A lot of musical history in this place! This place was the main reason for visiting Kentucky for the 2024 eclipse. The pickin jam room with instruments was a real treat. Just an awesome place in Owensboro,KY with a beautiful park behind there you must see! Highly recommend.

Amazing weekend with some of the legends (Paul Williams, Doyle Lawson and Joe Mullins with The Radio Ramblers) of bluegrass! This venue was not only intimate but clean and comfortable. The staff was ready to help in any way possible. Behind the music: The museum allows a look into the background and mindset of the folks behind the songs. Highly recommended.

What an informative and beautiful museum! We enjoyed the Jerry Garcia exhibit immensely and loved the self guided tour using headphones. We want to go back for a concert sometime.

This was truly a treasure to visit. I didn’t know it existed until I was working here from out of town. The audio tour was a nice touch. The staff was also very friendly. I would definitely come back if I was in the area. Very cool spot!

If you have even a passing interest in Bluegrass, Country, Folk, Americana, or any type music for that matter, you really need to check this place out. Every aspect of it is top notch, and the Jerry Garcia exhibit is truly an incredible history lesson. A weekend was not enough time to take in all of the concerts, exhibits, jam sessions, etc., can't wait to go back!
