I lived at The Grand for over three years and am sad to have had to leave. It is a fantastic place to live! From the amazing maintenance team to the leasing team, the experience was great. Anytime you need anything, the team is there to help. The rooms and views are incredible. The gym is handy, the pool is amazing, and if you work from home, there are plenty of spots around the building to work if you want a change of scenery. Chris and Lindsay were particularly fantastic. Thanks for making our time at The Grand so great. I would highly recommend The Grand to anyone looking to live downtown.

Amazing place to live! I moved to KC from Florida about six months ago and can proudly say this is my home away from home. The views are unbeatable. Located in the heart of downtown, you are block away from the Sprint Center and Power and Light. The staff are all outstanding and go above and beyond to make sure your living experience is grand. I couldn't ask for a better place to live and meet new people after moving halfway across the country.

My wife and I agree that The Grand is the BEST apartment living either of us have experienced. The staff was incredibly helpful from day 1, and the units and amenities are amazing. We were sold as soon as we saw a corner unit. The large windows give some of the best views in the city. If you have a dog or dogs, you’ll get to know many of the tenants well during potty breaks on the 2nd floor, and I found most of the dog-owner tenants to be a delight. Big plus! Also, and this is probably hard to believe, but things just didn’t really break. Usually after living in an apartment for a while, you’ll start to notice things are lesser quality than when initially met the eye. I noticed that was NOT the case here: everything in the apartment was built to last. The only issue we ever had was a faulty dryer, and Chris (great maintenance staff) literally swapped it out for a new one the next day. Chris, Lindsey in the leasing office (she’s great!!), and everyone else are really nice, attentive and all-around swell. You’ll have a great experience if you lease here.

I lived here for two years and loved my time here! Management is amazing, big shout to Lindsay, she’s the best! Maintence is very quick and efficient too. Overall I had a great experience here and would recommend it to anyone!

The management, maintenance, and entire staff alone give The Grand 5 stars! Lindsay, the Leasing Manager and Chris who does all the maintenance are both so attentive, thorough, and willing to do anything to make sure you’re happy. Chris has gone above and beyond numerous times for me and often outside normal hours. Just recently, my refrigerator and AC were both out at the same time and within 24 hours, I had a brand new refrigerator and AC back on. He came at 9pm to fix my AC even though I told him I was completely fine to wait until the next day! Good management and service in apartments is so incredibly rare but the staff at The Grand take it to a whole other level!!

We enjoyed The Grand, but the best thing without a doubt was the management! Lindsey is INCREDIBLE - from the day we toured to the day we signed as residents. She is attentive, communicative, was always willing to help (even with all our pesky requests), and always did it with a smile on her face. Thank you again Lindsey!

I love everything about living at The Grand! From the views off the roof top pool to the coffee bar in the basement, everything is top notch and well worth the money. The management staff is highly responsive and plans many events for residents every month. Jordan, our leasing specialist, made the move in process go very smoothly and answered any questions we had promptly. The dog park makes living in the city with a dog so easy. I cannot recommend The Grand enough!

We toured several luxury apartments in downtown KC, but after seeing The Grand there was no contest. The spacious floor plans, rooftop pool, golf simulator and other amenities make it an amazing place to live and spend time with friends. The staff is very helpful and hosts multiple events a month for residents to get to know each other, such as happy hours, pool parties and classes at the apartment gym. We love the outdoor dog park on the second floor because it makes it easy for us to take our pup out at night. On top of all the amenities, the location is perfect - we love being able to walk everywhere. Definitely take the time to check out The Grand!
