Great outing, good range of stalls, really busy so suggest to get there early but lots of parking, but may need 5 minute walk. Toilets on site - these were kept very clean (nice one!). Good range of foods, puppet show for kids, "train" rides and little play area ... recommend a visit!

Cool, laid-back vibes at this Market. So many food choices!!!. I got there a bit late and the Ramen was sold out.... Bought awesome jewellery for really good prices. I will definitely go again but plan it better and go early when the Market opens.

Hermanus Country Market is hidden away from the centre of the town and is in business every Saturday “rain or shine” as one vendor put it. Despite its location, it’s hugely popular with the locals and the place is packed, so arrive about 9am if you want to secure place for yourself and family to sit. What’s for sale? Everything craft and food. It’s actually neatly laid out with most of the food and drinks vendors on one side, while crafters occupy the other side. There’s also an area for kids to play where parents can see them and there are plenty of tables set in the centre area. It’s not uncommon for different groups to begin chatting as the whole of the place is pretty social. The quality of the food and craft is top class – especially check out some of the art for sale, as well as the leather goods. There’s nothing mass-produced. Parking gets crowded early, but it is free.

It is the shiniest market with the happiest & kindest people who welcomed my son & I with open arms❤ They even cater for Fur babies, children and support the livelihood of a massive part of the local community, bringing thousands to the town of Hermanus. Thank you Hermanus Country Market for all you do for our beautiful town!

Definitely go if you are in Hermanus on a Saturday. It has a really good and positive atmosphere, with a DJ banging out a range of appropriate tunes, high quality local produce to buy like biltong and cheese, and tons of excellent food and drink to try. Mostly locals here.

A really cozy and vibey country market offering an interesting mix of craft and food stalls and more... There was even an area for kids to sit in and hold puppies in their laps. What a great idea and mutually beneficial to the kids and pups. Lots of parking and easy to find too.

Nice market with mostly food offerings and some crafts shops. Can become quite busy on weekends. A bit packet together, little place to walk, rustic. Avoid in eindy days, as the market is mainly open. Good music selections by a DJ. Prices are on the high but reasonable anyway.

When we were wondering why the town was so quiet, after we reached this place, it looked like the entire town was here. Best to head here for brunch or breakfast. I even saw locals having wine at 10.30am. There were so many eating options, face painting for kids, air brush painting for adults/kids, beautiful bouquet of flowers for sale, and lots of handmade products from the locals.

This famous market is quality. It's an awesome experience and vibe and is more a food market and experience then products but it has several arts and crafts pieces and unique items. But the atmosphere and the smells of coffee breakfast wine and beer is why you go there. It's even child and pet friendly

Glorious 5km round-walk from Hermanus Old Harbour to this funky and bustling weekend country market. Great music, laid-back vibes and a cool crowd. Closes at 2pm so get there with plenty of time to spare for a mooch around the various food, drink and range of curio stalls (clothes, jewellery, organic skincare, artwork etc). I tucked into a delicious BACON DOUGHNUT (!!) from "buttermeup66" (not to be missed...a real protein boost!), a gooey Kit-Kat-stuffed croissant and a bag of fudgey treats from the bustling sweet stall (I did Hermanus Parkrun that morning so was a totally #guiltfreezone). Great way to spend Saturday afternoon!!! 🍭🍭🍭

Awesome market (not on the main roads) but a little hidden gem. Everything from food to leather products, music memorabilia to plants and greenery and everything in between can be found here. Some vendors have card and snapscan capabilities, if you can, bring some cash. Great atmosphere and highly recommend.

There is a range of stalls displaying woodcarvings, paintings, ceramics and home made food products. There is somewhere for everyone. A great place to share a drink with friends. A great way to spend a Saturday morning.

Even during the debilitating pandemic, we enjoyed a quick visit to pick up organic veggies, hot sauce and baked treats. Everyone was masked when not eating and there was ample space outdoors to keep a social distance.
