    think the property is definitely in a nice area. I like the garage in every unit. Lack of prompt return calls and or emails. Way to many spiders! And they charge you monthly for pest control but they don’t spray often. Unfriendly property manager. She speaks in a very combative tone. The property is quick to send u a late notice but never quick to deal with what they are supposed to do. So for me it is embarrassingly obvious that residents are not priority. Dead trees. Wasn’t very clean when I moved in.

    Since moving in here, 3 months ago, I couldn’t be more pleased with this company, the amenities, and the friendliness of the staff. The property is very well maintained. I like how friendly maintenance is, and how much they clearly care about the property and the residents’ living experience. The property management team does fun events and they are very social and welcoming with all of the residents. I’ve met lots of new friends since moving in and it truly feels like a community.

    Terrible place, if I could give them 0 stars I would. should’ve never renewed our lease after the first year… they entered our home without consent the first couple of months living there. Saying oh you gave us concert 24 hours in advance, when we specifically told them to let us know before entering. Triggered the alarm and had the police show up and blowing up our phone. They didn’t care though. Didn’t even say sorry. The place was a mess when we moved in to begin with. Took three times to vacuum out the dog hair from the last tenants. Make you pay for things you don’t even want, and add fees at the end of your lease for you to pay when you’ve been moved out for over a month. And just FYI your utilities are included in everyone’s!! So if your neighbors leave their AC running and windows open they effects you. Then once you move out you owe for last months utilities even if you didn’t live there. They call it a cleaning fee btw.

    I've really enjoyed living here. Responsive and friendly staff, very well maintained buildings, grounds and facilities. Deanna in the office gets my 5 stars for handling everything I need with a quickness and smile! The community is quiet to boot.

    This is my first apartment and it’s a super fun, relaxed atmosphere. The get together are fun, and I love the 24/7 gym! The location is perfect for me, right across the street from my church! Great experience so far.

    beyond dissatisfied with the way this complex has handled our move out process. through the entire time we stayed there (even making the mistake of renewing twice) the front office hasn't met our standards of service and friendliness. we dont have high standards, but to be treated fairly. first, they don't mention that you pay a non refundable deposit (which we were told that it covers the security deposit) that you are still charged after 2 months after moving out. and when you call to talk to someone. you get conflicting stories of what it is and what it covers. second, when you get an small summary of the charges post move out, they inform you that if is for cleaning.(not utilities which it actually is). then, we requested a break down, that's when we found out that you pay almost 2 months behind in utilities and have to play catch out. we recently got a house of our own, and we moved in june and kept the place here to get our belongings out at a more relaxed pace. our last day was end of july, and are still messing with them....we STILL havent gotten a breakdown of charges under the DAMAGES tab. third, we were informed of a low NON-refundable security deposit when the time came to move in (roughly $400) we did this knowing somehow, we wouldnt get our entire (full $900) deposit back, knowing they would find away to keep our deposit. now we are told we owe almost $115 in "damages" that no one can identify. what happened to the $400 we paid you, was that just taken? either way. this was HIGHLY miss explained for us. i would like someone from BH management corporate to please reach out. . im tired of messing with this almost 2 months of moving out. i will edit my comment when it is wrapped up. im not mad over $176. im mad at the fact that its a freaking circus trying to get straight awnsers from anyone.....

    Colette (& Jamie on the phone) were very friendly, polite, and professional when I went to tour "The Manor Homes of Arborwalk" in Lee's Summit, MO. Colette made me feel welcomed and like I was already home with her kindness! I was very impressed with the grounds, landscaping, and amenities offered.

    It’s lovely :) Property manager was running around working her butt off! That was amazing to see. Front desk lady was super attentive and swift! They’re building new spots it looks like and renovating current ones! I’m so very excited about our application!

    Deanne is amazing!! We had to move my daughter from Texas, on very short notice! Deanne put my mama mind at ease immediately and was very helpful with the entire process! Easy to work with and very attentive!
