This is the kitchen for you if you want sushi and are in a hurry! I was in and out within 30 minutes of sitting down. The service was excellent, and the entire staff was very polite. Their food was pretty good, considering the speed at which it was prepared. A little on the expensive side, but quality comes with a price. I recommend both Hurricane Roll and Casino Roll; both were delicious, tightly wrapped, well-sauced, and, frankly, will have you desiring more! I'll be back for more soon. It's a pleasant surprise in the heart of Kansas City, Kansas.

I always love coming here. The food here is closest to my culture and tastes like home. Definitely a hidden gem. The service is always good, they’re very attentive. Would 10/10 recommend!

This restaurant absolutely blew my mind. Not only was the service amazing, but the food was over the top. I ordered the fresh spring rolls. They came with a delicious sweet sauce. I have to say they were the best I've had in town. I also had a shrimp and yellow curry dish that was delicious. The presentation and the flavors were among the best of restaurants in this category. It was really funny, when I went up to the counter to ask to speak with the manager - there were looks of concern. But I was actually wanting to compliment everyone on what a great job they did. This restaurant has a new favorite customer, and it's me. I'll be coming back as a regular for years to come.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. I was very impressed. The servers were friendly and the food was prepared fast and served out. The food was nicely cooked and full of flavor. The only draw back was the area I was seated had alot of nets. Chicken udon noodles, Tokyo roll and a shot is hot sake.

The drunken noodles (with shrimp) are amazing. Perfect amount of spice. The sushi rolls are fresh and filling. The options consist of the standard rolls as well as some creative chef selections. The best rolls I’ve found on this side of the metro. The spring rolls (not pictured) are huge and taste so fresh. I’ve been here 4 times in the past 3 months trying different menu items and I’m thoroughly impressed.

Yes, please! Friendly staff, locally owned and operated. Food is scrumptious! Good portions and lots of choices. I've been gobbling up Thai food for 30 years now, here in KC, a few other cities, and a couple of overseas places - Naree's holds up! We are definitely regulars and Narees treats us well, they value their customers!

Tiny little sushi and Thai restaurant in KCK. Staff is friendly and attentive. The food was excellent! We had Thai spring rolls for an appetizer which was excellent. For the main course we had sushi and the spicy papaya salad. Everything was fresh and full of flavor!

Naree if my favorite place ever. One of the best places to find pho, the Thai spring rolls are huge, the crab rangoon is more square filled with the crab creme, the sushi options are endless and tasty, and you have to get a Thai tea to round out the experiance. Staff is always friendly and willing to get you exactly what you need.

Was visiting KC at the Great Wolf Lodge and was in search of good food, I was desperate for some Massaman curry and the reviews for this restaurant were the draw for me. It is very nondescript from the outside but don't let that fool you, once I walked in my soul was warmed by the intoxicating smells and quickly reassured me I was in the right place. We were seated right away, but there was a steady stream of patrons coming and going throughout our meal. The staff were friendly and welcoming giving us plenty of time to take in the amazing menu. We ordered standard fair for our daughter, egg rolls and wontons that did not disappoint. I wanted to try their peanut sauce so I ordered the chicken satay and my husband ordered the fried chicken leg quarters. While the satay was not on a stick I quickly dipped into the velvity peanut sauce and was transported. I have lived in Missouri for 5 years and until this moment had unsuccessfully searched for this perfect balance. My husband who normally inhales his food, enjoyed every morsel for his chicken. I ordered beef Massaman Curry and was immediately greatful I had, the depth of flavor was extraordinary. My husband ordered the Panang curry with Chicken, and while it was a bit spicey for him (his issue for sure)the curry was amazing. There was plenty to take home and while I only have one more day here in KC I will likely go back again tomorrow. 100% the best Thai food I have had in years.

WOW. We are sushi lovers and have eaten sushi all over the states/world. We found this place by happy accident (thank you google/yelp reviews) and oh my gosh. Naree Kitchen was so amazing. We ordered 4 specialty rolls, edamame and some hot sake on a cold Saturday. The service amazing. Restaurant smallish but immaculate. The sushi counter and fish within was so fresh, so clean. We live about 30 minutes away and we WILL be making this drive for this sushi. We loved that the sushi wasn't 'over-sauced'. You can truly taste the freshness of the fish. As much as we would love to keep this restaurant our own, private secret, and not tell anyone...for the sake of their success - we simply have to share how amazing it is. Owned by a husband and wife. Their daughter was our server. You can tell that they work hard and take immense pride in the quality of their food and restaurant. 100 stars.

Nice place, great sushi rolls and fair priced. Staff was responsive and honest. Water glass and dishes were very clean and I liked how the atmosphere was not ultra modern and lifeless. I pounded the salmon roll, black dragon roll, and edamame with great relish!

The sushi was very good. Skip the egg drop and hot & sour soup- never had a hot & sour soup that is sweet. The Thai basil fried rice with chicken was savory and spicy. We normally eat spicy foods and thought would be conservative and order the #2 spice level out of 5 to make sure we can handle it….we barely did! Would order a level lower than you’re used to, they can give you the spice powder you can add to your food as much as you can tolerate. Overall, pleased with the find. First time going there and would go back again.

First off, the inside of this place is amazing. I love all the greenery🌱🪴. The menu has a variety of different foods. We got a lot of dishes lol. Really enjoyed the cucumber salad🥗 . The cucumber underneath was a new twist I haven’t seen before. And it tasted amazing. I got the beef pho 🍜 . It was not traditional. It was very very clover heavy. I didn’t like that. The beef was not the thin slices. Usually it comes raw and you cook it with the broth and noodles but this time it was thick chewy beef 🥩 . Which was not bad. It still tasted pretty good but just not traditional. The large was effing hugeeeee okay. My god. The medium is normally what I think is a large lol. Everything else was great!

Well, i dont know what to say here. This is what i got for lunch. I understand its lunch special and portion would be smaller than regular order. But come on, is it for kids? Their curry comes with half of the smaller bowl. Lol 😂
