My
massage
by
Megan
was
great.
However,
the
checkout
process
was
frustrating
because
my
gift
card
was
unable
to
be
recognized
in
the
system
most
likely
due
to
a
problem
at
the
location
it
was
purchased
at.
My
departure
was
delayed
by
several
minutes
when
multiple
people
tried
to
track
down
the
validity
of
this
card
which
was
embarrassing.
I
had
received
this
card
as
a
Christmas
present
from
my
boyfriend.
I
was
told
that
the
$20
tip
that
was
to
be
allotted
from
the
excess
of
this
card
may
not
be
able
to
be
applied
and
given
to
my
massage
provider,
Megan.
And
I
may
need
to
call
up
later
to
provide
a
credit
card
to
be
able
to
give
her
gratuity.
Very
frustrating.
I
later
got
a
call
from
Lindsey,
indicating
that
we
may
need
to
call
the
store
where
we
originally
purchased
the
card
from
and
prove
the
purchase
so
that
they
could
confirm
the
gift
card
validity.
I
voiced
my
frustration
but
was
told
by
Lindsay
well
I’m
sorry
but
as
it
is,
I’m
having
to
comp
the
massage
until
we
get
this
figured
out
and
you
may
still
have
to
pay
for
the
gratuity
separately
if
you’re
wanting
her
to
receive
one.
So
now,
myself,
and
my
boyfriend
were
now
involved
in
tracking
down
the
proof
of
this
gift
card.
We
are
finally
able
to
do
that.
I
do
not
feel
like
this
was
handled
very
well,
nor
that
I
received
an
adequate
apology
for
the
way
this
whole
thing
was
handled.
What
a
terrible
system
they
must
have,
which
has
now
led
me
to
change
my
mind
on
looking
into
a
recurring
massage
program.
