I absolutely can NOT say enough wonderful things about Courtney. My parents will only sit in her section. They are very dedicated to Extraordinary wait staff and that doesn’t begin to describe Courtney. On Monday’s they bring my Granddaughter (their great-granddaughter) with them for breakfast. Their sweet waitress, Courtney, brought in a HUGE MINNIE MOUSE and gave it to our Princess Teigen. WOW!!! Not only does she give Excellent service, she gets to know her customers. We have been going to this location for several years. We have had good days and bad ones, never the less; we still patronize. I am also sensitive to the needs for Service Animals. I know of several friends and relatives that require the use of a service dog. By law, the restaurant staff can not ask the person if the dog is service required when they come in the store. I think that there should be a new policy to inform or advise your guests as to whether or not they would want to be seated next to a table with a dog seated there. I do not want to eat with a dog sitting at the table on their owners lap instead of on the floor. I do not want to spend over $30 with a dog next to me eating. I asked one of the staff members about the policy for having dogs at the table while guests are eating. They replied as I thought and said they can not ask but they did say that at times they also feel like this courtesy is not being monitored fairly. It seems like more and more people are bringing in animals and having them at the table-- becoming a trend at this store. PLEASE DO NOT HATE ON THIS MESSAGE. I HAVE DOGS AT HOME-- NOT AT MY DINNER TABLE.....certainly I would ask if someone would mind sitting next to a dog while dining. Our tables were very close to each other and it really ruined my morning appetite and experience. We will look for another location...this one has had more and more dogs since the last 4 visits (within the past 3 months). Just my experience and my opinion....

Did was absolutely delicious , biscuit gravy .they have the best tea PLUM , PEACH 🍑🍑 u have to try it.. Grits good 👍, I also had turkey dressing and mashed potatoes was fire a Thursday special .. there is a special every day

While the service and staff were awesome. We unfortunately saw a roach crawl on our table. We told the manager and left a tip for the server and left. It shocked me because I've never had this happen at any restaurant I've ate at. The fact the roach was crawling on the top of the table really makes me wonder how many others there are for this one to be so bold. However the management and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The best homemade meal feels. Beautiful store. You just can't beat it.

Hadn't been here in a really long time. My waitress got the food order wrong and didn't want to fix it. I ordered southern fried chicken and received chicken fried chicken. My daughter informed the waitress that my order was wrong. She then had a supervisor or manager come to my table. He was just as bad but went on and got my chicken which was not fully cooked. Terrible experience. Just wanted to eat. NOT GOING BAD THERE AGAIN. Awful service.

I'm a adult and they gave me tiny kid milk cartons when I asked for chocolate milk. Cracker barrel is known for homemade items, I was hoping the chocolate milk could be at least be made with syrup. The sausages were bloody raw. The eggs were not scrambled and the bacon was very fatty. The quality has gone way down.

Haven't been here in years but took my Grandpa here for dinner cause he likes it. Food wasn't too bad- it's pretty standard fare. The Chicken Pot Pie and Country Fried Steak and Eggs were good. The mashed potatoes I ordered as my side were really bland but mixing in some of the butter for the biscuits and a little salt made them ok. Server was nice and attentive and the food came out pretty quick.

Thank you Terri R. for the outstanding customer service my family and I received this weekend. We came in for lunch Saturday April 16th and Terri R. took care of us. We eat at a Cracker Barrel any chance we get when traveling and received the best customer service from Terri. Thank you!

Always love stopping at Cracker Barrel for breakfast or brunch. We stopped in and quickly got a table. Service was fast and friendly. As always. Food was delicious, as always lol. This location actual had some alcoholic drinks options! Wish I could have had one. A mimosa would have hit the spot with breakfast. Wish we had more time to stop and take a look around the shop.

First of all, the food was very good. We had the chicken fried steak and the chicken tenders. Our server was friendly. However, he never followed up on anything. We had to ask several times for napkins and finally got them halfway through our meal. We never got refills on our water. He was quick to give us the bill but never brought our to go container. I had to ask another server for it, or we would never have gotten it. The place was only half full, so busyness was no excuse. The host and cashier were fine.

This was my worst experience here ordered food to go they forgot a whole meal and the food was awful. I ordered online so there is no way to even request a refund. Very disappointing not to mention the awful attitude of Destiny

Our brunch date here was great. We had the strawberry stuffed cheesecake pancake and the grandmas breakfast platter and it was delicious. I really enjoyed the fluffy pancakes with their eggs, bacon and country ham. Their buttermilk biscuits were just wow, so incredibly fluffy and crisp on the outside. It went well with their blackberry and strawberry jam. Wish they offered more fruit options as a side to make it more balanced. I also liked their cheesy hash brown casserole, it had good flavour and texture. Would visit again cos the food was 5/5.

My Mom & I decided to order the Thanksgiving meal this year from Cracker Barrel (Independence, MO). We ordered turkey, gravy, sweet potato casserole, mashed taters, dressing, rolls & it came with pumpkin & pecan pies. Everything was tasty (turkey was very good). The dressing was horrible! It was basically in powdered form & they provided one small container of chicken broth to mix in this huge pile of powder. It was so dry after we mixed it that we added more chicken broth we had on hand. Followed baking directions & it was not edible, very disappointing since everyone looked forward to that Thanksgiving staple. First time/last time. We lived & we learned.

Food was great, I always love the country store. Wait service needs training. You do not hand drinks and food to a patron to be passed down the table especially when you only need to walk to the other side to hand it to the person it is for. I prefer my plate not be touched by multiple hands. Other than that, she was friendly and met our needs as requested.

I'll keep it brief. The server was great. Very courteous and even offered to get me another side when I wasn't satisfied with the ones I received. That being said the food was not good. I got the catfish meal with hash browns casserole and steamed broccoli. The catfish was decent, however the broccoli was severely lacking on butter and the hash brown casserole was not hot and tasted pretty old. Overall them meal wasn't great.

It's been a while since I last ate at cracker barrel. Not sure what that was. My pancakes were great and the sausage was wonderful. Everything was smelled so good i ordered more than I could eat.

Extremely friendly and helpful waitress. Food was very good. I had chicken and dumplings and they were like my grandma made. The food here is down home country. I've never had a problem with food or service here.

Food is burnt and nasty. I used to work at a Cracker Barrel and the food was never ever this nasty and burned! What is happening, Cracker Barrel?! You’ve gone downhill in every aspect. You even allow the employees to wear whatever they want! And the service was awful. I was told that the food has always looked like this! Lies!

Our server Megan was amazing! So sweet and so friendly! It was wonderful! Got some things from the store as well, because, of course you have to! A great lunch on this long road trip!

Great food was a little confused when I walked in because I came through a store or gift shop before I could even find the host stand to look for my party. Other than that the food was great I got French toast on sourdough, my eggs were scrambled soft and they did them perfectly. The orange juice was a little tangy but other than the the food was great.

We were there for well over an hour. I was told 15 to 20 minutes to be seated. 30 minutes later finally seated. Took a long time to get appetizer then food came out. Looked like it had been setting under warm lamp. Good thing was I had a gift card. Don't think I'll go back. They don't seem to be as good as they use to be. I understand being short handed and that sucks for everyone. I will come back to the gift store they have really neat stuff especially for Christmas 🎄 😊

Still a great place to eat for great tasting food and atmosphere. The meatloaf was delicious and so were the other items included in the dinner.
