    AMAZING! I've been a 'work out member' with Jo for three years now and in 30+ years, Jo's sessions are the only ones I've ever stuck with. You won't be disappointed. I've seen a change in my body strength, shape and well being since joining. Jo's classes are fun and motivational but moreover have a high level of detailed knowledge about the exercises you're doing, why and where you will feel it. Jo's classes are always different so you and your body are always challenged and the way Jo and Mark carry their banter during class makes you feel like you're in the room with your friends - they are so personable and genuine and Jo always replies to messages. Sign up now, you really won't be disappointed!

    I found Jo almost 2 years ago during lockdown. THE best exercise class I’ve ever joined, it must be, I’m still here 2 years later. She’s inspirational and funny without realising it. I’m so much more flexible now and I look forward to my morning workouts. It’s like being with a friend, I often have to stop for a giggle break. What could be better. Love you Jo xx

    I joined the Weekly Workout Family in June 2020. I absolutely love Jo, her classes and her delightful personality. Jo makes me laugh out loud every class and her funny stories keep me so distracted the classes fly by. The on line classes are varied, easily accessible and great value for money. Thank you Jo

    Jo is a fantastic teacher, very knowledgeable and professional but also so personable and real. I discovered the workout club in October 2020 through a work initiative, having done Pilates for a few years on and off I decided to give it a try. I was worried I would not commit so I started doing the free workouts on the website, but I had nothing to worry about as soon I was doing them daily so I joined the club and I can honestly say it is the best thing I have done and the best money that I spend every month! I eagerly look forward to Mondays and Wednesdays for the new workouts but I also have a very long list of favourites that I revisit frequently. I love Jo's chat, a great mix of educational and fun - there is never a dull moment and the 30 minutes pass so quickly! My strength keeps improving and most importantly it makes me feel good. A massive thankyou from me to both you Jo and Mark for all the positives your classes bring to me (and many others!) Don't think twice about joining!!

    I have been a member of the Weekly Workout Club since March 2020, signing up after seeing Jo on This Morning. I love the workouts and Jo's ability to motivate. The range of classes is so varied - nothing about Jo's classes is predictable!! The only guarantee is that at the end of every class I feel good (body and mind) and look forward to the next. Keep doing what you do Jo (and Mark) - you are amazing!! xx

    I have been a member since March 21 and I love working out with Jo! All of the classes are super quick and fun also I always like the anticipation of Jo’s chats! I’ve messaged Jo a few times via email and Instagram and she’s always replied very quickly. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to do at home Pilates. Thank you, Jo Mark xx

    I started Jo’s classes a year ago along with a sensible eating plan I’m a stone lighter and a bit more flexible,not bad considering I’m 62 ! I love her energy in each class ,the varied program means your never bored and you just don’t know what she will say next makes the classes very entertaining! She is a very lovely knowledgeable lady I would totally recommend her workout club .

    Just started Jo's Menopause Metamorphosis class and really love it. Tried numerous online classes and Jo's is the only one where I really look forward to my daily class rather than looking for excuses to avoid it! She explains movements incredibly clearly and each class is very varied which leaves no room for boredom. But best of all, she has a great sense of humour and makes me laugh. Revealing in yesterday's class she was wearing oversized knickers makes you realise she's 'one of us' rather than some Hollywood-style 20 year old in a thong! Couldn't recommend her highly enough - whether you're looking for general fitness or a more targeted programme. Thank you Jo & Mark!

    Loving the daily 30 minutes with Jo! A fantastic start to the day, exercising, never knowing how a class will go. Jo has such an infectious energy and I always come away laughing. And grateful to have the online library to repeat classes on the weekends. Thank You Jo for being such a brilliant, fun teacher 😊👏

    I have been a member of Jo’s weekly workout family for 2 years. She was the one constant during lockdown and kept me motivated to workout daily. My body is stronger and more flexible. I have lost weight and look forward to my 6am workouts. Jo (and Mark) are hilarious which makes the half an hour lesson fly by. Her classes are varied so you never know what’s coming up! It’s 30 minutes of my day which is all about me (and Jo and the WWF ☺️).

    I love Jo's classes because each one is different and she is just so human! She chats enough to make you forget the fact that you are working out, but still manages to ensure that you do the exercise correctly and put in as much effort as possible! It's OK to feel a bit tired, or not enjoying all the exercises quite as much as you feel you should, as long as you try. Jo makes you feel good about yourself which means you go back for more! That's why I have been a member for 4 years!

    Jo is such a fantastic Pilates teacher. I’ve been doing her classes from just after she started online and she is so knowledgeable, explains everything, caters for all abilities and you do feel part of her online family. I can’t praise her enough and love doing her classes.

    I have been doing Jo's workouts since the first lockdown and I have to say I never miss a Monday or Wednesday. I LOVE Jo's classes. She has an infectious personality and is a brilliant instructor. I have been doing pilates and yoga for years but can really see a difference in how toned I have become. No class is ever the same...... you have to keep the muscles guessing, she always makes me laugh and although really knowledgeable she never takes herself too seriously. Even though I am going back to the gym I will still keep up with the classes. Thank you so much Jo x

    Jo's classes are the right mix of fun and exercise. She always manages to make me smile with her chat and I finish each class feeling ready to take on the day. Her programmes are excellent and really well planned. Since joining in September 2020 I've definitely got stronger and fitter and more importantly, look forward to each class so exercise not a chore to get out of the way - even the cardio circuit classes which are not my idea of fun! Thank you Jo, and Mark - keep doing what you do!
