My husband and I searched for an affordable and modern venue for our November 2022 wedding in the Kansas City area, and The Delaware hit everything on our list! Courtney was amazing to work with and so accommodating with all of our requests leading up to our wedding day. The venue and bar packages were very affordable for everything included. We could not have been happier with our choice in venue and cannot recommend The Delaware enough!

Independence is definitely stepping up the Cafe game. This was a surprise pop in and the special drinks were delicious!! Normally I'm a americano or plain latte drinker but we added something new and it was totally worth it. The aesthetic great!! Actually looking forward to trying their food menu item another time

Had a wonderful experience at The Delaware for our daughter's wedding. It's a beautiful space with lots of great spots for photos. Parking was a breeze (unlike most venues in KC) and the staff was easy to work with.

I just recently had my wedding here on the 19th and I could have not been more impressed. Courtney worked with me and my husband to make sure that everything was perfect. The feel of this venue is everything if you are looking for modern chic. Could not thank The Delaware team enough for all that they did for our special day.

Met the owner Brandon today. Coffee is his passion. This is made evident by not only the outstanding product, but in the enthusiasm in which he describes his processes. The venue is also beautiful and the patio space is great.

The Delaware was a fabulous venue for my daughter's bridal shower. They were so easy to work with, thorough, and top notch!
