Perfect stay for 1 or 2 nights! The host is amazingly friendly, the food is delicious and the rooms are well. And all this for a cheap price! Loved it there...

The place has definitely seen better days: it feels a bit like in Stephen King’s Shining - an empty spooky hotel where we were one of the 2 visitor couples. Overall everything fine and you will get a good value for the price, food is very tasty, BUT we havent received such a cold hospitability in Morocco like here. You got the feeling that you are disturbing and perhaps they would prefer to stay closed than serve 4 people in this hotel, that maybe was a paradise before corona. Psst: for kindof the same value you can stay in a real Kasbah in the old town...

Great local food and service. Simple but cosy place. Complementary snacks for the starter.

Great lamb and fruit tangine. A quiet and considerate manager who genuinely was delighted when we returned (I wanted the lamb again before we left). We had a good chat about Ryanair’s new flights and his hopes to get more English customers. My recommendation to all is enjoy a quiet evening and some great food.

Very good tagines and kind service. Highly recommend this place especially for dinner with the view at the terrace.

Food was amazing and we were the only 2 sitting on the rooftop. You have an amazing view with the sun setting behind the mountains. Best place to eat over here!! The man who served us was super friendly and gave us some free fruits for dessert.

All the meals were very tasty. We had pastilla (highly recommended!), soup and fruits as a dessert. Also while waiting we were served with plate full of healthy snacks. Beautiful terrace and welcoming atmosphere. Can only recommend.

A nice peaceful restaurant, ask to view the terrace while waiting for your meal, spectacular! We had the lamb (falling off the bone tender) cous cous special menu with a really fresh tomato, cucumber and onion salad - was delicious. Also came with a lovely tea with loads of mint and some fresh fruit at the end. They also make their own harissa hot sauce maybe a secret request. If you’re indecisive on the menu it maybe harder to get a recommendation, but make a choice and will be worthwhile.

The best place for food in town. Big portions, great service either on the terrace with great views or the restaurant downstairs. We came back twice to eat here. The lamb tagine is not to be missed! Great value too.

The host is very kind and helpful (people have the missconception that because the host is not an extravert that he is not nice). The rooftop terrace is perfect to see the amazing sky during the night and all the stars. The hotel is super close to the kasbah of Ait Ben. The hotel is situated in an quiet area and has parking next to it. The room is simple but sufficient, has working AC. Wifi signal was good.

Stayed one night.nice rooms, good breakfast. Accommodating hosts. I'd recommend easily amongst this very touristy area. Side note : it's free to enter ait benhaddou so don't fall for the tricks

Best tajine I had in Morocco. Service could have been warmer and the place felt deserted when we got there, but the portions were generous and the dining area well decorated.

One of the best meals we had in Morocco. The food was fabulous and there is a beautiful view of the Ksar. Our host Zaid was so friendly and he gave us tips for our trip to the Merzouga. We had a salad and a lamb tagine and he added fruit “as a gift”. We would recommend this as a perfect restaurant in Ait Ben Addou.

This is a great choice for those stopping in Ait Ben, the rooms are clean and a good size given the price. The owner runs the place well and is very straightforward. I have seen other reviews that say he is unfriendly, but this is not the case, he is just introverted and isn't overly effusive.

We went in November and we took 2 berbères omelet. Just delicious. I was a bit worry after reading some reviews but I just don’t get it, the owner was more than amazing! Gave us parking, greet us, offered healthy snacks as starters and fruits at the end of the lunch. Very nice and welcoming. Maybe he was in a bad period when the bad reviews were written. The view is also nice, well so I recommend it 100% :)

We were here during Ramadan so we had to have a reservation and place our order ahead of time in order for the staff to prepare a meal for us, so this is a little out of the norm. The food was good, the hospitality was great, and the view from the terrace was also amazing during the day. The tea was great, we had the Moroccan salad (included in the menu items) and it was delicious and filling, we had pizza, rice w vegetables and the meat tagine. All was very tasty.

We stopped at Valentin in a sunny day of November, we eat on the terrace with a nice view on the UNESCO site. The owner was very friendly and offered us dates, almonds nuts and fruits, we almost felt sorry because we only ordered 2 omelette berbere (very good, we recommend them) and some drinks. Definitely recommend the place if you want to eat something simple and delicious.

Best restaurant around. All cooked freshly and we agreed it was our best meal yet! The lamb is to die for and the bread was just out the oven. It may look closed from the outside but just go in and ask the owner and they will cook for you!

We had a great experience here. The hotel has a great location, close to the historic site but very peaceful. It is super clean and has tasty filling breakfast. The beds were really comfy. The host served us tea when we arrived. Totally recommend to stay here.

🫤 Definitely some sort of gimmick done by the tour guide and restaurant owners to lure tours here and charge a lot. Food was very average and expensive. Wouldn’t recommend, avoid it if you can. You can easily leave and go have your lunch with any of the other local restaurants and help support them.

👍 Our tourguide attempted to have us eat at L'oasis D'or, which we opted to skip based on Google reviews. So we walked a minute down the road to this restaurant, which we were glad we found. Waitstaff was very friendly and helpful. Food was pretty good- it seems like everything in Morocco needs salt...

👍👍 We booked a room here by coincidence because the actual hotel we booked was lying about its location. This hotel is so cute, it has a pool and the clients are both tourists and locals. The staff is adorable and super helpful. It’s super close to the Ksar, approx 5 min by foot. The price for the room...

👍👍 We also came with a group that was traveling to Merzouga and the guide was trying to get us to eat at a different restaurant but we looked online and chose this place instead and that was the best decision. Normal prices best food in here. It makes me sad that all the groups are going to that other...

👍 Real nice place with a great view on the old Ait benhaddou, service was good and fast. The food was also good. But my Italian girlfriend didn't allow me to give it 5 stars. Although it was really good; she complained about the olive oil not being good with the nice panino (also not so cheap... almos...
