Awesome quality of food for a reasonable price, many main dish options don't exceed 15€. Loved the options, there is seafood, meat, as well as purely vegetarian options. Some dishes are quite unique like the one with pulpo and udon noodles, it's an interesting twist and it was indeed delicious. The only thing that could be improved is the pulpo itself, because grilled slices don't give much taste to the whole dish. And zamburinas were surprisingly very good, even for the one who isn't a fan of molluscs. The interior is well designed and the place is quite spacious. Bathroom door could be fixed though, it's hard to find a door lock and make sure to close it properly. Staff was very nice to us and served the dishes pretty quickly.

After more than one hour and several times having to stand up and go to the kitchen on my own and ask for my orders, begging cause I had one hour to eat (more than plenty) basically I had to do the waiter as myself and never got any food but a small tapa de chewie pulpo and a beer… STAY AWAY!

Excellent menu with lots of typical Galician dishes, including pulpo in several styles. The staff is attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We tasted a variety of dishes, including two styles of pulpo, a seafood rice (paella style) and other delicacies, including tasty deserts. Worth a special trip to Ourense to enjoy!

This review started with 5 stars when the waiter 'made a plan' and got us a table on the terrace, and then slowly but surely dropped to a 3 star rating. My pasta sauce was delicious, although the prawns were stale and over-cooked. The famous octopus dish was nothing to get excited about, and the desserts okay.

I came here due to the reviews and photos available. The space inside is nice and the waiters are...not the nicest, let's say. It feels like they're just going through the motion. We asked about one of the dishes, of the photos we had seen, but apparently they've made changes to the menu recently. We ordered a 35€ dish, for 2, which consisted of a variety of grilled meats. What came to the table was such a small portion I assumed it was just half, accompanied by fries for one. It wasn't just half. And that was it: a small portion of 3 types of meat, and fries for one, for 35€. There were individuals on the closer tables with more food than the 2 people in ours. Again, throughout the meal the service didn't particularly improve and also the bread on the table had been previously frozen. The meat was good enough though, so...

The restaurant was nicely setup, I was eating with 5 friends and the menu looked great. I had the charcoal cod, and my friends had a series of shared dishes. My cod took 30 mins to arrive when my friends had begun to finish their dishes. The cod was fine but didn't particularly looked like it had been cooked on a charcoal grill - more baked, and it came with a tiny amount of potatoes, and nothing else. We decided to have a coffee somewhere else and skip dessert. But then an incident happened. Having sorted the bill, paying 6 ways leaving the cash in the bill holder, an irritate, and he was irritate, waiter come over and said we hadn't paid the whole bill. He counts it again and realises he's made a mistake- all the money is there. Without a word he walks off. Unimpressed we leave. Then a friend of mine realizes he's left a bag behind, bumps into this guy who just grunts at him. Now I'm only writing this because I was looking at Google maps and was reminded of this. And it annoyed me enough to write this review. May have great octopus, but the staff ain't great.

Great meal- the pulpo (octopus ) is amazing, but the meat is great too. Proper Galician experience.

Great cooking and not too expensive. They say they cook the best pulpo a feira in tow. I guess it's right.

I went there with my parents and daughter to spend a quick family meal, overall the entire service provided by Roberto was spotless, he made great suggestions and made our day! In general we tried a few savouries however I loved the octopus (best in town), cheesecake at the end was the cherry of the cake!! definitely will make sure to come back soon!
