The apartment is nice. The water and sewer bill is higher than a 4 bedroom house. (53 dollars a month vs 87 dollars). But our biggest complaint is we feel like we are living in a dog kennel. It is a pet-friendly complex but the weight limit is 100 lbs and you can have 2 dogs. We have had children using the hallway as a playground with their parents. We have made several complaints and been told they have been addressed but still have the same issues. According to management, we are the only one with these complaints, but I have noticed what seems to be a large turnover. There is also a mask mandate in the community area but it is only enforced at the clubhouse. We have recently moved into a home after living here for a full year until we found our home. The turnover at these apartments is rather concerning. The only good thing we can really say is Francis, in the office, is very pleasant and helpful and the maintenance staff especially Victurino and Dominic are outstanding. I also would like to add that I have a jewelry box with a removable tray. The removable tray came up missing while we were living in the apartment at Copper Ridge. It was not immediately noticed so I did not post with my original post. However, I would caution anyone thinking about moving here to make sure any valuables are kept locked up. I have moved several times and my jewelry box has always been intact until this move. I hope whoever felt the need to do this has a conscience and feels horrible about what they stole. Shame on them.

Very nice and I agree with some of the reviews for this complex! A family member lives here and we visit quite often! The appearance is quite stunning at first look as being nearly new and fresh with everything being orderly! I don't understand why there aren't trash cans throughout the properties, although, I do realize how common it is for them to fill up and spoil it from uncaring guests or tenants! It is impressive the system that's set up for tenants to sit the trash outside their door by a specific time to be picked up! I was extremely impressed by the security of the front door of the complex building until I analyzed it closely! If you hit specific buttons you get a "phone book" of everybody's first and last names! That's "a lot" of information being given out, especially for somebody with "relationship issues" for example! Kinda scary! I personally hear the neighbors above when visiting, so not impressed by the sound qualities! We've stayed the night numerous times and the hallways tend to sound like hotels with tenants coming and going! The rent price reflects the newness of the apartments and appropriately set! I haven't visited the clubhouse or any of the amenities so I can't make a comment, other than, I've nothing but nice things about the "salt water pool!" Whether temporary or long-term I think you'll choose these over others in the area, and be happy!

The apartments are beautiful, safe and well built. Maintenance staff is great, very professional and responsive. The pool is amazing. The gym is above average for an mini gym. They do need to remove the giant tv from being in the center of the mirror, lol. Trash services were rough for a while, but have been fixed with the new company. Overall living here has been a pleasure. I highly recommend the place. It's a bit pricey since rent rates went up again, but they are super nice apartments, and the community overall is great.

Great place to live unless you have loud, annoying neighbors that are constantly yelling at eachother/slamming things or their dogs barking/howling all day and night because management will do absolutely nothing about it besides maybe sending out a texting to all building residents giving a very broad reminder about quiet hours and loud dogs. Over and over they do nothing about noise complaints but otherwise a nice complex.

Copper Ridge was a great place to call home. The apartments are stunning with beautiful windows. The pool, workout room, club house, and media room are gorgeous. The staff (especially the maintenance team) were so kind and accommodating. We stayed there until we found a home to purchase. It was perfect.

Just moved in this month (April 2023). Nothing but superlatives to offer thus far. Taylor has been beyond wonderful in assisting me with not only getting moved in in good order, but also pinpointing the ideal unit for me that included being able to obtain a garage. The apartments are nice, clean, spacious, quiet, safe (keyless entry after hours for added security) and well located within a nice green area with some walking paths and a dog park. The complex features an excellent workout facility and meetings spaces, as well as (I can only imagine at this juncture) a very nice pool. The only drawback I thought upon moving to was the steep hill to reach the upper level buildings and office, but Taylor explained that winter road maintenance is timely and well done so the hill is not an issue. Highest recommendation.

The stairwell for buildings this nice and this expensive should not be 90°. I was looking into renting and simply walking thru the building decided they are not meeting standards of the rent they are asking for. But thanks for the gentrification of a place that used to be affordable to live!

Call box is missing on building 405 lol I love these “luxury” apartments. Never seen a better way to throw all of your money down the drain
