Have been there on 26th February. The staff at entrance was really friendly and chatty, hence we ended up in the queue just with one customer in front of for five minutes. Those five minutes was like 5 hours for my little one who wanted to dive in. It was really busy, we couldn’t get a chair or a table for an hour. However, the little one had his best time. There’s a nice cafe inside which sells hot and cold food. I think the staffing is bit challenged in kitchen the pasta was cold but other food was warm. The soft play itself is in large are and have access from first floor as well. The roundabout and striking car up the game to another level. All together a great place to spend time with your little ones.

We visited Club 360 on a Saturday to celebrate my child's birthday. Even though it was busy due to the weekend rush, my kids had a blast. There are plenty of activities for kids of all ages, and the soft play area is a good size. The outdoor sand pit was a big hit with my kids. Finding parking took a couple of rounds, but overall, it was a fun outing for the little ones."

We visited here for the first time last week, it was a week day outside of school holidays, and approximately 1:30 pm. I had tried to book online but I didn’t manage it so I was hoping that I would just be able to walk in, and yes we could. Actually getting in was quite painful, very slow, took lots of details from us, I’m not altogether sure why they need all of my address et cetera but I did comply, there are some security checks at the end to make sure you are taking the right child home, but I could see the computer and I don’t think they were checking our photo but I may be wrong. It’s pretty big, it has three floors of soft play, it was fairly quiet, so our 18 month old granddaughter could play very safely, I probably wouldn’t take her on a weekend or during the school holidays because it’s not fair on the older children that are running around. we had a couple of goes on the dodgems which was fun. Adults can go on there as well and we also had a go on the merry-go-round which is all included in the price. It turned out to be an extremely expensive hour, we didn’t plan our visit very well. It was £23+ For two adults and one child under the age of two, I then brought two hot drinks which was almost £8, we then brought two bowls of chips and a Childs chicken curry meal which was also over £.20. Whilst the child’s curry had a nice flavour, quite sweet, the chicken was quite in edible as it was very chewy for a small child so it got left. There is a very small toddler area, it would be nice if that was made a bit bigger, there were three other children in the toddler area from the same family, who were clearly over the age and height limit, no supervision from the staff, so I had to ask the Grandmother to remove her children as they were running up and down the slide throwing the equipment etc. We went upstairs to the role-play area, that was nice, a couple of big trucks to play on, some fancy dress costumes, a big play shop and a vet, my granddaughter is maybe a little bit young for this yet, but I think from the age of about three children would have a nice time playing in there . There is quite a bit of seating area, could do with being cleaned up a bit more often, considering it was fairly quiet, but I’ve seen much much worse in other venues. It’s easy for adults to follow their toddlers around the larger play area it’s quite sizable so no squeezing into very small spaces, I would only do this though on those quieter days. We will probably will visit again, but we’ll plan it better so that we have more time and maybe can benefit from some of the cheaper times.

We had a great time here today. Lots to do and had a couple of hours passed no problem. Slightly slow to get in as the front desk have slow computers. Never the less We felt safe here and I thought it was great value for money. It was clean and tidy for the most part. The cafe food was good for kids not so much for adults but reasonable priced. Plenty of parking available directly outside. I would say some of the play areas could do with a hint of modernisation.

Three star review because, good concept but needs a huge update and needs to be cleaner, tables where left with food on them and not wiped down. Soft play equipment had cracks & splits, Balls pit equipment did not work…etc. Could use a quality control person to go through it all. We ended up leaving early as did not enjoy it. Would recommend looking at the soft play in Northampton as it is cleaner and better equipped.

It was great lots to do not that expensive to get in, it was boiling hot and the air conditioner wasn't great so it was HOT and sweaty. We had a misunderstanding I came with my son and my mother she is a bit older and didn't want to actually play but just sit there I have never been to anything like this where you have to pay to just sit there, so she came and sat down on a chair while we played. She was kicked out of the building like shes a criminal, the place was almost empty so you didn't have to embarrass her like that, I don't think it was that big of a deal she was just sitting there and was going to spend money in the cafe anyway, but gotta get that ££££ I suppose. But overall my son had a good time.
