We were served raw pasta (see photos). Is was stuck together and tasted like pasta dough as if it had been dropped in the boiling water and taken out shortly after, well before it was fully cooked. This is (likely) a health code violation, and I suggest steering clear of this location. It’s evident the workers and owner(s) don’t take any pride in their work.

Whoever cooked this food, they didn’t bad job cooking entire meal. All the tofu was burned and taste awful. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order their food from this location. Awful

I ordered 3 chicken noodle soups to go and I literally got broth with maybe 4-5 pieces of noodles and hardly any chicken. When I asked to talk to the manager, she was very rude and slid 3 tiny containers of noodle my way (not even 1/4 the way full). She didn’t say anything after that and just turned around. I contemplated asking for refund, but was running short on time. Horrible management. Won’t be going back, which stinks bc I loved their chicken noodle.

Whenever my friend is in town this is our go to, the spicy Korean noodles are so good! Depending on the day service can be a bit slow but the staff is always friendly!

We waited over 30 minutes for our food and it was brought out to us cold. When I brought this to their attention, the manager said nothing to me and said said it over there well heat it up. I waited 5 more minutes and nothing was done. Monica the manager never apologized or offered to help in anyway and didn't care whatsoever that her employees were arguing instead of helping people or prepare food and was annoyed when I asked for my money back. Pathetic excuse of management and customer service. Pathetic.

So we order food and some get done first and they sit on the counter for a good 5-10 minutes while we “wait” on an order to get made!! Instead of handing out the food that is ready and apologize for the other one not being done.. so when we get all our order it is COLD except the one we were waiting on! And the staff was not very friendly

Was so excited to try this for the first time. I’m so disappointed. I ordered spicy Korean beef noodles and pot stickers, there was so less beef in the noodles and the pot stickers were BURNT. I’m super sick from the stomach. Do yourself a favor and don’t eat from here. I spent 30$ for getting myself sick.

Noodles and Company is consistent with their serving sizes and flavor profiles. The kids enjoy their little menu and always excited for the kid crispy that comes as a side. As a bonus, their meal is under $7 including tax.

We frequent this place fairly regularly or have. I am not sure if management changed but the last several times our food has been burnt or over cooked. This is one of the bowls (I didn’t feel like digging the chicken out of the trash on the other).

Sooooo what can I say. It was quick, the employees get 5 star. They were nice informative and answer all my questions about non dairy options but the portions were small for an $11 lunch but I guess that's consistent with everything in the world. Prices up quantities down.

Well they took away the brased beef with buttered noodles a few years ago.. that I allwas enjoyed .. So I had to go to stake and noodles .. snow the stake is thin and so tough it's not chewable so I swallowed it 12.00 nt worth it ..

Bowl of noodles and a little bit of chicken with a small coke $16, took twenties minutes to get it. I don't like to leave a bad review but over priced average good and slow service.

Noodles is a criminally underrated chain in America. I rarely have a bad experience and this experience at this Kansas stop is no different. Everyone was so nice taking my order. I enjoyed every bite of my Buffalo Mac with gluten sensitive noodles. They were kind enough to be sure to ask if I had a gluten allergy to be sure that they needed to make more changes to my food. I don’t. But I’m pleased they asked. In a time where kind service is rare, I definitely recommend you stop in here.

Parm crusted chicken was too salty, ruined the whole dish. Every dish that had chicken in it tasyed overly salty... be careful next time noodles, someone could carry heart disease and this situation could hurt anyone...

Decent food, Decent customer service, Long wait times you will be waiting 15+ minutes being the only person in the store but besides that experience was okay
