dissatisfied
with
the
way
this
complex
has
handled
our
move
out
process.
through
the
entire
time
we
stayed
there
(even
making
the
mistake
of
renewing
twice)
the
front
office
hasn't
met
our
standards
of
service
and
friendliness.
we
dont
have
high
standards,
but
to
be
treated
fairly.
first,
they
don't
mention
that
you
pay
a
non
refundable
deposit
(which
we
were
told
that
it
covers
the
security
deposit)
that
you
are
still
charged
after
2
months
after
moving
out.
and
when
you
call
to
talk
to
someone.
you
get
conflicting
stories
of
what
it
is
and
what
it
covers.
second,
when
you
get
an
small
summary
of
the
charges
post
move
out,
they
inform
you
that
if
is
for
cleaning.(not
utilities
which
it
actually
is).
then,
we
requested
a
break
down,
that's
when
we
found
out
that
you
pay
almost
2
months
behind
in
utilities
and
have
to
play
catch
out.
we
recently
got
a
house
of
our
own,
and
we
moved
in
june
and
kept
the
place
here
to
get
our
belongings
out
at
a
more
relaxed
pace.
our
last
day
was
end
of
july,
and
are
still
messing
with
them....we
STILL
havent
gotten
a
breakdown
of
charges
under
the
DAMAGES
tab.
third,
we
were
informed
of
a
low
NON-refundable
security
deposit
when
the
time
came
to
move
in
(roughly
$400)
we
did
this
knowing
somehow,
we
wouldnt
get
our
entire
(full
$900)
deposit
back,
knowing
they
would
find
away
to
keep
our
deposit.
now
we
are
told
we
owe
almost
$115
in
"damages"
that
no
one
can
identify.
what
happened
to
the
$400
we
paid
you,
was
that
just
taken?
either
way.
this
was
HIGHLY
miss
explained
for
us.
i
would
like
someone
from
BH
management
corporate
to
please
reach
out.
.
im
tired
of
messing
with
this
almost
2
months
of
moving
out.
i
will

mad
over
$176.
im
mad
at
the
fact
that
its
a
freaking
circus
trying
to
get
straight
awnsers
from
anyone.....
