. Do your own research.

It's best thought of a motorway service station restaurant rather than somewhere you go out to eat - lots of reviews say tourist trap but really it's just adequate food and fast service for a price. Reading the other reviews I would have avoided this place but it's entirely adequate. If you end up eating here, it's fine. If you are planning to eat somewhere nearby, there are better choices. The food is basic, pleasant and served quickly and politely. At 315MAD for 2 people with a drink each for 2 people, it's not great value. However, if you're just passing through it's ideal.

This katsnah has beautiful view you can see kasbat tawrirt in front of you, people here are so kind but kindness is not enough, I take hot chocolate but I didn’t like it I want a a banana just at first but they didn’t have juice just coffee and soda, the sets here are not comfortable and the place is not clean, hope they can take care of this place in the futur

Worst restaurant ever! First they say you can pay by card and then it doesn't work. then they didn't have the rest in cash, so they wanted me to pay more. It's very expensive and they also add a percentage on the service, but they only tell you at the end. very bad

130 dirham for a small set menu or 100 dirham for one tagine, complete scam! The hygiene is terrible, very dirty tables! They barely clean anything after the customers. Avoid this restaurant. (Just for comparison, a tagine in a local restaurant is around 30 dirham).

Service was very bad. Half of the orders didn't come. Food had no taste. Drinks didn't come. Personal were unfriendly and not helpfull. I think they just have the luck that they are the only restaurant in the village. The price is 150 dirham for the menu, even if you didn't get the half of what is including the menu.

Like the other reviews, this was definitely a tourist trap with a mandatory 10% service charge, we paid 110MAD for one chicken tagine. Food was atrocious, ordered the chicken tagine and it was over cooked and very very bland. The bread that they served was also very hard and not edible. Definitely avoid this place if you can. We came here as part of our 3 day tour to sahara. After we ordered, we realised that there’s a much better rated restaurant within 5 mins walk away, I urge anyone reading this to leave your tour group and go to the other restaurant instead.

Avoid, it is a tourist trap. Far too pricy, you will get better quality for a fraction of what you will be charged here elswhere nearby. Pizza was cold and Spaghetti disgusting. Check your receipt carefully before paying. We were charged illegally with „tax“. Nice view however, but unfortunally run by criminals.

If your guide brings you here, please don't eat here. Our guide intimidated us to eat here and when we said we were not hungry got really angry and said we would have to go to another town if we wanted something torbay or drink. Luckily, we only had a coffee but most of our group felt pressured to have the food. It was grossly overpriced and of not good quality. If I'd read the other reviews I would not have gone here and I would certainly say that they are all very accurate.

Absolutely awful. Brought here as part of a trip by Morroco Destination Experts. the set menu had no proper pricing. The food was awful- ours was essentially frozen pizza, the service worse- many of our party didn't get the food or drinks they ordered. There was no cutlery on the table. The staff were not attentive and our guide didn't care.

Tourist trap, was brought here by our tour group. Overpriced basic meals (105 dirham for pasta) and then they tried to scam people by charging them 10 euros for tea and water after their meal. Go across the street on the left and you’ll get proper meals for 30-40 Dirham.

I had one small chicken leg, 7 olives and three spoons of peas "tajini". For 130 dh.

I wouldn't even give ONE STAR for this restaurant. The service is awful!!! • We have been waiting for 2 hours to get our food • Food was terribly cold (had to ask to warm it up) • Portions are super small • No spoons for the soup (even after we asked a few times) • The waiter messed up with the orders • Tagine is just the meat you order, no vegetables added • Drinks are not included to the lunch menu DOES NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!

We didn't choose to eat here but tour guide brought us here and I ordered tajine but it was not delicious at all. All the vegetables had the same taste. Try to avoid!

We went in at a quiet time and the comfortable soft seats with cushions were just what we needed after a long day sightseeing. The food was served fresh and piping hot but nothing special in comparison with Moroccan food we tasted elsewhere on this trip. Service was good but slow.

Yeah, the reviews are right. The food is just straight-up bad. Tourist trap for sure. At least the server we had was a nice guy and he tried to make amends, which I can appreciate, it's not their fault. Maybe if the server we had reads this, know that you deserve better. It's a nice location, maybe just get yourself something to drink. The pizza especially was horrible, it felt like a frozen pizza with a salad thrown on top. Not even properly coocked and warmed up. Yeah no, just don't go

I really cannot recommend the place, my food cost 130 dh and with that I got microwaved spaghetti with a bland sauce topped with melted cheese clump... Also they do not accept debit card which was unfortunate

This is a huge tourist trap that is in bed with the tour company. Food is just average but costs like fine dining. Walk 1 minute to the corner and you have other options.

👍 We had been driving a long time we ate so quickly forgot to take pictures of the food, so I took only pictures of the tea. 🫤 Aggressively mediocre food. Very little fresh apart from the salads. Nothing was well spiced or seasoned. Most foods very obviously microwaved, from supermarkets, or from frozen. Blandest vegetable tajine of our entire trip. Generous portions, decent prices. Very obviously targeting tourists. Saddes...
